Abstract

This study aims to understand is how exemplary method Islamic education in the perspective of the Quran, how the exemplary method of Qurani and its implementation in education. This research uses the Research Method Library (library research) with approach method Mudhuiy. That is, by way of collecting all or part of the verses from several letters that relate to the problem of exemplary (Uswah hasanah). So in the end taken a thorough conclusion about the matter according to the view of the Quran. The results of this study indicate that there are several verses of the Quran that are used as the normative basis used as exemplary methods in Islamic education. The normative description explicitly illustrates the exemplary exemplified by the Prophets and the Messenger of Allah. as well as the companions used as a foothold and backrest by practitioners.

Abstract

Almost every year education in Indonesia is always shrouded in problems especially when national exam will be held. Problems that arise like cramming, compressing National Exam subjects by leaving other lessons, forming successful teams, and giving sanctions to Schools that fail the National Exam, and others. Supposedly, the National Exam is the answer in our efforts to realize an honest and achieving education process. This study aims to determine how the teachers efforts in inculcating the value of honesty during the National Examination at Vocational High School Nurul Iman Palembang. This research is a field research with qualitative approach. To obtain data in this research, researcher use some methods in collecting data that are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis technique used is descriptive technique. The result of the research is the cultivation of honesty value during the National Exam in Vocational High School Nurul Iman Palembang, among others: First, appealed and advised the students to study hard at home and school and take the best time to learn. Second, hold impromptu evaluation. Third, cultivating faith in God confesses that there is no god but Allah, always remember Allah wherever located so afraid to commit sins or errors intentionally even if not known by others. Fourth, explain the honest benefits of the National Examination.

Abstract

Contextual physics learning with natural phenomena in the environment will be more meaningful for learners. One of the learning contexts that can be raised is the phenomenon of soil erosion in the river Batang Sinamar, West Sumatra. This study aims to describe the profile of physics literacy ability of learners about the erosion of river wall of Batang Sinamar in District of Lima Puluh City of West Sumatera Province. The method used is pre-experimental with one shoot test design. Data collection is done by disseminating instrument literacy consisting of four questions about the process, concept, context and best attitude of learners in response to the phenomenon. The results showed that there were significant differences in literacy ability of physics concepts between students attending school near the erosion site and students who went to school away from the erosion site. The average overall grade of the learners at the closest school is 2.66 and the furthest school is 2.14. The results of this study can be used as the initial reference in the preparation of enrichment materials about the physical matter related to the phenomenon of erosion of the Sinamar rod wall.

Abstract

An educator must have an understanding of pedagogical learning. Understanding of pedagogic aims to make children later in life able to understand and live life and later can support themselves, can live meaningfully, and can also glorify life. The lack of understanding of teachers and educators about the meaning of fundamental change in teaching, educating and learning, keeps them insistent on educational pracces built on old rules, rules that are never renewed by new demands arising in society. In order for the educated participants to understand and master a number of important knowledge in life, to master certain skills, and to understand the values of life, first taught through knowledge learning, the second is taught through practice of mastering real skills, and the third is taught through an understanding of the values of life

Abstract

This article aims to examine and analyze non-corporal punishment in the character development of Madrasah Aliyah students in Jambi province. This research applied case study approach with purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by observing, interviewing, and documentating. The result showed that the application of non-corporal punishment works well in Madrasah Aliyah of Jambi province, student character can also be formed from non-corporal punishment contribution. The indicators could be seen by; (1) there is a change in the process of learning when the teacher implements non-corporal punishment, and the non-corporal punishment implementation in extracurricular activities goes well, (2) student character such as discipline can be developed with non-corporal punishment more obedient to madrasah regulations, and discipline enforcement by non-corporal punishment raises awareness and motivation of students who can improve their academic performance, (3) while the supporting factor of non-corporal punishment implementation in Madrasah Aliyah is cooperation of all elements of madrasah (headmasters, classteachers, teachers, janitor, security, and parents), while those that hinder the application of non-corporal punishment is a team that should always be supervised, full teacher activities, the teachers who do not care about the discipline, the distance of student residence to school, and financing.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the hadith about learning method of Rasulullah SAW. The sides to be examined are on the historical dimension of the hadith of the prophet, from the start of descent to the study of maān al-ḥadīṣ. From these, created a historical concept of the hermeneutical map in the study of Islam and its relevance in the study of hadith, in order to get a more contextual and applicative meaning. This research approach is adopted from hermeneutic Hassan Hanafi in understanding the texts of revelation as a source of law. Namely, depart from three consciousness; 1) history (asy-syu’ur at-tarikhy), 2) eidetis (asy-syu’ur at-ta’ammuli) 3) praxis (asy-syu’ur al-‘amali). The study found: 1) In conveying the message through the lecture method, the Prophet conveyed with clear talk, easy to understand, and if necessary repeated three times. 2) Question-answer method used by the Prophet to invite curiosity of his friend, and also to provide teaching based on problems owned by his friend. 3) The experimental method is applied to applied sciences such as agriculture, with the aim of obtaining understanding after the experimental process. 4) Methods of demonstration he did to show the procedure of the implementation of something, such as tayammum. Companions can easily understand what he is showing, without needing to explain it verbally

Abstract

This research analyzes about Education Islamic on children facing the law in Prisons class IIA Curup. The study is motivated by the importance of Islamic religious education for child prisoners. As already mentioned in UU Number 11 years 2012 on the juvenile justice sytem, that the prison children are entitled to receive education adn training during their stay in prison, as has been done in prisons Klas IIA Curup. Prisons class IIA Curup serve as a source of data because to geta portrait of Islamic religious education, an then can be used as a model for coaching other prison. In this case, islamic religious learning has an important role inthe process of coaching, because one of their awareness is to restore the religion. Inthe process of learning educators provide material that includes the Qur’an, creed, morals shariah worship, but more emphasis on moral material. The methods used in leaarning Islamic religious education in prisons class IIA Curup include; method of guidance based on situation, individual coaching method, group coaching method, suggestion outo ethod, refraction method, advice method, deductive method, lectur method, question and answer method and discussion method. Media used by the blackboard, texbooks and teachers themselves as a demonstrations tool. As for evaluation in learning Islamic religious education prison class IIA Curup is the assessment of tasks and tests given to children.

Abstract

This article discusses the transformation of Islamic education in the early period, that is from the epoch of the prophet Muhammad. In the period of the prophet Muhammad, Islamic education activity took place in its simple form, centered on the companions residents. Prophet Muhammad as uswatun hasanah and rahmatan lil alamin for those expecting the grace and the coming of the Day of Judgment is the first and foremost educators in the world of Islamic education. The transformation process of science, spiritualism internalization of values and emotional guidance of the Prophet Muhammad is incredible miracles and ordinary man may not be able to do so. Implementation of guidance of Islamic education in the time of Prophet Muhammad conducted in two phases which of Mecca, as the initial phase of guidance of Islamic education and the phase of Medina, as the improvement phase guidance of Islamic education.

Abstract

The result of this study —library research— showed that the values of Islamic education are contained in the Holy Qur’an surah Luqman. There are at least three basic education, namely aqidah education, syari’ah education and character education. Aqidah education, there are two things: (1) prohibition of associating partners with Allah. Luqman al-Hakim himself had to prioritize monotheism education (tauhid) to his children, (2) believe in the place of hereafter. Luqman ordered his children to believe the reward of all his deeds. Especially retaliation for our gratitude to Him for every blessing and our sense of respect for both parents. Syari’ah Education, there are two things, namely a command set up prayer and amar ma‘rūf nahy munkar. Character education, which is the command to ingratitude towards Allah SWT. For all the blessings and grace of God, we should be grateful to Him.

Abstract

Karakteristik guru yang memiliki kompetensi sosial adalah berkomunikasi secara santun dan bergaul secara efektif. Kompetensi sosial mengharuskan guru memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dengan siswa. Ditinjau dari jenis datanya pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun jenis pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Penelitian deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang berusaha untuk menuturkan pemecahan masalah yang ada sekarang berdasarkan data-data. Adapun Manajemen Kepala Madrasah Dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Sosial Guru, yaitu dengan mendengarkan ide / saran dari para guru, Sosialisasi, mengemukakan keinginan dan menjelaskan keinginan, memberikan masukan dan berusaha memecahkan masalah guru, Membagi tugas secara bersama (tidak monopoli), memberikan teladan, bertindak sesuai dengan kemampuan guru, memberikan perhatian yang lebih terhadap yang rajin, dan Mengikuti pelatihan berkaitan dengan kompetensi sosial guru. Secara keseluruhan dan umum kinerja guru yang menjadi kendala adalah cara mengajar guru kurang disukai/bahkan tidak disukai, bimbingan dan penyuluhan dari guru kurang maksimal, penguasaan guru akan ilmu yang harus disampaikan kurang, cara penyampaian materi yang monoton dan kurang variatif, kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang psikologi anak, perhatian guru tentang latar belakang dan kebutuhan anak kurang, kurang adanya konsep perencanaan yang baik dalam penyusunan program-program untuk memajukan lembaga yang ditanganinya, kepribadian guru yang kurang matang, dan minimnya kreatifitas dan inovasi untuk mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang terjadi dalam lembaga.
