Didaktika Tauhidi:Jurnal Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar is an Indonesian-language scientific periodicals published by the Faculty of Education twice times a year on every April and October with the submission process of manuscript is open throughout the year. Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of English language learning based on Multiple Intelligence Theory on the type of linguistic intelligence and student responses in following the learning of English. This research is a descriptive research, conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Special Program Kartasura. Respondents in this study were principals, English language teachers, and 34 students. Data were collected through interview (semi-structured interview), observation, and questionnaire. Data were analyzed by step (1) data reduction; (2) data display; (3) verification. The results revealed that the students as a whole showed a positive response to the learning activities. As many as 88.2% of students have motivation to participate in learning activities, 82% interested in the material, and 79% like English subjects. In conclusion that students showed high intensity of physical motion almost resembles the characteristics of students with kinesthetic and naturalistic types and apply different concepts.

Abstract

Legenda Batu Hiu merupakan salah satu contoh dari bentuk folklor lisan. Legenda Batu Hiu ini sangat menarik untuk diteliti karena ceritanya disebarkan atau diwariskan secara lisan oleh masyarakat setempat sehingga memiliki cerita yang bervariasi dan bersifat pralogis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui struktur, fungsi, dan makna yang terkandung dalam legenda Batu Hiu. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode ini dilakukan untuk memahami fakta-fakta yang ada dibalik kenyataan yang dapat dilihat atau diindrai secara langsung. Dengan metode ini, akan diperoleh deskripsi struktur, konteks penuturan, fungsi, dan makna legenda Batu Hiu dengan menyeluruh. Legenda Batu Hiu ini memiliki hubungan sebab akibat yang diuraikan dalam bentuk 32 fungsi-fungsi utama. Pengaluran dalam legenda ini termasuk alur maju karena alur dari cerita ini diuraikan secara runtut. Legenda Batu Hiu ini memiliki fungsi-fungsi tertentu yakni sebagai alat pendidikan, pelipur lara atau hiburan, alat pengesahan kebudayaan, alat pemaksa berlakunya norma-norma sosial, dan alat pengendali sosial. Dari hasil penelitian ini, masyarakat diharapkan dapat melihat dan mengikuti jejak-jejak kebaikan yang terkandung dalam legenda ini. Selain itu, masyarakat diharapkan juga sadar akan peran masing-masing dalam berkeluarga maupun bermasyarakat.Kata kunci: analisis struktur, fungsi, konteks penuturan, legenda Batu Hiu, makna. BATU HIU LEGEND: STRUCTURE ANALYSIS, NARRATIVE CONTEXT, FUNCTION, AND MEANING AbstractLegend of the Batu Hiu is one example of this form of oral folklore. Batu Hiu legend is very interesting to study because the story is spread or passed down orally by local people that have variation stories and contain illogical stories. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structure, function, and meaning contained in Batu Hiu legend. The study used a descriptive qualitative method. This method is carried out to understand the facts occur behind the fact that it can be seen or sensed directly. With this method, we get a description of the structure, the narrative context, function and meaning of the legend of Batu Hiu thoroughly. The legend of the Batu Hiu have a causal relationship described in the form of 32 key functions. The story flow in this legend include advanced workflow because the flow of the story is described coherently. Batu Hiu legend has certain functions namely as an educational tool, solace or entertainment, cultural validation tools, means of compulsion into effect of social norms, and social control. From these results, the public expected to see and follow the traces of goodness contained in this legend. In addition, the community is expected to also be aware of their respective roles in the family and community

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Tujuan utama di dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana interaksi sosial yang dilakukan siswa autis terhadap siswa non autis melaui penggunaan metode pembelajaran kerja kelompok. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui cara observasi (kepada siswa autis), wawancara (kepada siswa autis, siswa non autis, dan guru), dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa Interaksi sosial diantara siswa autis dan non autis pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan menggunakan metode kerja kelompok dapat memberikan rangsangan bagi interaksi siswa autis. Interaksi sosial yang dilakukan oleh siswa autis dan non autis pada saat proses pembelajaran tidak berlangsung menunjukkan siswa autis mampu berkomunikasi dan berbaur dengan siswa non autis. Pengunaan metode kerja kelompok kepada siswa autis dan non autis dapat menciptakan situasi di dalam kelas menjadi lebih menyenangkan sehingga dapat memtotivasi siswa khususnnya siswa autis. Secara umum, interaksi sosial diantara siswa autis dengan siswa non autis memberikan dampak yang baik dalam mencapai tujuan akademik dan sosial siswa autis.Kata Kunci: Metode keja Kelompok, Interaksi Sosial, Siswa Autis  EMPLOYING GROUP WORK METHOD IN SOCIAL INTERACTION FOR AUTISTIC STUDENTABSTRACTThis research uses qualitative approach with case study type. The main objective in this research is to know how social interaction done by autistic students to non autistic students through the use of group work learning method. The data collection is done by observing the skill of auis students, interviews to autistic students, non autistic students, and teachers, and documentation. The results showed that social interaction among autistic and non autistic students during the learning process took place by using group work method can provide stimulation for the interaction of autistic students. The social interaction performed by the autistic and non autistic students during the learning process did not take place showed that autistic students were able to communicate and mix with non autistic students. The use of group work methods to autistic and non-autistic students can create the situation in the classroom to be more enjoyable so as to motivate students particular autistic students. In general, social interaction among autistic students with non-autistic students provides a good impact in achieving the academic and social goals of autistic students.

Abstract

Classroom action research is initiated by students’ result on the Sciences, especially in vegetative propagation subject. This classroom action research aims to improve learning outcomes for Sciences in developing vegetative objects by using demonstrations in grade six of National Elementary School two of Ciasmara on the academic year 2014‐2015. Classroom Action research was conducted in two cycles. Based on data analysis of student learning outcomes, the result of the first cycle is quite successful to improve learning achievement. The early findings indicated an increase of the average value of the initial test class reached 55 and then increased to 64 at the first cycle, but the value is still classified under the category of sufficient. The results of the data analysis of student learning outcomes in the second cycle showed excellent improvement was shown from the comparison of the first cycle of the average is 64 and increased in the second cycle become 71. It can be concluded that the learning outcomes in the second cycle already suited with the standard of minimum criteria. Therefore, it can be realized that the method of demonstration, student learning outcomes of The Sciences in Elementary School on vegetative propagation subject had been increased.

Abstract

The problem identified in this study is the difference that caused student learning outcomes vary greatly, formative test results are very low, the lack of using media in learning, and learning more using the lecture method. The limitation of this study is a problem in the Media Film effect toward students’ outcomes on learning Islamic Education in Fourth Grade of Elementary School at District Cilangkap 5, Depok. Thus, in relation to the restriction of the above problems, the formulation of the problem is "How is the influence of Media Film to Improve Students’ Learning Outcomes in Learning Islamic Education of Fourth Grade of Elementary School at District Cilangkap 5, Depok? In the study researcher used random sampling technique which is a technique for taking individual samples of the population by means of random or indiscriminate. So, in this technique all individuals in the population either individually or jointly given the same opportunity to become members of the sample assigned. Before further analyzing on the raw data, researchers perform firstly instrument tests through validity and reliability test, as well as through the analysis prerequisite tests, which are normality, homogeneity and linearity tests, and for the last researchers used data analysis techniques using linear regression formula and analysis variants (ANOVA). Finally, this research can be concluded that there is positive and significant relationship between the use of media film (variable X) with students’ learning outcomes on the subject of Islamic Education (variable Y) in the fourth grade student in Elementary School of Dictrict Cilangkap 5, Depok. With levels of correlation indicated by the correlation coefficient r xy of 0448. R²xy amounted to 0,201, which means that the effect of the use of the media film in learning a contribution of 20% of the learning outcomes of Islamic Education subject. Then obtained Freg price of 9.523 when compared with Ftable with db=1 versus 38 where Ft (0,05) = 4.10, and the price of Ft (0,01) = 7.35, the price Freg> Ft (0.05) and Freg> Ft (0.01), so it is declared significant, so the influence of the film media on learning on learning outcomes of Islamic religious education learners Elementary School fourth grade Cilangkap 5 Depok recognized by 20% or hypothesis are approved.

Abstract

Curriculum 2013 to emphasize of learning result on cognitive, affective, and skill. Curriculum 2013 not only to emphasize cognitive, however, also affective and skill need to be developed in the learning process. One of the skills that should be developed is the scientific process skills, because it is the high learning result. The objectives of this research are to know the science process skill diversification. Procedure this research using experiment method to design of Nonequivalent Control-Group Pretest Posttest Design. The results of this research there are the science process skills diverse using SSP of science based on PjBL and using teacher’s SSP.

Abstract

This research article is the result of a scientific approach that combines guided discovery models to describe the increase of curiosity and student learning outcomes in science subjects. The research approach uses quantitative research with Nonequivalent control group design. The subjects of the study were fifth grade of 76 students of SDN Cibedug, Bogor 2016/2017. The data collection instruments used consisted of observation techniques, scale questionnaires, and test of learning outcomes. The result data showed curiosity and learning result of significance value less than 0.05. Analysis of learning result data obtained t-count value of 3.389 and t-critical at 5% significance level is 0.1992. Thus, t-count> t-table (3.389> 0.1992) which means there is an influence from the scientific approach combining the guided discovery model to the learning outcomes. The average posttest increase of experimental class curiosity was 52.00 while control class was 46.2. The research conclusion of a scientific approach combining the guided discovery model in the field of IPA lesson studies has an influence on learning outcomes and improves the curiosity of elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian koresional ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan sikap percaya diri siswa SDN Cimpaeun I, Kecamatan Tapos, Kota Depok. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VI SD berjumlah 360 siswa dan sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VI A berjumlah 35 siswa yang dipilih secara acak (random sampling). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi antara variabel X (kecerdasan emosional siswa) dan variabel Y (rasa percaya diri siswa) diperoleh rxy sebesar 0,591. Koefisien korelasi tersebut apabila kita lihat pada tabel tingkat keeratan di atas ada pada kategori hubungan cukup kuat karena terletak antara 0,40- 0,599. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat keeratan variabel kecerdasan emosional siswa dengan variabel rasa percaya diri siswa adalah cukup kuat. Tabel model summary menunjukkan hasil KP = R Square x 100% = 0,350 x 100% = 35,0%. Hal ini menyatakan kecerdasan emosional memberikan kontribusi dengan rasa percaya diri siswa sebesar 35% atau dapat disimpulkan rasa percaya diri siswa berhubungan dengan kecerdasan emosional 35%, sedangkan sisanya 65 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak disebut dalam penelitian ini.Kata kunci: kecerdasan emosional, sikap percaya diri.THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE WITH ATTITUDE OF CONFIDENCE IN CLASS VI PRIMARY SCHOOLAbstractThis correlational research aimed to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and confident attitude of students SDN Cimpaeun I Tapos Depok subdistrict. The population in this research across six graders numbered 360 students and the study sample is graders VI A numbered 35 students randomly selected. Based on the calculation of correlation coefficient between variables X (student emotional intelligence) and variable Y (confidence students) obtained rxy 0,591. The correlation coefficient if we look at the table at the top level of closeness is in the category of relationship is strong enough that lies between 0,40 to 0,599. It can be concluded that the level of closeness students with emotional intelligence variable confidence students are strong enough. Model Summary table shows the results KPH = R Square x 100% = 0,35 x 100% = 35%. This suggests emotional intelligence contributes to the confidence of students by 35% or can be inferred confidence associated with the students emotional intelligence 35% while the remaining 65% are influenced by other factors not mentioned in the research.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter merupakan upaya proaktif yang dilakukan oleh lembaga formal, informal, maupun nonformal. Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi kemerosotan moral khususnya kemerosotan moral di kalangan remaja (peserta didik). Pendidikan karakter berkaitan erat dengan pendidikan di sekolah sebagai lembaga formal. Sekolah berperan penting sebagai wahana memperteguh karakter bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan pendidikan karakter SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif etnografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pendidikan karakter dirancang melalui program intrakurikuler dan ekstrakurikuler sekolah. Kurikulum yang digunakan yaitu kurikulum dari Kemendiknas yang dipadukan dengan kurikulum Kemenag dan kurikulum khusus SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah. Stakeholder sekolah berperan penting dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai karakter pada peserta didik SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa dalam menerapkan program pendidikan karakter sekolah tidak hanya melibatkan guru tetapi melibatkan seluruh yayasan, komite, tenaga kependidikan, orang tua serta masyarakat sekitar.  Kata Kunci: etnografi pendidikan, pendidikan karakter.  APLICATION OF CHARACTER VALUES THROUGH INTRACURRICULAR AND EXTRACURRICULAR PROGRAMSABSTRACTCharacter education is a proactive effort by formal, informal, and non-formal institutions. It is one of the solutions to overcome moral decline especially among teenagers (students). It is closely related to education in schools as a formal institution. Schools play an important role as a vehicle to strengthen the nations character. This study aims to find and describe character education SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah. The method of this study is qualitative ethnography. The results showed that character education programs are designed through school intra-curricular and extracurricular programs. Curriculum used is the curriculum Kemendiknas combined with the curriculum Kemenag and special curriculum SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah. School stakeholders play an important role in fostering the character values of SDIT Al-Utsmaniyah students. It can be seen that in applying the character education program, schools involved not only teachers but also all foundations, committees, education personnel, parents and the surrounding community.

Abstract

Understanding the concept of students material, concepts, reasoning, formulas and problems related to physics for learning and participation, active and motivated students were increasingly low, predictable when explaining a concept, the teacher does not associate the material with student’s real world. Need to create a joyous atmosphere and conducive learning so that students become interested in following the lesson, motivated, active and participating. Therefore, if it were necessary research to see the effect of CTL associated Think-pair-share Technique in improving the understanding of physics concepts. The research hypothesis is that there is a meaningful impact CTL associated Think-pair-share Technique in improving the understanding of physics concepts. This type of research is an experimental research design randomized control group only design. The study population was the whole class. Sampling through random sampling techniques and obtained experimental class (class VIII-1) and the control class (VIII-3). Data analysis techniques in the view of understanding the concept of student t test. The results were obtained understanding of the concepts of physics experiment grade students was higher than the control class. After using the t test obtained t = 6:24 larger than table = 1.99802 on the real level of 0.05 and df = 66. This means that the research hypothesis (H_i) which reads "There Influence Means CTL associated Think-pair-share Technique in improving the understanding of physics concepts "accepted standard of 0:05.
