Abstract

Daily activities PO Bus today still use the conventional system in booking tickets, the passengers came agencies Sales bus ticket and booked a ticket in accordance with the schedule provided and the number of seats desired or booked over the phone which will then be recorded in book reservations. This manual system, the company must provide a place or an office used to receive and record passengers who will book the tickets and must always be available employees to accept the ticket booking. Companies need a system that is more practical, efficient and accessible to everyone from everywhere to facilitate passengers in ticket reservations. The purpose of this study to make it easier for passengers in booking tickets, and simplify the recording of ticket reservation which in turn can increase the productivity and efficiency of time and place. The development model systems used RAD Model.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a strategy of acquiring and retaining customers by taking into account the development of technologies relevant to the CRM application. With a CRM strategy, companies can establish a good relationship with customers. Maintaining customer loyalty (customer loyalty) must be carried out by the company in the long term to prevent the occurrence of a condition in which the product is lost in the absence of an "after sales service". The development of CRM itself cannot be separated from technology, therefore the use of a CRM company combined with a technology-based website will produce a line of target companies to face competition.

Abstract

Technology develops and increases rapidly. It becomes a buzz in society, especially among teenagers. The online game is one of the technologies that rapidly growing and increasing in demand. This study analyzes six variables: the trust in online game’s websites, online game’s satisfaction, the enjoyment in playing online games, subjective norms, attitudes toward and intention playing online games. The samples were taken from 196 peoples in various regions cafe in Jakarta. Various factors can be affected in the intention of a person is playing an online game. The analysis showed that the satisfaction of online game does not affect a person in playing the game.

Abstract

Media Consulting Dental  Disease Using Dempster-Shafer Method. The expert system could serve as a consultant which would advise the user as well ass the assistant for the expert. One way to prevent and help to detect persons' level of risk dental disease, by making the anexpert system as a consultant media in order that could minimize the risk of serious illness or death resulting. Diagnostic result of dental disease expert system is equal with The Dempster-Shafer inference engine. The conclusion is an expert system has been built could be applied for dental disease diagnostic.

Abstract

The ability of an educational institution in terms of science and technology became one of the very important factors. Despite those two things then it should be accompanied by qualified human resources and competitive. SDIT Al-Hikmah Cipayung Depok is an Islamic educational institution where the transfer of knowledge is still limited in the forum work meetings there has been no documentation or technology that saves teachers 'knowledge and experience in teaching. Knowledge Management System is the most effective way of tackling the problem and solution sharing and transfer of knowledge teachers at Al-Hikmah SDIT Cipayung Depok. The research method used was the establishment of the SECI model of knowledge, architectural design model application with MVC (Model-View-Controller), testing validation by Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method using a questionnaire, software testing, and black box testing and software quality testing with ISO 9126. The result of the research is a Knowledge Management System as the technology transfer of knowledge that is one of the efforts in reducing the use of paper (paperless office), making the efficiency of time, effort and cost, and better documentation management in the SDIT Al-Hikmah Cipayung Depok.

Abstract

College is constantly developing an academic climate in order to support the democratic process of learning who directs and being a graduate student best quality. Not just students expected, as science in the field but also to develop soft activity skills to be independent, graduates full of initiative, work, in a punctilious manner full responsibility and persistent. This capability student can get from 92 formally through Cocurricular, and academic curriculum extra and an extern Curricular. However, not all students willing and able to be a successful learner. A student with an unusually high academic utilizing to use his time in activities and extra Cocurricular Curricular. Contrarily active in the student organization Student Affairs and development activities soft skills did not obtain the value of academic high. It sometimes becomes influence or constraint student in achievement or in externalized his best be a student. In determining student best we can use methods fuzzy logic. By using the method fuzzy logic expected to determine the best student by using criteria such as final scores consisting of scores central semester (UTS), scores last semester (UAS), value absent / presence, duty and value quiz. Then aside from the final score we can make a judgment is parameters of the value of liveliness in the classroom the achievements and also organization participation in value. By using four final score, variable the liveliness and value achievement and value organization proceed with fuzzy logic methods have high accuracy in determining the best student.

Abstract

This study has the purpose to implement an object-first approach to students who have not studied structured programming with structured programming that has been studied. Samples from this study were students totaling 48 students, which consisted of 24 students learn and understand the concepts of OOP without Object-First approach and 24 other students using Object-First approach. Data were analyzed using t-test prior to testing the validity, reliability, normality and homogeneity test. From the research results found in the study java programming with Object-First approach has not been proven to facilitate the understanding and studying the concepts of OOP, ie there is no difference between without using Object-First approach using Object-First approach is evident from the (t count (1,927) <t table (<2.012)) and the ratio of the mean value of the pretest (61.33) is higher than the posttest (56.54).

Abstract

In a high level of a competitive environment, every business must maintain their customer. This study, therefore, intent to search several variables’ effect which is probably able to raise customer satisfaction. The study used several customers of  PT PENERBIT ERLANGGA  as a sample. Data analyze instrument used by the writer is SPSS 17. Data analyze result shows that the research model has well appropriateness and all hypothesis of the study are able to be evidenced. The summary said that personal approach of a salesperson, product quality and price are positively affected to customer satisfaction. Based on the result of  the  study,  managerial  implication  given  to the  company  is  suggestion  or  input  to the management of  PT PENERBIT ERLANGGA to give more concern at the price, as it is the most dominant factor effected to customer satisfaction

Abstract

Factors Affecting the Use of Real E-commerce For Sale of Goods Media. This study aims to determine the Factors Affecting Interests Using E-commerce For Sale of Goods Media. The model used is the Technology Acceptance Model. Factors thought to have an influence on actual usage is Computer Self Efficacy, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Using, Intention to Use and Actual Usage. This study aimed to measure the actual usage of e-commerce in enterprises craftsmen Shoes and Bags in Bogor. All variables influence hypothesis, but there are some indicators that lost in the final model due to no more valid results valid. For longer needed another indicator as a supporter.

Abstract

General elections are a means of implementation of the sovereignty of the people in the Unitary State of Indonesia based on Pancasila and 1945 Constitution. Elections held in Indonesia is to choose the leadership of both the president and vice president, member of parliament, parliament, and the DPD. In this study comparison of data mining methods, namely C4.5 and neural network algorithm is applied to both the data legislative candidates to be elected to the legislature and were not selected. C4.5 algorithm is one of the algorithms in a decision tree method that converts the data into a decision tree using the entropy calculation formula. While the neural network algorithm is a method like human neurons to find the best path. From the test results to measure the performance of both methods using cross-validation test method, confusion matrix and ROC curves is known that the neural network has the highest accuracy value which is equal to 98.50%, followed by the C4.5 algorithm method with 97.84% accuracy values. AUC values for the neural network method showed the highest value of 0.982 and a decision tree algorithm with a value of 0.970.
