Abstract

The inflation rate can not be underestimated in a countrys economic system and businesses in general. If inflation can be predicted with high accuracy, of course, can be used as the basis of government policy making in anticipation of future economic activity. In this study will be used back propagation neural network method and multiple linear regression method to predict the monthly inflation rate in Indonesia, then compare which method is the better. The data used comes from the central statistical agency in 2006-2015, which is 80% as training data and 20% as testing data. In the results of the data analysis is concluded that the performance of multiple linear regression is better than back propagatin neural network, with a mean absolute deviation (MAD) is 0.0380, a mean square error (MSE) is 0.0023, and a  Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) is 0.0481. Abstract

Applying Fingerprint attendance system can help companies to control employee work time more efficiently. Results The response from the respondents on the output performance of employees responded well because the average value of the entire statement is at 4.04 which is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. Meanwhile, the output performance of employees at PT. Deltacomsel Indonesia can be said to be good for the average value of the entire statement is at 4.04 which is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. Respondents to the utilization of Fingerprint Time Attendance System at PT. Deltacomsel Indonesia is good, with an overall average score of 3.97 which is in the interval from 3.40 to 4.19. Fingerprint Time Attendance System influence on the performance of employees at PT. Deltacomsel Indonesia is still very low. It can be seen Calculation of the coefficient of determination is done by squaring the correlation coefficient (rs) so that the correlation coefficient of 0.89%. This figure means 0.89% of employee performance is affected by Fingerprint Time Attendance System and the remaining 99.11% influenced by factors other than the fingerprint attendance system.. Keywords:  attendance system, fingerprint, performance

Abstract

Information and communications technology is now being liberated part of the archiving process. In a saving and sales, information technology is needed to keep the document from damaged or lost. The purpose of this cooperative information system development is to accelerate the employeein the process of data processing and the saving and loan, and facilitate members to get information about transactions within the cooperative.Cooperative Sejahtera PT. International Induro need a solution to overcome the shortcomings. The right solution is to implement a computerized system of savings and loans that have been programmed so as to simplify the process of data processing savings and loan cooperative members. With the right data processing system will generate accuracy in preparing reports that are used as information for the cooperative Sejahera PT. International Induro. With the establishment of savings and loan information system to facilitate the processing of transaction data members, so as to produce a report that is fast, precise, and accurate in accordance with what is needed. Abstract

PT.Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (PT.JNE) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa pengiriman, dimana jaringan internet saling terkoneksi satu dengan yang lainnya. Jaringan komputer PT.JNE sudah mencakup WAN (Wire Area Network).PT.JNEmemiliki aplikasi online (ORION) yang selalu meng-update informasi pengiriman barang ke kantor pusat, cabang, agen serta akses VPN PT.JNE. Semua terhubung ke server yang berlokasi dikantor S Parman. PT.JNE yang berkantor pusat di Tomang 11 ini memiliki beberapa departemen diantaranya Customer Service, Cash Counter, Accounting, Billing, GA, Sales Marketing, HRD, dll dengan jumlah komputer sekitar 200 unit PC. Seluruh komputer tersebut terakses ke internet dan aplikasi ORION, yang apabila jaringan internet dan aplikasi ORION tersebut diakses secara bersamaan maka akan terjadinya tumbukan paket data. Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) bisa memberikan solusi atas permasalahan tersebut, VLAN akan mengurangi load yang sering terjadi, terutama dikantor pusat.Kata Kunci: wide area network, jaringan, Vlan

Abstract

Donor Darah merupakan suatu kegiatan yang penting dilakukan oleh setiap manusia. Donor darah kegiatan yang  mulia dan dapat berdampak baik bagi sipendonor itu sendiri dan orang lain. Banyak hal yang dapat mengakibatkan seseorang memerlukan pertolongan orang lain dalam hal ini adalah darah seperti kecelakaan, operasi dan lain-lain. Pemenuhan kebutuhan darah harus dikelola dengan baik, hal ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah masyarakat yang memerlukan darah. Pengolahan data pendonor dan melakukan pengelolaan  yang baik terhadap data-data donor darah menjadi penting. Menemukan pola perilaku para pendonor sehingga dapat diperoleh stok darah yang memenuhi. Untuk itu penting dilakukan penilaian mengenai kemungkinan seseorang mendonorkan darahnya kembali sehingga menghasilkan klasifikasi donor darah. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan peningkatan akurasi naïve bayes dengan menggunakan genetic algorithm. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa nilai akurasi yang dihasilkan oleh metode naïve bayes yaitu 74,07%, dan akurasi yang dihasilkan oleh metode peningkatan akurasi yaitu genetic algoritm dengan  naïve bayes yaitu sebanyak 76,48%

Abstract

SMK Negeri 37 Jakarta is one of the vocational high school located in South Jakarta. The purpose of school authorities is improving student discipline related to the improvement of student discipline in schools is the presence in the classroom or in the call attendance . The parents are still very concerned about the condition of children in school , whether they are really-really go to school or not , and parents can not determine the development of how the values obtained her directly because of busy work even for children less open to question the value obtained in school . Therefore , system monitoring information required by the school students of SMK Negeri 37 Jakarta to communicate information to parents directly related to the state of their students in school through sms information with computerized data processing using the web interface . Keywords : Student Information System Monitoring, Web, SMS gateway

Abstract

Self-medication is a community effort to self-medicate. But in practice, self-medication can be a source of error treatment (medication error) due to limited public knowledge of the drug and its use. Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) is a problem solving technique based on knowledge gained by past experience. Application of CBR is not new but has been widely applied in solving solution or process data by using the previous case. Meanwhile, the nearest neighbor algorithm is an approach to search for cases by calculating the closeness between the new cases with the old case, which is based on matching the weights of a number of existing features. This study aims to apply CBR for the determination of drugs by people for himself (self-medication), through the selection of cases indications or symptoms, specific conditions and experience allergies, drug name, nutritious substances, usability, use, side effects and drug interactions. Abstract

An expert system is one of the branches of artificial intelligence technology that combines the knowledge of an expert with data searches to solve problems that are usually   done   by   an expert.  With   more   advanced   developments   in   information technology now allows people to access information from anywhere and at any time, including in the field of health. One of these allergic diseases in children, allergies are the result of the bodys response to   foreign particles that enter the body.  The inability of the body to the particles that   enter the body makes a person suffers from allergies, while the symptoms caused by a different body. In this application method used is the Bayes method in which patients choose your symptoms   will then get a conclusion in the form of provisional diagnosis of the illness.  The end result of   this application is an application that will display the diagnosis of the illness based on symptoms chosen by the patient.  Keywords: Allergy Kids, Web-based, Bayes Method

Abstract

Information technology (IT) has become the backbone and most important elements for companies to survive as well as the opportunity to gain a competitive edge. Likewise with PT Nara Summit Industry , which has a dependency with technology. The basic concept is that the COBIT framework in IT controls based on the determination of the necessary information to support the business objectives and the information generated from the combined application of IT processes and related resources. This study discusses the governance of IT in PT Nara Summit Industry , particularly in the information system by using COBIT as procurement framework by limiting the domain only on Plan and Organize (PO), Acquire and Implement (AI). After the analysis of processes related to PT Nara Summit Industry generally has a level of maturity (Maturity Level) at level 3 (defined processes) where management expectations generally at level 4 (managed). Value Index gained maturity shows the level of maturity in each process. To reach a level of maturity that PT Nara Summit Industry has a strategy to address the existing gaps.Keywords:IT Governance, COBIT, PO and AI

Abstract

Saat ini informasi dapat diperoleh di dunia maya dalam hal ini internet, baik informasi negatif atau positif, Salah satu nya informasi dapat diakses melalui website dan diakses melalui browser pada perangkat yang digunakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan peraturan dan undang-undang yang di keluarkan oleh pemerintah yaitu penyedia jasa internet wajib mematuhi peraturan memfilter konten atau website agar terwujud internet sehat bagi rakyat indonesia. Ada banyak metode yang bisa di aplikasikan untuk melakukan filtering website-website yang dianggap mengandung unsur-unsur pornografi, judi, Phising, dan Sara. Salah satunya menggunakan software Unbound. Setelah melakukan implementasi Unbound pada jaringan Vsat PT.Indo Pratama Teleglobal  dapat menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan unbound untuk filtering website-website yang di anggap berbahaya baik untuk jaringan di client dan jaringan di sisi vsat, dari sisi client tidak memerlukan konfigurasi khusus untuk menggunakan fasilitas unbound, karena semua paket yang direquest oleh client, otomatis akan diredirect oleh Router Mikrobits dengan menggunakan rule nat, unbound sendiri adalah sebuah software Open Source yang bersifat memvalidasi, rekursif, dan caching DNS resolver dan client akan lebih cepat untuk mengakses website-website. Kata Kunci: Filter, DNS, Unbound.
