Abstract

Health is a basic thing to be maintained in life, because with a strong health and physical man can run his life. Batam is a rapidly growing city seen from many residents who live in the city of batam, but most of them are less healthy so that the disease is easy to come, another thing that is less his expert in the lymph node and costly in his treatment. The dangerous condition that causes swollen glands is a blood infection. A person suffering from a blood infection will look very weak. And will also experience a fever that will worsen and also accompanied by a body that feels shivering. This infection is caused by a bacterial attack and someone who experienced it should be treated as soon as possible in hospital. The clear-spoken cleavage is part of the human bodys defense system. output Solving production problems using the Sugeno and Sugeno fuzzy methods corrects the weaknesses of the pure fuzzy system to add a simple mathematical calculation as part of THEN. In this change, the fuzzy system has a weighted average value (Values) in the IF-THEN fuzzy rules section. The Sugeno fuzzy system also has a disadvantage, especially in the THEN part, that is, by mathematical calculations that it can not provide a natural framework for representing human knowledge in fact. This method uses the mathematical constants or functions of the input variables, and in the defuzzification process uses the centralized mean method.

Abstract

Mellitus Diabetic already known since thousands of years before, where characterized by urine in the much amount. This leds serious investigation to heal patients. Fuzzy Logic is one of support system decision method that suitable for implementation at an election of diabetic type. It is because fuzzy logic is a system than can calculate and decided well. There are various methods in fuzzy logic such as Mamdani, Tuskamoto and Sugeno. In this article Sugeno Method is used because its calculation suitable in this case. The research is done by using MATLAB. It has been built an application in the health sector to choose type of mellitus diabetic using fuzzy logic Sugeno. The decision making of diabetic type needs input and output variables. The input variable consists of ages, levels of insulin and weights beside output variable consist of diabetic type using MATLAB. Variables produce 27 rules that used to determine of diabetic type. The support system decision for diabetic type with Sugeno method is used. A case obtained the very small difference value between using manual calculation and MATLAB.

Abstract

Pariwisata merupakan salah satu ikon utama yang dikembangkan oleh pemerintah kota Batam saat ini. Pada tahu 2020, Batam diproklamasikan sebagai tujuan wisata yang dikelola dengan baik. Tidak hanya bergerak dibidang industri, Batam juga nantinya akan dikenal sebagai kota wisata. Hal ini terbukti dari banyaknya kawasan wisata yang sedang berkembang baik yang dikelola oleh pemerintahan, maupun pihak swasta. Semakin banyak tempat wisata yang ada, membuat beberapa infrastruktur jalan sedang dibangun. Tujuannya agar tempat wisata bisa diakses dengan mudah. Logika fuzzy dengan metode mamdani memiliki kemampuan yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisis potensi wisata di kota Batam. Dengan analisis potensi wisata ini, akan membuat tempat wisata di kota Batam ramai pengunjung, baik wisatawan lokal maupun mancanegara. Analisis ini bisa digunakan juga untuk pengelola baik pemerintah atau swasta untuk melihat potensi wisata yang ada. Analisis ini juga dapat memberikan pertimbangan bagi wisatawan untuk datang dan menjelajahi tempat-tempat wisata baru di kota Batam.

Abstract

Batam City is a strategic city adjacent to Singapore which includes Riau Islands Province. Batam lost the small island where the islands are inhabited by the fishermen. Fisher fisheries search livelihoods catch 8.686 households consisting of fishing activities as many as 7608 households and fish farming activities as many as 1713 households. This condition is, of course, ideal to be used as a starting point to increase production and market products with high economic value. However, the current reality is the sector. To other sectors. Batam is relatively small and still dominated by other sectors. Some of the things that are happening is the result of recapitulation of catch and fisherman cultivation is less effective because it is still done manually where fisherman catch report via short message (SMS) to extension team. The extension team recaptures all reports from each KUB so it will be difficult and time consuming. Therefore, it is needed a system of administration of Business Group Bersama (KUB) web-based so that the catch of fish and fisherman cultivation recorded in computer and facilitate for offices of Marine, Agriculture and Fishery (KP2) Batam production in each KUB Batam.

This geographical condition is an important component in the development of tourism in Indonesia. Abstract

Education is a communication activity that essentially is the delivery and exchange of messages to the learners. Educational tools are considered to help the success of the educational process. Educational tools are tools and equipments that are directly used and support the educational process, especially the teaching and learning process, such as buildings, classrooms, desks, and tools and teaching media. But sometimes students satisfaction with school facilities can not be a support for the alignment of the learning process itself, which ultimately affects the passing standards, student conditions, achievement, academic, non-academic achievement, personality, management, leadership, curriculum, teachers, principals, support staff, organization and administration, infrastructure, financing, school regulation, public relations and school culture. Fuzzy logic is a way to map an input space into an output space. With fuzzy logic something that can have values ​​between range 0 and 1. "Fuzzy" means blurred or vague. Fuzzy logic is believed to be very flexible and also has data tolerance. With the application of fuzzy logic in decision support by using Sugeno method is expected to produce a model so that decisions are taken exactly on target and in accordance with the expected.

Abstract

Information systems security is currently one of the most important needs in an institution, agency or company. At the same time information security is also a very important thing to be managed through information system risk management since information has turned into a valuable asset for the company or institution. In Batam health training center (Bapelkes) which has also implemented information system in business process and organization also accept threats to information system. All the factors that exist in an information system environment must be ensured to run in accordance with good standards in terms of information system security. Information system risk management can use several methods to conduct evaluation or assessment of one of them is by using OCTAVE-S method. Octave-s has three main assessment phases followed by each process. The IT security procedure which is implemented by Bapelkes is authorized to the headquarters of Bapelkes which is remotely controlled by the system administration thoroughly. The result of the research shows that the institution has not implement all the IT risk management in appropriate path, it is found that some standard procedure like IT policy, collaborating system, information system audit, architecture, mitigation management is not managed very well. In addition, that all employees that work in IT area whether end user or IT administrator have not been well trained.

Rotan merupakan hasil hutan yang ditemukan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia, karena Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara penghasil rotan. sehingga menjadi sumber pendapatan atau penghasilan bagi masyarakat di Indonesia, baik dalam meningkatkan perekonomian bagi rakyat maupun mendatangkan devisa bagi negara Indonesia, produksi rotan dunia 85% berasal dari Indonesia. rotan asalan adalah rotan yang mengalami proses pengorengan, penjemuran dan pengeringan, dimana permukaan kulit berwarna coklat kekuning-kuningan masih kotor dan belum di cuci, bergetah kering, permukaan kulit berlapisan silikat Dengan pemahaman pengenalan cacat. Tujuan dari Pengenalan cacat rotan diharapkan mampu menjelaskan cacat rotan. maka dari itu berbekal dari pengetahuan dari ahli/pakar rotan ini sendiri diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan hasil pengetahuan untuk macam-macam cacat dari rotan asalan. Forward Chaining salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam aturan inferensi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence), Metode Forward Chaining adalah metode pencarian ke depan yang dimulai dengan informasi yang ada dengan penggabungan rule untuk mendapatkan suatu kesimpulan atau tujuan, forward chaining pendekatan heuristik Diadopsi yang diusulkan ke dalam system.

Abstract

PT Tasya Total Persada adalah sebuah Industri jasa konstruksi yang merupakan salah satu sektor industri yang memiliki Arus Kas pembangunan jalan. Keberhasilan dari suatu proyek dapat dilihat dari arus kasnya yang jelas dan terperinci untuk membantu manajer mengambil keputusan dalam proyek konstruksi. Arus kas dapat digunakan sebagai acuan yang dapat menilai kemampuan perusahaan secara rinci dan jelas untuk menilai kebutuhan perusahaan baik itu secara fisik atau non fisik. Arus kas dapat juga mempengaruhi kegiatan serta kinerja proyek yang sedang berlangsung, menjadikanya berhasil atau tidak. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah Algoritma C4.5 yang merupakan salah satu algoritma moderen untuk melakukan Data Mining. Data Mining adalah suatu proses pertambangan data yang digali meskipun belum diketahui hasilnya dan berikut diolah sedemikian rupa untuk mendapat hasil yang luar biasa. Algoritma C4.5 disebut juga dengan pohon keputusan (decision tree) yaitu merupakan salah satu metode klasifikasi yang menggunakan representasi struktur pohon. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan maka akan dicleaning untuk membuang data yang tidak konsisten dan noise sehingga dari data yang ada didapat beberapa atribut yang diambil yaitu Mobilisasi, Pekerjaan drainase, Pekerjaan tanah, Pekerjaan struktur, Biaya tenaga kerja, Material, Bina lingkungan. Setelah proses transformasi selesai maka dilanjutkan ke proses Data Mining dengan teknik klasifikasi dan menggunakan algoritma C4.5, Dengan terbentuknya pohon keputusan, dapat dilakukan analisa dan evaluasi rule yang dihasilkan. Rule inilah yang akan menjadi aturan dalam mengidentifikasi arus kas, sehingga manajer bisa mengambil keputusan dengan tepat dan cepat pada proyek konstruksi tersebut.

The development of the world of technology and information today requires us to always have information and manage the information itself, no wonder if now many organizations pay attention to the processing of information systems they have. Coupled with the support of technology such as computers that become supporters in data processing to produce information needed an organization quickly and accurately, as well as the increasing number of human resources capable of performing data processing. In PT Indosat Mega Media Regional West can not be said to manage the information well because the processing of data disturbance reports and calculation of customer restitution is still considered very slow in the presentation of information. In addition, the resulting information is less than optimal, ineffective and inefficient. This happens because the data processing data disturbance at PT Indosat Mega Media Regional West still use semi-manual system, where there is no information system that can perform data access, delivery of information and data storage in a database, in this case data disturbance and customer restitution . It is on this basis that the authors do research and design a database oriented application program capable of performing data interruption of the internet on the work function of NOC (Network Operation Center) in PT Indosat Mega Media West Regional.
