Abstract

There are many of learning approaches and methods that could produce an active students in the learning process. The teacher has important role to engage students in the learning process. Discussion method is a kind of teaching method that believed could solve problems by exchanging ideas with mutually consensus among group members and participants. Discussion method is a way of presenting a lesson, where students are faced with a problem, which can be either statements or questions are problematic to be discussed and solved together. Nevertheless, the discussion method are facing the problem in terms of fiqh study areas. Some of students consider trivial and seem less interested in studying the field of fiqh study, so the impact on the results obtained by the students. There were some issues raised in this study: first, to determine the learning plan fiqh by using the method of discussion at High School Darussalam. Second, to examine the implementation of fiqh study by using the discussion method at High School Darussalam. And third, to find out the learning outcome fiqh by using the method of discussion on student High School Darussalam. This research was kind of qualitative researchwhich aimed to describe or analyze the phenomenon, events, social activities, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts people individually or in groups. The tools used are observation, documentation and interview. The finding of the research could be carried out in three phases, planning through the process of preparing teaching materials, syllabus and lesson plans. In this phase of implementation is in accordance with what was previously planned. The planning phases was discussion method preparation until discussion method implementation in some specific material. The outcome presents a critical changes, particularly at the mastery of materials, the seriousness of learning and the value obtained through discussion method.

Abstract

Untuk menampilkan kurva karakteristik I-V diperlukan sebuah peralatan dalam menelusuri keluaran sebuah modul surya yang disebut IV Tracer. IV Tracer bekerja berdasarkan nilai tegangan kerja yang divariasikan terhadap sebuah modul surya mulai dari titik nol sampai nilai tegangan rangkaian terbuka (open circuit). Berdasarkan hasil percobaan menggunakan rangkaian snubber dengan nilai kapasitor 47 uF, tahanan 5 Ω dan dioda FR207 memperlihatkan bentuk kurva arus dan tegangan yang sesuai datasheet dengan selisih rata-rata sebesar 8,89 % berdasarkan parameter nilai modul surya yang diuji. Data yang diperoleh merupakan nilai variasi tegangan saat switching MOSFET IRF540 selama 1600 milisekon dengan mengumpulkan sebanyak 52 titik pengujian. IV tracer yang dirancang memiliki batasan sebesar 200 mA - 8V berdasarkan pengaturan yang dilakukan pada layar TFT 1,8”. Kata kunci:

Abstract

Peningkatan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi memberikan kemajuan teknologi yang memungkinkan manusia mendapatkan fasilitas yang canggih. Berbagai fakta dalam modernisasi, setiap hari disediakan baik oleh keluarga, masyarakat dan juga dunia informasi. Maraknya dunia periklanan memaksa informasi beredar lebih mudah, mampu menstimulasi rasa ingin tahu, rasa ingin mencoba sebagai akibat publikasi yang dirancang secara apik oleh para ahli komunikasi dengan biaya yang mahal dengan dampak meluas dan mendalam. Informasi lebih cepat hadir dari pada sarapan pagi kita, lebih cepat disantap dari pada nasehat orang tua. Informasi tersebut masuk melalui jendela-jendela ICT (information communication technology). Keberhasilan kegiatan pembelajaran pada suatu Sekolah dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yaitu, faktor guru, siswa, kurikulum, lingkungan sosial dan sebagainya. Guru menjadi faktor penting dalam proses pembelajaran dengan tugas utama dalam membantu siswa agar dapat belajar sesuai kebutuhan dan minatnya. Abstract

The mission to observe the Sea Surface Salinity (SSS) from the space is not really new because it has been started from long time ago. The first mission was the Skylab which used a 1.4 GHz microwave radiometer in 1970’s. But this mission is still not as comprehensive as other missions which observe such as Sea Surface Temperature (SST), Sea Surface Height (SSH), Ocean Color, and so on. Realizing the importance of SSS distribution in the ocean and its influences to the Earth’s climate system has motivated the scientists to develop a new technique in observing the SSS from space and lead a mission called the SMOS mission which was launched in November 2, 2011. Besides observing the SSS, this mission observes the Soil Moisture as well. The Soil Moisture and Ocean Salinity (SMOS) mission aims to obtain global and regular measurements on the soil moisture and the ocean salinity. These measurements are essential for climate and hydrological models, among other purposes. SMOS payload is a L band (21 cm, 1.4 GHz) 2D interferometric radiometer on a generic Proteus platform. The mission lifetime is at least 3 years (0.5 for commissioning and 2.5 for normal operation) + 2 years (extended operation) + 10 years for the post-mission processing. Raw physical data, level 1 and level 2 products will be produced by the PDPC (SMOS Payload Data and Processing Centre). It is an ESA center located in Villafranca (Spain) and operated under the responsibility of ESA. The SMOS Ocean Salinity objective is accuracy better than 0.1 psu, with 10 days to monthly grid scale (200 km).

Abstract

The problem studied was how the application of the CTL model could improve the ability to describe a fable in Class VIII-6 of SMPN 2 Peusangan. This study aimed to improve the ability to describe a fable in the class through the CTL model. The benefit of this research included improving fable describing ability on Class VIII-6 students of SMP Negeri 2 Peusangan through the application of the CTL model. The approaches used in this study were the qualitative research and the Class Action Research (PTK). Data collected in the study came from the pre-test and post test, observation, interviews, and field notes. The results showed that the implementation of narrative essay writing with the CTL approach could increase the activities of teachers and students. The results of observations of the teachers and students activities in the implementation of the cycle I action obtained and average percentage of 80.4%. However, in terms of the results, the implementation of the first cycle of action had not been successful because the students obtained the value of ≥ 65 were 68.6%, with 56% of class completeness. Thus, the researcher conducted a repetition cycle. The results of observations of teachers and students in the second cycle of action earned the average percentage of 84.2%, and reached 88% of classical completeness. Moreover, in terms of the results, the implementation of the second cycle showed that teaching narrative essay writing by applying the CTL model could improve students writing on the fable describing materials. This can be seen from the percentage of the students who received ≥ 65 classically were 88%, with the class average of 84.2. Therefore, the CTL model used could increase the activities of teachers and students in fable describing in Class VIII-6 students of SMP Negeri 2 Peusangan, Bireuen district. Kata Kunci: CTL, Fabel.

Abstract

Bagian administrasi Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Baiturrahmah (FKM Unbrah) Padang langsung berada dibawah naungan Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat yang menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya untuk menjaga keteraturan transaksi akademik pada fakultas tersebut. Proses kegiatan akademik di FKM Unbrah selama ini sedikit mengalami keterhambatan, hal ini dikarenakan lamanya proses pencatatan hasil evaluasi nilai mahasiswa ke buku besar akademik yang menyebabkan terhambatnya proses kegiatan akademik lainnya. Kendala lain yang sering dialami oleh bagian akademik FKM Unbrah adalah terlambatnya pemberian absensi perkuliahan, absensi ujian tengah dan akhir semester, kartu hasil studi mahasiswa, dimana hal ini terjadi erat kaitannya dengan keterhambatan seperti yang disebutkan sebelumnya, dan ditambah dengan belum ada program yang terintegrasi untuk membantu proses transaksi pengolahan evaluasi hasil belajar mahasiswa persemester di bagian akademik FKM Unbrah. Salah satu cara yang dapat diambil untuk memperbaiki kinerja bagian akademik FKM Unbrah serta membantu mengefektifkan dan mengefisiensikan transaksi pengolahan data-data akademik serta evaluasi hasil belajar mahasiswa persemester adalah dengan merancang antar muka (Interface) menggunakan aplikasi visual basic 6.0 yang khusus untuk menangani pengolahan data akademik di FKM Unbrah melalui pendekatan model Rapid Application Development (RAD) dan pemanfaatan Use Case Diagram untuk merepresentasikan interaksi antar aktor-aktor yang terlibat dengan kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh sistem dalam bentuk diagram alir. RAD menggabungkan berbagai macam teknik-teknik terstruktur dengan teknik pemodelan yang bertujuan mempercepat pengembangan sistem, dengan syarat sebelum menerapkan model RAD harus diketahui dengan baik kebutuhan serta batasan ruang lingkup proyek yang akan dikembangkan. Abstract

Several researches have been conducted about "Analysis of Heavy Metal Content Mercury (Hg) On Whitening Face Cream Circulating On Percut Sei Tuan Sampali area with Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS)". The research study was run at the Health Central Laboratory of North Sumatra. This study aimed to determine the levels of mercury (Hg) in the whitening face creams that ciirculating in the Percut Sei Tuan Sampali district. It also need to determine the levels of mercury (Hg) from Percut Sei Tuan Sampali area that accordance with the Regulation No. HK.03.1.23.07.11.6662 POM. However, this was an experiment study with a random of 5 samples among the whitening face cream at Percut Sei Tuan Sampali area. Thus, this area presented that the heavy metal mercury (Hg) from 5 samples were obtained the results that samples 1A was 1.5429 mg / L, samples 2A is 1.5334 mg / L, samples 3A is 1.4851 mg / L, samples 4A is 1.4916 mg / L, the sample 5A is 1, 5180 mg / L. However, the results showed that the mercury (Hg) value was above the levels was determined by BPOM RI, (the permission terms of heavy metal contamination Mercury (Hg) 1 mg / L No. HK.03.1.23.07.11.6662 in 2011). Thus, it was necessary to supervise the facial whitening cream in the Percut Sei Tuan Sampali society.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan elektronik yang dewasa ini cukup pesat telah menghasilkan banyak peralatan elektronik baik untuk kebutuhan rumah tangga, perkantoran maupun industri. Umumnya peralatan ini membutuhkan catu daya sumber tegangan arus searah, sementara catu daya yang tersedia merupakan sumber tegangan arus bolak balik. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan konverter ac-dc yang berfungsi mengubah sumber tegangan arus bolak balik yang ada menjadi sumber tegangan arus searah. Namun, pemakaian peralatan konverter ac-dc, menghasilkan distorsi pada bentuk gelombang arus, yang dikenal dengan harmonisa yang dapat mengganggu kerja peralatan listrik lainnya yang terpasang pada sumber tegangan yang sama. Jadi, haruslah diupayakan agar harmonisa yang dibangkitkan oleh konverter ac-dc sekecil mungkin dibawah standar yang diizinkan. Pada penelitian ini hanya meneliti konverter ac-dc berupa penyearah terkendali satu fasa full converter. Banyak metoda yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengurangi harmonisa yang dibangkitkan oleh kedua penyearah ini, salah satu cara adalah dengan menggunakan filter LCL pada sisi inputnya. Pada daya beban sebesar 2 kW, pada penyearah terkendali satu fasa full converter dengan beban RL menghasilkan arus harmonisa ke tiga sebesar 40,36 Ampere, sesudah dipasang filter LCL arus harmonisa ke 3 menjadi 0,02 Ampere. Sedang menurut standard IEC-1000-3-2, arus harmonisa ketiga yang diizinkan adalah sebesar 2,3 Ampere.

Abstract

Tujuan kajian adalah mengkaji proses keberkesanan kerja amali dalam kursus Agroteknologi. Kajian ini dikhususkan hanya kepada pelajar yang bercorak aliran teknikal di tiga buah Sekolah Menengah Teknik di Malaysia. Kajian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian secara kuantitatif. Hasil Analisis data kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tahap kepuasan kerja pelajar dengan saiz makmal amali. Faktor kepuasaan pelajar mampu menyumbang keberkesanan aktiviti amali. Kajian ini diharapkan mampu menambah baik pengaruh terhadap kerja amali dalam kursus Agroteknologi di masa hadapan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that influence the effectiveness of practical woodworking and determine the effectiveness of woodworking practical from the perspective of students of secondary vocational schools in the province of Aceh. Factors - factors studied were the workshop equipment, workshop environment. This study was designed to investigate the significant differences concerning factors woodworking practical effectiveness based on demographic factors. A total of 130 respondents were randomly selected from six vocational schools in the province of Aceh. The instrument consists of a set of questionnaire consisting of 49 items and distributed second level students. The results showed there is no significant difference between factors - factors woodworking practical effectiveness based on demographic factors except the income level of the parents and the parents’ workplace. This shows there is a significant effect of the four factors, the effectiveness of practical woodworking, accounting for 60.6% (R2 = 0.606) changes in the variance in effectiveness of hands-on woodworking, and between the two of these factors, the workshop environment is the factor that most influences the effectiveness of the practical work wood, contributing 43.3% (R2 = 0.433) of the variance in effectiveness of woodworking practical.
