Abstract

Kondisi masyarakat Indonesia yang plural tidak jarang menimbulkan gesekan antara satu kelompok dengan kelompok yang lain. Oleh karena itu penting kiranya menengok kondisi masyarakat yang plural tetapi sangat harmoni kehidupan masyarakatnya. Sehingga hal tersebut bisa dijadikan sebagai salah satu model dalam masyarakat Indonesia yang plural. Tulisan ini mengeksplorasi salah satu kelompok masyarakat yang berada di Desa Sampetan, Ampel, Boyolali dengan kondisi masyarakat yang plural dalam agama namun harmoni dalam kehidupan sosial-kemasyarakatannya. Akhirnya tulisan ini menyajikan temuan bahwa usaha mewujudkan harmonisasi sosial di Desa Sampetan yang berlatar belakang beda agama telah berjalan lama sehingga tumbuh tradisi yang berasal dari perpaduan antara agama dan tradisi lokal Jawa yang dijadikan sebagai “common ground” yang bisa melewati batas-batas individual dan emosional-keagamaan mereka.

Abstract

As one of the works of art, Islamic calligraphy is one medium of da'wah because it contains the value of the investigation. Therefore the purpose of this research is to know the values ​​of education in Calligraphy Art in Serambi Seni Syaiful Adnan Yogyakarta. In order to realize the purpose of research, this research uses the method as well. Data analysis techniques researchers classify key words, create categories, formulate themes and integrate the results of analysis into depskriptif form. The results of the study found that Syaiful's work after having observed the values ​​of education is mainly related to the psychological phenomena of Islamic education related to Islamic calligraphy, the basic values ​​of art are the value of the content, the value of knowledge, the value of ideas, and the value of the message on the value of oral, aesthetic education. Calligraphy artworks Syaiful Adnan of the characters, colors, very determine the message and affect the attitude and nature for the Islamic education, psychology.

Abstract

Fakfak community is known as religious society, friendly, good manners, maintaining tolerance among religious people, appreciating unity and unity because everything is contained in the philosophy and outlook of life. Philosophy of society Fakfak is a life view that was excavated and formed based on mutual consensus that contains the noble values ​​of the people of Fakfak itself since time immemorial which then used as a bond and then the philosophy or life view is used as a guide and even motivation in running various aspects people's lives. The philosophy contains a substance where all attitudes and worldviews are based on "family religion" or "custom, religion and government" which are summed up into “satu tungku tiga batu”. Thus when the occurrence of Islamic transformation in the land of Papua and in Fakfak in particular it does not necessarily replace the existing values ​​of Islam in the life of the people of Fakfak, even some aspects of the philosophy of society Fakfak is in line with the spirit of Islamic teachings as a religion that brings present "Grace" for nature and its contents including for the people of Fakfak.

Abstract

Efforts to provide educational stimuli and develop every potential of children, requires the existence of teacher roles and performance that is to support the success of early childhood in developing creativity and all the potential that exists in children. Teachers are the most influential component to the creation of quality education processes and results. Based on this, this study aims to examine the effect of teachers' perceptions on transformational leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on teacher performance. This study uses quantitative approach with the number of research subjects which amounted to 79 consisting of PAUD teachers in District Sedayu. The method of analysis used this research is multiple linier regression analysis. The results found that the perception of transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant influence on teacher performance. In addition, the study also found that transformational leadership perceptions have greater influence on teacher performance when compared to the effects of organizational citizenship behavior on teacher performance.
