Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the performance of work discipline employees of PT. PLN Singkawang area. Methods using descriptive method with data collection consists of primary data include interviews, questionnaires, and observations and secondary data by studying the documentation. Saturated samples used in this study, so that the number of respondents is 144 people. The analysis is correlation and linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the correlation between the two is a weak correlation, based on the analysis of regression equation y = 3.284 to 0.004, which means if there is no increase in the value of labor discipline, then the value of the performance of employees is 3,284. Regression coefficient of -0.004 states that any decrease in the value of labor discipline the employees performance is also decreased, by t test obtained t count equal to -1.176. From the above data obtained t = -1.176 while the results obtained for 1,656 ttabel (df = n-2 = 144-2 = 142). So the result that t < ttable or -1.176 <1.656 which means that the discipline of work does not affect significantly the performance of employees of PT. PLN Singkawang area and by coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.10, meaning that the performance (Y) is influenced by 10% by the discipline of work, while the rest (100% -10% = 90%) is explained by other factors, and because of the small number of that means having a weak correlation between the two variables.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh manajemen aset dan kinerja keuangan berpengaruh terhadap nilai pasar pada perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu perusahaan sektor properti, dengan sub sektor properti dan real estate dan konstruksi bangunan, yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, sebanyak 72 pengamatan. Operasional variabel penelitian ini adalah Manajemen Aset diukur berdasarkan Fixed Asset Turnover (FAT) dan Inventory Turnover (IT); dan Kinerja Keuangan diukur berdasarkan Return On Asset (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE) terhadap Nilai Pasar yang diukur berdasarkan Harga Saham Penutupan (HSP). Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) Manajemen Aset dan Kinerja Keuangan berdasarkan uji Simultan menyatakan bahwa secara bersama-sama atau serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terdapat Nilai Pasar, (2) Namun berdasarkan uji parsial menyatakan bahwa yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan adalah IT, sementara FAT, ROA dan ROE tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, (3) Berdasarkan koefisien Determinasi menyatakan bahwa Manajemen Keuangan dan Kinerja Keuangan memiliki hubungan yang cukup erat terhadap Nilai Pasar dan memiliki peningkatan sebesar 11,4%.Kata kunci:  Fixed Asset Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Return on Asset dan Return on Equity dan Harga Saham Penutupan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors Cultural, Social, Personal and psychology affect consumer behavior in purchasing tabloid Nova in the city of Pontianak. This study is a survey method, whose population is all consumers tabloid Nova in Pontianak and 100 of whom were sampled were selected based on purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed with the Validity and Reliability Testing Instruments, factor analysis (Factor Analysis) which is used to determine the factors that influence consumers in the purchase Tabloid Nova in Pontianak. Test Bartletts Test of Spehericity amounted to 795.181 less than the value α of 0.05 (5%), so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Test Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy amounted to 0,703 this value indicates the number is greater than required, amounting to 0.5-1.0 means of factor analysis suitable for use and there is a closeness between the variables in the population. Factors that influence the consumers decision to buy tabloids Nova in Pontianak is reflecting social class, lifestyle, perceptions of news delivered and decision-making with the conscious, rational and deliberate, easily available and alternative options on the product, reading habits and customs in the neighborhood , the experience of families and benefits and will always buy. because of the influence of friends, adjust to the income and the drive to buy. The five factors that influence the consumers decision to buy tabloids Nova in Pontianak has a cumulative percentage of variance (cumulative percentage of variance) of 67.948%. This shows that 5 (five) factors are able to explain the factors that influence the consumers decision to buy tabloids Nova in Pontianak at 67.948%, while the remaining 31.239% is explained or influenced by other factors.Keywords: consumer behavior, cultural factors, personal, psychological

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan kajian optimalisasi pelayanan puskesmas dalam peningkatan layanan meliputi: pengukuran kebutuhan, keinginan, harapan  dan persepsi masyarakat selaku pengguna jasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif analisis kualitas dengan pendekatan IKM dan model SERVQUAL (Service Quality), analisis kualitatif menggunakan Diagram Kartesius serta terakhir  analisis optimalisasi dengan pendekatan medan kekuatan (Force Field Analysis). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai indeks sebesar 2,65 yang dikonversikan dengan nilai dasar adalah 65,10 secara keseluruhan  kinerja unit pelayanan Puskesmas adalah baik.  Dari atribut pelayanan, ada 10 atribut pelayanan termasuk kategori Baik (B), dan 3 unsur pelayanan yang termasuk kategori Kurang Baik (C). Dari 3 unsur pelayanan yang termasuk ketegori Kurang Baik (C), indeks terendah adalah atribut kecepatan pelayanan (P7). Optimalisasi pelayanan dituangkan dalam matrik dengan skala prioritas melengkapi fasilitas dan ketersediaan obat-obatan yang penting, rasio tenaga  kesehatan, pengembangan sistem pelayanan, dan supporting budget serta melibatkan unsur atau  instansi yang terkait.Kata Kunci: indeks kepuasan masyarakat, pelayanan, puskesmas, kebutuhan, keinginan, harapan, persepsi ABSTRACTThis study reviews the optimization of Community Health Care services in improving public health service that includes the measurement of needs, wants, hopes, and perception of service users. The method of research uses three stages nameky; descriptive method of quality analysis and SERVQUAL model, Cartesian Diagram, and optimization analysis with Force Field Analysis. The findings suggested that score of indexes of community satisfaction of the overall performance of Community Health Care is good with mean score 65,10. Out of the attributes of services, there were 10 attributes of services classified as good, and 3 attributes of services classified as poor. The lowest index of the attributes of services was speed of service The optimization of services is imprinted into matrix with priority scale to complete the facility, the availability of essential medicine, and the ratio of health workers, the development of service system, supporting budget and participation from relevant agencies.Keywords: indexes of community satisfaction, service, community health care, needs, wants, hopes, expectations

Abstract

The existence of a large difference between the market value and the reported values would make the financial statements are useless for decision making for investors who will invest in the company. The purpose of this study is as a source of information for investors to conduct analysis and investment decisions in the stock market, especially manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The design of this research is done using secondary data and purposive sampling techniques, the overall manufacturing company in the consumer goods industry sector, listed on the Stock Exchange, from 2011 up to 2014. The research model using multiple linear regression, which was conducted to determine the effect of free variables, Value Added Intellectual Coeffisient (VAIC TM), consisting of: VACA (X1), VAHU (X2), STVA (X3) on the dependent variable is financial performance, which consists of: Ratio on Assets (ROA) (Y1) and Market Value (Y2). The conclusion of this study are: (1) simultaneously (test F), Value Added Intellectual Coefisient (VAICTM) effect on financial performance consisting of ratios Return on Assets (ROA) is 15.078> 2.69; 0.000 <0.05 and Market Value, is 12.047> 2.69; 0.000 <0.05; (2) partially (t test), Value Added Intellectual Coefisient (VAICTM) effect on the financial performance, the ROA is Physical Capital and Structural Capital, namely 0.000 <0.05, and the Market Value of variables, namely Structural Capital course , namely 0.000 <0.05, and 3) in the coefficient of determination R Square or the amount of Value Added Intellectual Coefisient (VAICTM) has a fairly close relationship to the Financial performance Ratio for the variable on Assets (ROA), is 0.558 and Market Value, is 0.515 Keywords: Physical Capital, Human Capital, Structural Capital Ratio on Assets and Market Value

Abstract

This research is using survey. Populations used are all customers of PT. PLN (Persero) Sub Rayon Sentebang ever in arrears to pay the electricity bill, with a sample of 100 people who use techniques Probability Sampling type of stratified sampling proportional sample criteria in this study are customers aged> 20 years, whether married or not married and customer ever dives at least 2 months delinquent. This study using factor analysis. The results showed that the Factors Affecting Customer DelinquentElectricity Account In. PLN (Persero) Sub Rayon Sentebang is the payment process is complicated, quality distribution of electricity that is not good, quality of service disruption poor, low income customers, Deliberate customers delay payments, attitude PLN officers unfavorable, fee late charges are low, the payment system is not good, often delay the payment of electricity bills and lack of good quality KWH meter PLN.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion, place, people, process and physical evidence against the decision of customers save money in the Savings Simpeda at PT. Bank Kalbar Cabang Mempawah. The shape of the research is a survey method. For the purposes of data collection, conducted interviews and questionnaire to a sample of 100 people, and using purposive sampling method specified purpose. From the results of hypothesis testing simultaneous effect (F test) showed that promotion, place, people, process and physical evidence simultaneously significantly influence consumer decisions to save. While the hypothesis test for promotion, it was found that partially have a significant influence on consumer decisions in Savings Simpeda save on PT. Bank Kalbar Cabang Mempawah

Abstract

Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah : Adakah pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan orangtua murid memilih jasa pendidikan di TK Bina Mulia Pontianak. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah seberapa besar pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan orangtua murid dalam memilihkan jasa pendidikan di TK Bina Mulia dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasional (Correlational Study). Penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara brand image terhadap keputusan konsumen menggunakan jasa pendidikan. Teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui observasi, wawancara dan kuisioner. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang konsumen yang merupakan orangtua siswa dan dipilih berdasarkan metode Purposive Sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan dua acara, yaitu; analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif, dengan pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang besar antara brand image terhadap keputusan orangtua murid TK. Keywords: Brand Image, Keputusan Pembelian, Jasa Pendidikan

Abstract

The background of this research there is an indication that the stock price on the market does not showthe actual value of the shares, especially shares subsectors advertising, Printing, and Media. The intrinsicvalue of shares can be searched by using fundamental analysis of the company through the method ofdividend discount models (DDM). This research is a case study in which the withdrawal of a sample usingpurposive sampling. the data used are secondary data obtained from documents Indonesia StockExchange through its website www.idx.co.id. This research resulted in the intrinsic value of the shares ofthe sub sectors of advertising, Printing and Media, which found that the price of the shares of the subsectors of advertising, Printing, and the media in a state of high market prices (overvalued). Informationfor investors on the stock return is calculated through the method of capital asset pricing model (CAPM)and the formation of the portfolio as well as information for investors that the shares owned byPT.Jasuindo Tiga Perkasa has the highest return and can be considered for investment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat pada PT.Arwana Internusa Tour Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu konsumen yang membeli tiket pesawat minimal 2 kali dengan memesan tiket via telepon dan datang langsung ke kantor perusahaan. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan metode statistik terdiri dari analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis koefisien korelasi (r), analisis koefisien determinasi, dan uji t.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi linier sederhana: Ŷ = 0,469 + 0,885X + e. Persamaan ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat pada PT.Arwana Internusa Tour Pontianak. Kepuasan konsumen memiliki korelasi yang kuat dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,637, dan berkontribusi cukup besar terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket pesawat pada PT.Arwana Internusa Tour Pontianak sebesar 40,00%, dan sisanya sebesar 60,00% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Konsumen, Keputusan Pembelian, Tiket Pesawat
