Abstract

The study aims to determine whether there is the influence of job satisfaction and organization commitment towards turnover intention of employess on Pahala Express Jatiasih Bekasi. The study was conducted for 3 (three) months since Januari 2015 until April 2015. The research method is survey method with the correlational approach.. The sample is 119 people, 5% of the population. The sampling technique with proportional random technique.

Abstract

Training is an important aspect in human resources development (HRD) in the organization, as an effort to improve knowledge, skills, and expertise. It should be organize effectively in accordance with the needs of the organization’s member.This research was conducted to evaluate the training for students organized by Pusat Sumber Belajar Universitas Negeri Jakarta (PSB UNJ); and it aimed to find out the effectiveness of training at level II, based on the theory of Four Levels Kirkpatrick. The training that we observed in this study includingtraining of scientific approach learning, training of project-based learning, training of internet based learning, training of simple medium and training of authentic assessment. Population in this study is all students who participate in these programs that came from the entire faculty in UNJ. Using purposive sampling, the sample is randomly selected proportionately based on the type of training provided by PSB UNJ. The number of samples obtained is 110 students.By comparing pre and post-testdata using paired samples t-test, the resultsshown that there are significant difference in knowledge and skills before and after attending the training.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affecting the work commitment of teachers.The research use descriptive quantitative method. The problem are the teachers who work without commitment, just to teach according to what was ordered by the principal. By having a high work commitment that is evident in the behavior of painstaking work, passionate, integrity of the work, responsibility, and maintain morale as educators. The results are: commitment to working both seen from the achievement an average score of 71.61, completion of the task is the highest factor in teachers work commitment with an average score of 79.67, and development of self-efficacy is the lowest factor in teachers work commitment with an average score of 73.00.Suggestions are: schools should give rewards to the teachers who complete the task on time and to sanction teachers who did not complete the task on time, provide education and training to the teachers continuously and sustainably as efforts to develop self-efficacy ofteachers, the teacher involvement in school activities further improved, so that the visible concern for the fate of school teachers and Teacher work program should be set up and executed in accordance with a predetermined plan.

Abstract

This research aims to know whether there is the correlation between self-regulated learning and procrastination in Students of SMK Panca Karya Tangerang. Research method used is a method of survey. The population in this research was all of the students in SMK Panca Karya Tangerang, affordable population in this research is all of Office Administration’s students which consisted of 112 students, and sample used as many as 94 students by using techniques proportional random sampling. An instrument used to obtain data for variable x (self-regulated learning) and variable y (procrastination) measured using a questionnaire with Liker’s Scale.This study uses the logistic correlation hypothesis test.Results of the analysis showed thatthere is a negative and significant correlation between Self-Regulated Learning and Procrastination.

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the effect of transformational leadership, transactional leadership and work of motivation on performance of personnel (Y) provost detachment headquarter of Indonesian Navy, either simultaneously or partialy. 59 respondent from provost detachment headquarter of Indonesian Navy, completed 71 item self-reorted measures. The data collected survey and quesionares distributed to respondent. The statistic methode used was Multiple Regression. As expected, result indicated that transformational leadership, transactional leadership and work of motivation has positive effects on performance personnel. The result show that Fcount 26.154 is greater than Ftable 2.77 at significant level 0.05 then H0 is rejected, which means that the transformational leadership (X1), transactional leadership (X2) and work of motivation (X3) together-equally significant effect on performance of personnel (Y). Partial test, all the independent variables have a value of significant alpa below 0.05 or tcount independent variables is greater than ttables thus proving the influence of transformational leadership, transactional leadership and work of motivation partially on performance personnel.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SMK Negeri 4 Pandeglang, dan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 4 Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Negeri 4 Pandeglang sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap motivasi kerja guru, hal itu berarti bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Karena kepeminpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh parsial terhadap kinerja guru, maka bisa dinyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru. Selanjutnya, karena motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, maka kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini didasarkan pada gagasan bahwa kinerja karyawan penting dan menentukan kinerja organisasi. Sebuah kuesioner yang dirancang untuk mengumpulkan data tentang faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan disiplin kerja, kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan dari 123 karyawan di PT Modernland Realty Tbk. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan Struktur Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi. Selain itu juga ditemukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja karyawan dan antara kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan. Namun, tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan status sosial ekonomi orang tua, motivasi belajar, minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi dan menguji pengaruh status sosial ekonomi orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas XI di SMA Pusaka 1 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode ex-post facto. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil analisis jalur menunjukan bahwa: (1) pengaruh langsung antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi sebesr 22,2% ; (2) pengaruh langsung antara motivasi belajar terhadap minat melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi sebesar 14,1%, dan (3) pengaruh tidak langsung antara status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat melanjukan studi ke perguruan tinggi yang dimoderatori oleh motivasi belajar sebesar 18,1%.

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  analyze  the  influence  of  family  environment  and  self-efficacy  on entrepreneurial motivation. The method  used  in  this  research  was  ex-post  facto  with correlational approach.  The  data  was collected using  questionnaires  distributed  to  74 students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta.  Path  Analysis was used for analyzing the data.  This study reveals that; 1) family environment  directly  affects entrepreneurial  motivation (p=0.581); 2)  self-efficacy  directly  influences  entrepreneurial motivation (p=0.538),  and  3) family  environment  directly  affects  self-efficacy (p=0.380).  Keywords: entrepreneurial motivation,  family environment,  self-efficacy, path analysis

Abstract

This research was conducted by observing the level of education graduate workforce, government spending and education sector gross regional domestic product per capita on the basis of constant prices of 2000. In particular the period of 2008-2012 by ex post facto method. The form of panel research data i.e. the combination of the form of time series and cross section. Data on GDP per capita over the constant prices of 2000 and the education level of the labour ditamatkan taken from the Central Bureau of statistics (BPS). Data on government spending on the education sector budget data taken from the income and expenditure of the State (APBN) Indonesia to education sector of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Processing data using Eviews 7.0 program and Microsoft Excell. Based on the results of the regression, the influential education variable is positive and significant at levels significantly below 0.05 and variable expenses of government education sector a positive and significant effect on under 0.05 i.e. against economic growth. The value Fhitung (7.360407) Ftabel > (3.90) so summed up these two variables, namely educational level of manpower and Government spending education sector together effect on Indonesias economic growth. The value of R2 0.568211 signaling that 56,82% economic growth in Indonesia could be explained both the variable indipenden.   Keywords: economic growth, education, employment and Government spending on Education Sector.
