Abstract

This research examines the role and function of internal control system of government institutions in minimalizing accounting misstatement. Using qualitative descriptive research method, the object of this study incorporates the local government of Kabupaten Bojonegoro for the financial statements of year 2007-2009. The results shows that the increase quality of the Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) opinion about financial statements of Kabupaten Bojonegoro were influenced by the improvement of internal control system function and optimalization of internal auditor role in every Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) in Kabupaten Bojonegoro. This research supports previous findings that internal control system has significant function and role in minimalizing accounting misstatement.

Abstract

Stock market conditions in Indonesia since 1998 until 2008 is increasing with the 500 IDX Composite can be inflated into 2000s. This becomes interesting factor associated with macro-economic factors that affect the variabel CRR (Chen Roll and Ross). Researchers exam which we form portofiolio into 3 classes, large, medium, and large size companies from multiplying shares outstanding by its stock price. This research periodesasi long enough so that the portfolio is formed only by 15 issuers, this is caused by mergers or acquisitions from the issuer, the issuer is listed on the Stock Exchange from 1998-2008. However, with 11 years of data is very good for macro economic conditions in Indonesia. Independen variabels of this study consisted of changes in inflation expectations (DEIt), unexpected inflation (Uit), unexpected risk free rate (URFt), and the rate of economic growth (GMT) have a significant effect on portfolio return of capital market conditions are bullish for all forms of portfolio. Meanwhile, bearish market conditions only for the portfolio of small and large sizes only. Economic growth rate did not significantly affect the three portfolios in the bearish market conditions, this is because the movement of our stock in Indonesia is still largely influenced by foreign investors.

Abstract

Development Planning Consultation (Musrenbang) Village is an annual discussion forum of villages stakeholders to agree on Village Development Work Plan (RKP Village) in the planned budget. This study aims to describe and analyze: 1) formation of Musrenbangdes Organizing Team (TPM), 2) formation of village Musrenbang Team Guide by TPM; 3) preparation of technical implementation village Musrenbang; and 4) a participatory rural assessment and dialogue. Writing method used in this study is descriptive analysis. The study shows, in the process of team formation TPM, the preparation of TPM personnel is the right and depends on the Village Head. TPM in performing their duties do not form a team or guides Working Group (WG), whereas the normative should be formed. The Working Group role and duty are process designer, managing the process from pre-to post-musrenbangdes stage, as the manager of a meeting or discussion forum and as a source of information. In the process of technical preparation through the stages of implementation, Musrenbangdes does not begin with Deliberation Hamlet (Musdus), there is no agenda for preparing the implementation plan of village workshops, Village Representative Body (BPD) does not specifically implement Musrenbangdes agenda. Village Assessment Team was not formed, so there is no village study to compile data / information on the latest village issues. Organizing musrenbang villages in the Village District Kalongsawah Jasinga Bogor Regency, ranging from the establishment of Village TPM Team Guide/ Working Group, technical preparation and review of the implementation of village meetings in a participatory and dialogical were not implemented optimally.

Abstract

The exports of manufacturing industry which consists of the export agroindustry and non-agroindustry, has an important role influencing the development of Indonesia's macroeconomic performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of manufacturing industry exports to Indonesia's macroeconomic performance. The study uses quarterly time series data from 1990 to 2009. Using VAR analysis model, the results of research are in short-term shocks to export agroindustry manufacturing has a positive effect on economic growth by 0.10%, but a negative effect on net exports, inflation, and exchange rates. Conversely, in the long term the shock has a negative effect on performance makrokonomi Indonesia. While the non-agroindustry export shocks in both the short and long term, has a positive effect on macroeconomic performance, except to the exchange rate has decreased in the long run.

Abstract

The Quality Management System Certificate ISO 9001:2008 awarded to UPBJJ-UT Pekanbaru indicated that it had used a variety of standard procedures in a variety of services area including the implementation of the final exam. This paper intends to investigate whether the implementation of ISO procedures affect the competence of examination staff UPBJJ-UT Pekanbaru. Regression analysis technique used to see the impact of implementation ISO procedures on staff competence. From this research we concluded that the implementation of ISO procedures do not affect the competency of staff because the ISO procedures are not adaptive to the condition of the field.

Abstract

The purpose of article is to analyze the potential economic sectors, opportunity job and disparity income in Central Java. The methods using Location Quotient (LQ), Shift Share and Inequality Index Williamson. The results of LQ analysis shows that threre are potential sectors to be developed in the province of Central Java. They are agriculture, livestock, forestry and fisheries, mining and quarrying, electricity, gas and water supply, communications and transport sector, financial sector, leasing and banking services and the services sector. Shift Share analysis results that in the cities in Central Java province has been a shift or change in the economic structure of the primary sector to tertiary sector. Meanwhile, the calculation of income inequality shows that income inequality between regions in Central Java province is very high, Recommendations addressed to the local government to implement economic development with more attention to aspects of equitable distribution of income.
