Abstract

This research was carried out at Durian street, Kisaran Naga Village, Kisaran Timur, AsahanDistrict, North Sumatera. The study was conducted in April to June 2017. This research wasarranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and 3replications. The first factor was cutting of tubers with 4 levels ie: P0 = without cutting tuber, P1 = cutting tuber of 1/3 of shoot, P2 = cutting tuber of 1/4 of shoot, and P3 = cutting tuber of 1/5 of part shoots. The second factor of plant density with 3 levels of spacing is J1 = 20 cm x 10 cm, J2= 20 cm x 15 cm, and J3 = 20 cm x 10 cm. The results showed that tuber cutting treatment had significant effect on all observed variables, whereas cutting of tuber 1/3 of shoot (P1) was the best treatment. Treatment of plant density had significant effect on all observed variables, where the density with plant spacing of 20 cm x 20 cm (J3) was the best treatment. The interaction between tuber cutting and plant density had no significant effect on all observed variables.

EFFECT OF BIOLANTEK CHICKEN MANURE AND NPK FERTILIZER APPLICATION ON GROWTH AND YIELD OF ONION (Allium ascalonicum L.)

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di lahan penelitian Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas AsahanKabupaten Asahan Propinsi Sumatera Utara dengan ketinggian tempat ± 15 m dpl dengantopografi datar. Pelaksanaan Penelitian pada bulan Januari s/d Maret 2017. Penelitian inimenggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial dengan 2 faktor, yaitu : Faktor dosispupuk biolantek feses ayam dengan 4 taraf, yaitu : F0 = 0 kg/plot, F1 = 0,7 kg/plot, F2 = 1,4 g/plot, F4 = 2,1 kg/plot. Faktor dosis pupuk NPK dengan 3 taraf, yaitu : N0 = 0 g/plot, N1 = 14,4 g/plot), N2 = 28,8 g/plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi pupuk biolantek feses ayam terbaik pada dosis 2,1 kg/plot menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 24,88 cm, jumlah umbi per tanaman 6,54 siung, produksi per tanaman 63,52 g dan produksi perplot 1,26 kg. Aplikasi pupuk NPK terbaik pada dosis 28,8 g/plot menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 23,98 cm, jumlah umbi per tanaman yaitu 8,11 siung, produksi per tanaman 62,21 g dan produksi per plot 1,27 kg. Tidak terjadi interaksi antara biolantek feses ayam dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman bawang merah.

Abstract

This research was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design with two treatmentfactors and three replications, the first factor was the giving of various types of organic fertilizer(P) consisting of 4 levels ie P0 (without treatment), P1 (bokashi cow dung), P2 ( bokashi legum) and the second fator is the application of urea (U) fertilizer consisting of 3 levels ie U0 (control), U1 (10 g / plot) and U2 (20 g / plot). The results of research that treatment of various types of organic fertilizer significantly affect the growth and yield of water spinach. The best treatment was obtained at treatment (P3) yielding 22,10 cm height, 25,33 pieces of leaves, yield per crop 39,29 g and yield per plot 3,87 kg. The treatment of urea fertilizer has an effect on the growth and yield of spinach water. The best treatment was obtained at a dose of 20 g / plot (U2) resulting in plant height of 22.42 cm, number of leaves of 23.42 pieces, production per plant 39.04 g and production per plot of 3.85 kg. Interaction treatment of various types of organic fertilizers and urea fertilizers did not show a significant effect on the growth and yield of water spinach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan atau lahan penelitian fakultas pertanianuniversitas asahan kecamatan kisaran naga kelurahan kisaran timur kabupaten asahan provinsisumatra utara dengan topografi datar. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April minggu pertama hingga bulan mei minggu 3 tahun 2017 pada penanaman bulan april minggu ke 4. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktor yang pertama konsentrasi ZPT HANTU terdiri atas 3 taraf, yaitu : H0 = 0 ml/liter air, H1 = 2 ml/liter air, H2 = 4 ml/liter air. Dan faktor yang kedua dosis kompos limbah pakan ternak terdiri atas 4 taraf, yaitu : G0 = 0 kg/plot, G1 = 0,71 kg/plot, G2 = 1,42 kg/plot, G3 = 2,13 kg/plot. Perlakuan dosis kompos limbah pakan terbaik diperoleh pada dosis 2,13 kg/plot (G3) menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 15,84 cm, jumlah daun 6,56 helai, produksi per tanaman 34,43 g, dan produksi per plot yaitu 0,47 kg. Perlakuan konsentrasi ZPT HANTU terbaik diperoleh pada konsentrasi 4 ml/l air (H2) menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 15,22 cm, jumlah daun 5,96 helai, produksi per tanaman 32,34 g, sedangkan produksi per plot yaitu 0,48 kg. Tidak ada interaksi dosis kompos limbah pakan ternak dengan konsentrasi ZPT HANTU untuk semua parameter yang diamati.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jalan Gajah, Kecamatan Sei Renggas, Kabupaten Asahan,Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret hingga bulan Mei 2017. Penelitianini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok faktorial dengan 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Faktorpertama yaitu pupuk Majemuk Intan Super (I) terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu I0 = 0 g/tanaman , I1 = 10 g/tanaman, I2 = 20g/tanaman I3 = 30 g/tanaman. Faktor kedua yairu pemberian NPK Mutiara (N), terdiri dari 3 taraf,yaitu N0 = 0 kg/ha (0 g/plot), N1 = 250 kg/ha (25 g/plot), N2= 500 kg/ha (50 g/plot). Parameter yang diamati adalah panjang tanaman, jumlah buah per tanaman, produksi per tanaman dan produksi per plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk majemuk Intan Super mempengaruhi jumlah buah per tanaman sampel sebanyak 3.85 buah, produksi per tanaman sampel sebesar 0.49 kg dan produksi per plot sebesar 0.48 kg. Pemberian pupuk NPK Mutiara mempengaruhi panjang tanaman hingga 117.75 cm, jumlah buah per tanaman sampel sebanyak 3.58 buah, produksi per tanaman sampel sebesar 0.46 kg dan produksi per plot sebesar 2,69 kg. Interaksi pupuk majemuk Intan Super dan pupuk NPK Mutiara tidak mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman mentimun tetapi secara visual tanaman terbaik ditunjukkan pada perlakuan I2N2.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the Tanjung Sari village, Sei Dadap, Asahan, North Sumatraprovince with a height of ± 17 m above sea level, tipy of climate C (oldeman). This study wasconducted in Mey to July 2017. The study design was a Randomized Block Design (RBD)Factorial consisting of 12 treatment combinations, each 4 levels application of Miracle Grofertilizer is: M0 = 0 g Miracle Gro/l water (control), M1 = 1 g Miracle Gro/l water, M2 = 2 g Miracle Gro/l water, M3 = 3 g Miracle Gro/l water and 3 levels of manure fertilizer is: K0 = 0 tons/ha (control), K1 = 15 tons/ha (4,5 kg/plot), K2 = 30 tons/ha (9 kg/plot). The results showed that giving Miracle Gro of concentration 3 g/l water (M3) on sweet corn can increase the growth of crop height age of 2, 4 and 6 Weeks After Planting (WAP); stem diameter ages 6 WAP; the number of leaf age 2, 4 and 6 WAP; weight of cob weighs per plot; weight of cob without any weight per plot. Giving manure fertilizer up to dose 30 tons/ha (K2) on sweet corn can increase the growth of crop height age of 2, 4 and 6 WAP; stem diameter ages 6 WAP; the number of leaf age 2, 4 and 6 WAP; weight of cob weighs per plot; weight of cob without any weight per plot. Interaction of giving Miracle Gro and manure fertilizer very significant effect on plant height, weight of cob weighs per plot; weight of cob without any weight per plot. The interaction is best obtained in treatment M3K2 (3 g Miracle Gro/l water and 30 tons/ha of manure fertilizer).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Asahan, JalanJend. Ahmad Yani, Kec. Kisaran Timur, Kabupaten Asahan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulanMaret hingga Mei 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorialdengan 2 faktor, yaitu : Faktor dosis pupuk N dengan 3 taraf, yaitu : N0 = tanpa pupuk (og/polibag), N1 = pupuk ZA (5 g/polibag), N2 = pupuk Urea (5 g/polibag). Faktor dosis bokashikotoran ayam dengan 3 taraf, yaitu : B0 = 0 ton/ha (0 kg/polibag), B1 = 10 ton/ha (250 g/polibag), B2 = 20 ton/ha (500 g/polibag). Aplikasi pupuk N menghasilkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 22,71 cm, jumlah daun 16,72 helai, produksi per tanaman 27,13 g, produksi per plot sebesar 113,06 g dan pH tanah 6,42. Pemberian bokashi kotoran ayam menghasilkan tinggi tanaman 22,28 cm, jumlah daun 16,50 helai, produksi per tanaman 27,13 g, produksi per plot 113,78 dan pH tanah 6,60. Tidak terjadi interaksi antara aplikasi pupuk N dan bokashi kotoran ayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman seledri. Tetapi interaksi keduanya meningkatkan pH tanah hingga 6,95.

Abstract

This research was arrangedbased on Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and 4 replications. Thefirst factor is the dosage of mycorrhiza with 2 levels ie: M0 = 0 g / plot, M1 = 15 g / plot. Thesecond factor was the application of fertilizer PHONSKA NPK 15-15-15, with 3 levels ie P1 = 600 g / plot, P2 = 450 g / plot, and P3 = 300 g / plot. The results of dosage of mycorrhizal dose showed a significant effect on the height 2 weeks after planting number of leaves aged 4 weeks after planting, with the best mycorrhizal dosage at 15 g/plot. application of PHONSKA NPK 15-15-15 fertilizer showed a significant effect on the growth of purple corn at leaf number 6 weeks after planting, with the best treatment at dose of 600 g/plot.The interaction between dosage of mycorrhizal doses and PHONSKA NPK 15-15-15 fertilizer on the growth and production of purple corn plant have a significant effect on plant height 4 and 6 weeks after planting and at the time of flowering.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Mentimum Street, Siumbut Baru Village, Kisaran Timur SubDistrict, Asahan Regency, North Sumatera Province. Research do from March to May 2017. This research was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Block Design with 2 treatment factors and 3 replications. The first factor of giving Trichoderma sp. With 3 levels ie: T0 = 0 g/plant, T1 = 10 g/plant, and T2 = 20 g/plant. The second factor is by giving the type of manure with 4 levels ie K0 = without manure, K1 = chicken manure, K2 = cow manure and K3 = goat manure. The results showed that giving of Trichoderma sp with dose 20 g/plant was the best treatment yielding 126,54 cm height, 4,13 branch productive branch, number of pod per plant 44,10 pod, production per plant 0,81 kg, And production per plot 6.97 kg. The best treatment on the type of manure is obtained in the type of chicken manure that produces the height of plant 127.41 cm, the number of productive branches 4,03 branches, the number of pods per plant 45.17 pods, the production per plant 0.82 kg, and the production Plot 7.00 kg. The interaction between Trichoderma sp and type of manure gave no significant difference to all observed variables.

Abstract

This research was arranged based on Factorial Randomized Design (RAK) with two treatmentfactors and three replications, the first factor was the application of liquid liquid organic fertilizer (H) consisting of 4 levels ie H0 (0 ml /l water/plot), H1 (1, 0 ml/ l water/plot), H2 (2.0 ml/ l water/plot), H3 (3.0 ml/ l water / plot) and second fator is Urea fertilizer consisting of 3 levels ie U0 (Control), U1 (14.4 g / plot) and U2 (28.8 g/plot). The result of research that the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer of plant hormone has a significant effect on the growth and production of mustard kailan plant. The best treatment was obtained at treatment (H3) resulting in plant height 37,90 cm, number of leaves 13,55 pieces, production per plant 169,00 g and production per plot 3.06 kg. Treatment The treatment of urea fertilizer affects the growth and production of mustard kailan plants. The best treatment was obtained at concentration 3 ml / l water (H3) yield 37,90 cm height, leaf amount 12,12 strands, production per plant 159,26 g and production per plot 2,77 kg. The interaction of organic fertilizer of liquid hormone of superior plant and urea fertilizer showed no significant effect on the growth and production of mustard crop kailan.
