Abstract

The school management effectiveness is significantly influenced by the role of local leaders, the school committee who runs its roles functionally, positive supports delivered by virtual teams and effective decisions made by the principal. 100 principals and 300 senior teachers of primary schools had filled out questionnaires.The data then analyzed statistically by applying path analysis. Research reveals that there are positive direct effects among the variables tested and it can be viewed from two major paths. Firstly, the school management effectiveness is directly influenced by the roles of local leaders, functioned school committee, supports by virtual team and decision making. Secondly, decision making directly influenced also by the roles of local leaders, functioned school committee, and supports by virtual team. It implies that the school management proved its effectiveness when attained direct positive roles from local leaders, functioned school committee, supports by virtual team and effective decision making handled by the principal.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain how about the level of commitment of Indonesia in air transport services in cooperation AFAS Package 1- 8 and the development of investment in this sector since the signing of the cooperation AFAS Package 1 - 8. To map the position of Indonesia in the sector of air transport services in cooperation AFAS the method used were indexation and Hoekman index. To measure competitiveness using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to measure the economic impact analysis of input-output model of regional ASEAN. Based on the analysis of AFAS 1-8 shows that the air transport services sector until now has not been opened. Domestic liberalization conditions under Regulation Updates (DNI 2016) FEP allowed on air transport services between 49 percent to 67 percent. One of the sub-sectors that have been opened with the majority shareholding for foreigners (67 per cent) is supporting air transport services subsector. When seen through the analysis of the competitiveness of efficient transport services based on the value of the Indonesia Air Transport efficient only remaining other services are still very much value for efficient.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the perception of the Supervision Principal and Work Motivation on Teacher Performace in SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. The sampling technique was conducted by random samplimg. The attainable population in this research were all teacher in status PNS is 67 teachers. The sample used by the tabel Isaac and Michael is 58 teachers. The simple linier regression and resulted Ŷ = 0,048X1 + 0,074X2 + 69,062. Relationship between the teacher perception of supervision principal with teacher performance, and work motivation with teacher performance are significantly positive. In simultan, relationhip between teacher perception of supervision principal, work motivation with teacher performance are significantly positively correlated. Normality test result were calculate with SPSS shows that all the variables above 0,05, inicated normally distributed. In partial test, significance t hitung teacher perception of supervision principal and work motivation size is 5,405 with significance 0,000 so, it indicated possitive significantly related between them.

Abstract

The studyaims to examine the influence of leadership on organizational culture at Indonesian education institutions.It was conducted from April to October 2015. Meta-analysis approach was used to study of the 12 research publications related to the examined variables.These correlational researches were conducted in 2010-2015. The data was retrieved from two public higher education libraries in Indonesia. The study concluded that leadership had directy effect on organizational culture. The result of meta-analysis indicates that average of correlation coefficient ( ) is0,573 with standard deviation equals 0,101565 and corrected correlation (rc) values0,623. The differences of the 12 correlations coefficient are caused by sampling error (ó2e) = 0,006749 with variance estimation (2) = 0,01061.

Abstract

Tujuan dari makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui derajad pass through pada perubahan suku bunga acuan, melihat efisiensi perbankan dan mengamati perilaku perbankan simetris atau asymetris terhadap suku bunga acuan. Motivasi utama di balik penelitian ini adalah derajat pass through dan efisiensi, serta perilaku perbankan pada suku bunga acuan yang respossif maka dapat mendukung kesinambungan antara sektor moneter dan sektor riil. Untuk menguji hipotesis, kami menggunakan data bulanan selama periode 2005(7) – 2015(12). Penelitian ini menggunakan OLS (Ordinary Least Square) dan model ARDL (Auto Regressive Distributed Lag). Hasil menunjukkan Interest rate pass-through pada suku bunga pinjaman dan simpanan kelompok perbankan tidak merespon kebijakan secara penuh. Suku bunga pinjaman Bank Pemerintah Daerah menunjukkan tingkat efisiensi yang rendah. Tingkat penyesuaian pada perubahan Bi rate suku bunga pinjaman Bank Pemerintah Daerah memiliki tingkat flexsibilitas yang baik. Suku bunga pinjaman Bank Persero, Bank Pemerintah Daerah, Bank Swasta Nasional, Bank Asing dan Campuran, serta Bank Umum memilki perilaku simetris sedangkan untuk suku bunga simpanan pada kelompok bank hanya Bank Pemerintah Daerah dan Bank Umum yang memiliki perilaku simetri. Berdasarkan temuan,kami menyarankan perubahan pada struktur pasar perbankan. Perilaku perbankan yang mampu melakukan forcasting serta mekanisme transmisi kebijakan akan tercapai bila adanya kordinasi yang baik antara kebijakan fiskal dan moneter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja pada karyawan kantor pusat PT “X” di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik acak proporsional, sehingga sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 48 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Data dianalisis melalui uji normalitas dan uji linearitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis yang terdiri atas uji-f dan uji-t. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa; 1) terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja (nilai thitung sebesar 3,464 > 2,014 ttabel); 2) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap motivasi kerja (thitung 2,952 > 2,014 ttabel); 3) Budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara serentak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja (Fhitung (30,929) > Ftabel (3,20)). Persamaan regresi yang didapat adalah Ŷ = 39,278+0,288X1+0,254X2, dengan nilai R2 sebesar 0,579.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and compensation to employees performance of PT. Sumber Inti Pangan, Tangerang. Data taken in this research is 99 people taken by random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and then the data obtained are analyzed. From the results of hypothesis testing and analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, it is evident that the leadership, motivation and compensation significant influence on employee performance. The variables that have the greatest influence on employee performance is leadership. With the results of this analysis, the company needs to further encourage and apply the appropriate leadership style because it proved instrumental in improving the performance of employees in addition to the need for the leadership of the company continue to pay attention to employee motivation as this will encourage a sense of pride and a sense of belonging and loyalty is high. The same was done to efforts to improve the provision of compensation, either directly or indirectly to improve employee performance.

Abstract

    This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of learning media and interest in learning towards the learning outcomes at senior high school level. The method used was a survey with the correlational approach. This study used path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). The results showed that the magnitude of the quality of learning media (X1) which directly affected the outcome of learning was 0.4092 = 0.167 or 16.7%, the influence of learning interest (X2) which directly affected the outcome of learning was 0.3552 = 0.126 or 12.6%, and the influence of the quality of learning media (X1) on learning outcomes (Y) moderated by the interest in learning (X2) was 0.154 or 15.4%. The influence of media quality and interest in learning altogether towards student learning outcomes can be seen from the coefficient of determination (R2), at 0.421, showing that the variation in student learning outcomes can be explained by the quality of learning media and learning interest, at 42.1%, while the other 57.9% was determined by other factors which were not examined. Simultaneously, the strength of the relation between the variable of learning media quality, learning interest and learning outcomes was strong, amounting for 0.649.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to obtain information concerning the effect of perceived organizational support, team characteristics and quality of work life toward employee organizational commitment at the State University of Jakarta by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. It involved 64 employee at the State University of Jakarta as respondent who were selected by simple random sampling. This research findings were as follows (1) there was a direct effect of perceived organizational support toward organizational commitment; (2) there was a direct effect of team characteristics toward organizational commitment; (3) there was a direct effect of quality of work life toward organizational commitment; (4) there was a direct effect of perceived organizational support toward quality of work life; (5) there was a direct effect of team characteristics toward quality of work life. Therefore, organizational commitment could be improving by rising the effect of perceived organizational support, team characteristics and quality of work life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT “X” di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT “X” di Jakarta yang berjumlah 210 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 89 orang dengan teknik acak proposional. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: 1) job insecurity (X1) dan kepuasan kerja (X2) secara serentak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention (Y); 2) job insecurity berpengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention; 3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Hasil Uji analisis jalur diperoleh besaran job insecurity terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar -0,441 dan pengaruh job insecurity terhadap turnover intention sebesar -0,417. Penelitian ini juga membuktikan terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara job insecurity (X1) dengan turnover intention (Y) yang dimoderatori oleh kepuasan kerja (X2) dengan nilai koefisien jalur px1x2 . pyx2 = -0,441 x -0,417 = 0,184 atau 18,4%. Adapun nilai R2 adalah sebesar 0,554 yang berarti bahwa turnover intention dipengaruhi oleh variabel job insecurity dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 55,4% dan sisanya 44,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
