Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effect on the image quality destination information Travel Floating Market on domestic tourists who are domiciled in the city of Banjarmasin. In the year 2014-2015 has been designated as the year for the promotion of South Kalimantan province in the restructuring program of Library Air Travel Banjarmasin by the local government. This program has continued to the present, so that the local government is still heavily in the promotion tours. The local government has made tourism promotion through marketing communications mix. Particularly Travel Floating Market is an icon of South Kalimantan which became the main attraction which was appointed by the local government to promote the city of Banjarmasin as the City of a Thousand Rivers. But over the years there has been no attempt to evaluate the results of the promotion. Whether the information provided has been perceived positively by tourists or not. BPS data from Banjarmasin has occurred rise and fall of the number of tourist visiting the city of Banjarmasin. In 2014 the decline in the number of tourists visiting the city of Banjarmasin. Banjarmasin city government that has never evaluates whether the information of the marketing communications mix Banjarmasin Floating Market has succeeded in creating a positive image for tourists. This study uses the theory of S-O-R where stimulus effect on the response. This research is a quantitative explanation. By distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents of research, the results of this study based on the analysis done by simple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that the quality of information significant effect on the image of the destination. Values influence of independent variables in this study has a value of 27.4% in affecting the image of the destination.

Abstract

With regard to the potential religious trends of monotheism (Islam) that is owned by every child, so to keep children from getting out of Islam to become Christians, Jews and Majusi. In order not to happen the destruction of the nation due to moral depravity due to negative flow of information and technology advances, so that children are always obedient to Allah and His Messenger, it should be guided and educated about the teachings of Islam on children as early as possible. Every child is born in a state of fitrah, that is the tendency of children to recognize the existence of the Creator, and bring the potentials of self, including the potential in religion. Early childhood ranging from 0-6 years is a golden age for children to determine the direction of the childs life forward. Therefore, in order for the child to remain in his nature, religious guidance in accordance with his psychic development is necessary. The right way to do religious guidance in early childhood, which is to teach good words, avoid dirty words, keep promises, not lie, train memorize sentences thayyiba and that is no less important is a model example for children.

Abstract

In an increasingly complex era today, Islamic guidance and counseling services can be regarded as a necessity for every individual. But not all individuals receive Islamic guidance and counseling services, due to limited manpower, time and funds. In Islam guidance must be a shared responsibility, to achieve the happiness of the world and the hereafter. Islamic guidance can be implemented wherever and whenever, provided there is willingness and ability. Implementation of Divine Management in Government agencies is actually an effort to guide the employees to in the activities of life in the world always in the way of Allah SWT. Implementation of this divine management must be from the will and ability of the leader. The dimension of Islamic guidance in the Divine Management is on the Divine Leadership of Islamic Counselors, Values of Guidance in Pesantren Prostration, Guidance through Prophet Assembly of Science and Salary, Pilgrimage Pilgrimage as Media of Islamic Guidance, Pilgrimage of Grave as the media of Islamic Guidance.

Abstract

This study aims to discover and explain the motives, experiences and meaning of conversion of religion from Christian Religion to Islam. The theory used is the theory of phenomenology that explains the structure of the conscious experience, as well as studying the form of experience from the point of view of the person who experienced it directly who has the openness and availability to be explored. This research method using qualitative approach through participant observation, depth interview, and literature study. The subject of research is the perpetrator who convert Christianity to Islam as the main informant who represented by purposive sampling technique which amounted to 7 people in Garut City. The result of the research shows that it produces several categorizations related to the motive of purpose (future), that is to get the happiness of the world and the hereafter, enlightenment, life balance, get ridho, magfiroh, togetherness and blessing, and motif because (past) marriage, perfect religion, acceptable common sense and one aqidah in couples. While the perpetrators experience of happiness is born inward, gaining knowledge of the new teachings of religion, life becomes more valuable and affectionate. While the meaning contained for the actors is the change of life procedures, the procedures of worship, the movement of beliefs and guidelines in life.

Abstract

Zakat and taxes are two important sources of funding for the state. Both function to solve economic problems and reduce poverty in the community. But in reality the function of zakat and tax can not be optimal. BAZNAS and LAZ as an extension of the government in managing zakat can not be maximized in the collection of zakat funds as well as taxes. Although the nature of the tax is not specific to the poor, but also to the rich, but in fact the existence of taxes have not been able to solve poverty in Indonesia. Therefore it is necessary solution to synergize zakat and tax in order to increase zakat and tax collection. With bersinerginya zakat and taxes are expected to increase public awareness to pay zakat and taxes that can eventually be used to reduce poverty.

Abstract

Indonesia gets demographic bonus in 2015-2035. Demographic bonus is when the number of productive population of the age of 15-64 years reaches about 70% or about 180 million people and the rest is about 30% or about 60 million people of unproductive age. The demographic bonus is like a double-edged sword. This demographic bonus becomes a profitable phenomenon on the one hand and on the other hand can be disastrous for a country. Beneficial and potential if a country is able to prepare its young generation with a quality generation and vice versa would be disastrous if the state is unable to prepare its human resources. High quality human resources both in terms of education, health, skills so as to compete in the world of work. This phenomenon is of course interesting to be studied further, especially how the opportunities and challenges for diversity in Indonesia.

Abstract

Convenience offered by online business transactions or more commonly called e-commerce, the customer does not escape the risks that will be borne by both parties, the risk can be technical and non technical. Problematic in online transactions that often happens transactions are fraud in transactions and mismatch of goods with specifications. In addition, the risk of hidden defects of goods traded is also the largest mode of online business actor either intentionally or unintentionally. To avoid such losses, the consumer must be smart to recognize the type of transaction, the seller / merchant, and the product will be purchased. This action is done as a form of consumer supervision of online business transactions. In order for consumers not always harmed, the government has issued Law No. 8 of 1999 on consumer protection. In addition to the law, consumers are also protected by the Indonesian Consumers Foundation (YLKI). YLKI is a non-governmental and non-profit organization that aims to increase consumers critical awareness of rights and responsibilities so as to protect itself and its environment. Meanwhile, from the supervision of consumers as transactors, can apply preliminary supervision, supervision conducted in conjunction with the implementation of activities and supervision of feedback.
