Abstract

SMT’s secretariat is one of the PT. PLN (Persero) Power Generation Sector of Tarahan which is responsible fordocument control process. The documents control form start from submission until distribution are still inmanual process, for example, the distributed documents still in the hardcopy. This research creates theIntegrated Management Information System or SIMANTEP Online which is an integrated information systemthat gave online service of documents management at PT. PLN (Persero) Power Generation Sector of TarahanLampung. The information system is made using Extreme Programming (XP), one of Agile DevelopmentMethods. The result of this research is an online information system which is not only accessible in TarahanPLTU’s office area, but also can be accessed by the internet. The SIMANTEP Online also provides conveniencefor the user in terms of documents management and control, start from the submission, validation, anddistribution of documents with online service.

Abstract

The academic supervisor help collagers to finish their study well and efficient depends on their condition and potential. The allocation of academic supervisor in computer science major was done manually,  it makes data processing become over late. This study, develop a web based system to help determine the academic supervisor for each collager, and to represent it in a graph. This system is developed in PHP programming language. The system outputs are collegers data and their academic supervisor, and the graph of collegers data for each supervisor. The system also represent the data result in a format of SK proposed format.The system development use prototype method. The advantage of prototype method is the system can be  develop as expected by user. First prototype produces some functions such as login, lecture and colleger data input, clear data academic supervisor, edit data academic supervisor, and devided colleger data for each supervisor. Second prototype produce some addition function such as print complete supervisor data, print supervisor data, and show supervisor data graph.Keyword : Academic Supervisor, Prototype Method

Abstract

Job Record is the reference of Worker Performance Appraisal process where maximum or not the performance worker on certain period will be determined. The Development of Job record and worker performance appraisal information system with apply XML web service as method to exchange information between one and the other domains. With Web Service into information system could be handle business process that is recruitment, job record, worker performance appraisal, and payroll system. The resulting of exchange the information that is information of  employees, overtime, and incentive. The implemented of this information system using  PHP  programming language and  MySQL database and web service method using XML programming language. The result of Black Box testing showed that this The development of Job record and worker  performance appraisal information system has been successfully created as the users need.

Abstract

Most of the system or results of application the final project and computer thesis of science students that is creating applications that can help the performance of the Department. However, applications made have not been utilized properly, only presented and stored in the library only. Besides, container or a place to attach the application provided are difficult for users because there are settings for connecting to the ftp server. This study built an Application Management System (AMS) as one of the solutions that can be implemented to overcome these problems.AMS is a software used to organize the content. AMS facilitates the application that will be displayed as content on the main website. Implementation AMS of the content on the website using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The test results using Equivalence Partitioning (EP) shows that the AMS has been built to facilitate the user in posting applications. Applications that are embedded into websites using AMS can be run properly.Keywords: application management system, equivalence partitioning, website.

Abstract

The computer lab is a place of experimentation, training, or research related to computer science and have several computers in a network that is used by certain circles. One usability labs Department of Computer Science, University of Lampung, namely as the venue for the practicum organized by an assistant professor with the participants called praktikan. The problem faced is the loss of computer lab files presence and value. This is quite disturbing reporting lab.The system created to administer the practical activities of the subsystems within it, namely subsystem schedules, presence subsystems, and subsystems value. This information system has the master data that can be processed by each of these subsystems, namely the login data, the data of the school year, the data study program, the student data, the data subjects, the data space, class data, the data plotting, the data lab, and data assistant. Abstract

This research was conducted to create a service learning activity reporting system which is able to assist BP-KKN, DPL and students in managing reports KKN.  The data of this research consists of the data DPL, the student, and the location of the KKN.  Data for KKN Unila Period I 2017 i.e. 55 DPL or lecturer from various faculties, 2708 students, and 387 location.  DPL data is used to test whether the system reports an activity that students upload was received directly by the DPL respectively.  Student data is used to test the system as students who are already registered as a participant of KKN that already get a token to login on this application.  While the village is used to find out the placement of the students and DPL as well as those of the village.  The results showed that: (1) functional testing using Black Box methods of Equivalence Partitioning (EP) getting results as expected on a test scenario in each test class.  (2) Ownership of smartphones and questionnaire testing provider with 135 people respondents consisting of students of KKN period I 2017 shows; ownership of Android-based smartphones to occupy the highest number i.e. 107 or 79.26%, while ownership provider Telkomsel occupies the highest number i.e. 100 or 74.07%. (3) the testing of the questionnaire android application with 40 respondents consisting of students of KKN period I 2017 shows; from the results of 5 statement on keusioner obtained an average value of 85.7% (categorized very good).  (4) the testing of the questionnaire web systems with 16 respondents consisting of DPL and KDPL KKN period I 2017 shows; from the results of the 4 statements on the questionnaire obtained average value of 81,875% (categorized very good).

Abstract

This research was conducted on the development of information systems supporting the completion of a thesis in the form of graphics on the letter System. Development is done by adding the Menu Duration of Study, Old Settlement thesis, recapitulation data as well as data guidance thesis. The development aims to improve the performance of the Secretary of the Department in managing student thesis data. In this development using the PHP programming language function library Kendo and MySQL as the database. This application has been applied to the Information Systems Department of Computer Science, University of Lampung. Key Word: Letter System, Graphics Menu, kendo.

Abstract

School information is very important for associating parents and school. Information about student at school such a test score as a means of academic activity is very important for parents to know. Usually test score information is only informed when report is given to parents. The system that we developed is used to report student test score via SMS Gateway and working properly. The SMS Gateway system is created using a MySQL database, Gammu and PHP.

Abstract

This research is conduct to make a system called “Information System of KKN with Pigeon Hole Method for Determine and Grouping KKN Participant”. Grouping KKN participant based on gender and major of faculty. Grouping KKN participant based on gender is every KKN group consist of 7 participant that consist of 3 male and 4 female. Grouping KKN participant based on majority and faculty is every KKN group consist of 7 participant that consist max 2 participant from same major and max 3 participant from same faculty. The result of grouping KKN participants based on each assumptions is percentage of system accuracy in classifying participant KKN is not much different from the ideal of percentage each group data. This information system of KKN is make using prototype method which is part of SDLC. Information system of KKN can be use as a means by students to participate KKN process. Abstract

Without no doubt, technology supports the human life and can be applied in many aspects, for example ineducation development. Learning process using computer as an aided tools are commonly used. The Applicationof Sequential Search Algorithm for The Searching Process of Information in The Learning System of Human’sHeart is an example of the application of computer in education that can be one of solution to help the learningprocess for teachers, lecturers, or students. In this research we use the sequential search algorithm searchingprocess in learning system of human’s heart which is one of the search methods to facilitate text searches of theinformation that required by the user. This system gives information about the material that is related to the heartorgan, i.e, heart anatomy, heart physiology, and heart pathology. The testing systems that used in this applicationis Black Box method. Black Box Testing is focuses on the functional requirements of the software.
