Abstract

Edge detection of is a process that aims to detect line the edge that limits two areas image. Writing this will discuss about the comparison detection the edge of digital image with the methods prewitt, sobel and canny with programming matlab.  The detection of the edge of done with detect 6   (six) digital image namely hestain.png , onion.png , saturn.png , tape.png , tissue.png and toysflash.png. Sweep edge indicated by many white pixel show detection edge of the process .The results show that for the detection the image of digital canny better method of the sobel and methods sobel better than prewitt method.

Abstract

Document searching of Final Project in Polytechnic Harapan Bersama today still displays search results ranked by sequential document matches or commonly called document ranking. Thereby this way causes document data discovery is not clustered on each theme of the final project accurately. Clustering algorithms can be used in categorising or grouping of documents. One of clustering algorithm usage is by applying the method of K means, a simple algorithm developed by Mac Queen in 1967. From the research that has been done, the document final projects’ abstract clustering in Indonesian language by applying the K Means algorithm shows generated a good enough clusters, so it can be recommendation that K-Means clustering method is good enough if applied in retrieval application system, with indicators of distance between clusters produced are very close, that is 0.001 when calculated by the method of Davies Bouldin Index.

Abstract

In the show the film in theaters 21 cineplex currently in need of a centralized monitoring system. However, the monitoring systems currently running in theaters only operates locally only areaand also less effective the current system is, because the output can not be configured as needed, therefore needed  an alternative solution to address all of these problems, One alternative solution is to utilize the raspberry pi as ip camera. Raspberry pi is a mini PC that has a lot of advantages which are as intelligent IP cameras in because the raspberry pi using an operating system or so-called mini debian Raspbian,thus allowing raspberry pi can be configured to suit your needs and can be integrated with the NOC (Network Operations Center) which is currently still under construction.Thus 21cineplex theater company has been getting an alternative solution to the above problems.

Abstract

Currently the chess computer has evolved in such way that many of the elements that exist in the application of computer chess can be separated and placed in another application. As an example of the chess engine that focuses only on the application’s artificial intelligence. There is also a GUI that focus solely on board and chess pieces in the absence of rules so that it can be used as another application as chess interface. By using domain event driven point of views, we can look at that elements in an application can be separated according to their domain. Its intended to define the domain rules of chess as one of the elements that can be used during the development of computer chess application. By focusing on the rules of chess as a domain we can create a library (library) application to be used as a reference by other application’s elements forming an application. The librarys rules of chess can be called chess logic.

Abstract

Blood donation is a voluntary process of giving blood for purposes of blood transfusion for others in need. Based on data from PMI in 2013 we still lack 600,000 liters of blood stocks. The process of delivering information related to blood donation, the community must always come PMI, so inefficient and less effective. Many who want to donate blood to help others, but because the information is still lacking, people do not know how to find out information, schedules and activities of existing blood donor. From the above problems, the author of the building android application design regarding blood donation, which is equipped with information / news donor activity, blood stock, schedules and locations, as well as a question and answer directly to the PMI. The methodology used to construct this system using the waterfall method and perform with Object Oriented design are visualized with UML include the Use Case Diagrams and Activity Diagrams. Results from reseach is the application of blood donors who are able to provide stock data bags of blood, donor activity schedules and locations, as well as a blood donor information, frequently asked questions with the PMI Bandung District online. Making it easier for users to be able to find out information about how, where, and terms requirements for blood donors.

Abstract

Conditions and progress in terms of technology is still not comparable with the behavior of people in certain circles, especially of motor vehicle theft both 4 wheel and 2 wheel, many methods are used by vehicle owners to secure ownership of the vehicle from theft is always lurking at any time wherever and whenever ironically even in the carport or in front of the house though theft can happen, even the manufacturer for certain cars have completed cars produced by security highly optimized, but what happens as though far from the fire, events have car theft is still rampant any places. Apparently the car security either manually or electronically is still easily estimated by thieves to break into its security after learning such weak points of certain cars. Events have made restless and uncomfortable car owners who always want the security and convenience in storing his car whenever it placed anywhere. The purpose of the above problems the author tried to make the design of the security system in the car using the id cards with radio frequency identification method. The method used in the making of this thesis consists of five stages, namely literature, field surveys, data analysis, design, and testing. The system is built using the Arduino Uno and RFID. This car security systems simply by using the id card / tag, can be lit when the car engine according to the database. For the owner of the car if it has no id card then the car will not be lit up and reducing material losses to owner. Research and design of security issues where the car has been successfully carried out when the car entered by either the owner or the borrower and have no IDCard / tag then the car will not turn on at all because the electrical source not connected to the start [1], the use of RFID Arduino Uno and in accordance with the original plan.

Abstract

West Java saves a lot of tourism potential that needs to be developed and managed in a professional manner through local government or a trusted third party as a manager. One of the potential of tourism, especially in Kabupaten West Bandung namely Stone Garden is located at the top of Pawon Mountain, Kampung Girimulya. Stone Garden in the Citatah Karst is a landscape which have tourism potential and strategic value Beautiful view, city view towards Padalarang and its surroundings from the top of Mount Masigit the main attraction. But the benefits and potential of such nature is not commonly known because of the lack of a media campaign depicting the attraction Stone Garden significantly so that potential tourists both domestic and abroad not optimally familiar with this attraction. From the above problem the authors designed a Virtual Tour with an attractive user interface interactive, user friendly to support and facilitate the introduction of multiple facility locations Stone Garden. With the Virtual Tour can be made easier for the manager to promote and facilitate the introduction of site locations without having to come to that location, so that the tourists whose want to know Stone Garden in detail only access the website to explore the attractions Stone Garden thoroughly. The test results calculation User Acceptance Test (UAT) data obtained feasibility of material with an average percentage of 92% included in the category of very appropriate in terms of design, features and user satisfaction. It can be concluded that the application virtual tour as a promotional medium attractions in Stone Garden Cipatat West Bandung regency, can help innovative tourism marketing and komunikastif with extensive outreach.

Abstract

Control and monitoring systems of the water level tank is one of electrical, computer instrumentation that needed in industrial process. This paper presents control and monitoring systems of water level in a tank based on ultrasonic sensor. The ultrasonic sensor is a device that can measure the distance of an object by using ultrasonic wave deflection. The control system is designed using relay as a switch which is controlled by a microcontroller with hysteresis control law. For monitoring and measurement data, the interface device is also designed using the Processing software in form of graphic, bar chart, pump state, and charging/discharging duration. Testing result shows that the ultrasonic sensor that used able to measure water level of 5 cm to 25 cm with error measurement 4.93%. A hysteresis control system that designed can produce output responses according to the setpoint value without generating relay’s chattering. As an addition, monitoring system of water level can be displayed in the form of a software interface on the Processing interactively.
