Abstract

Lingkungan kerja dalam perusahaan merupakan faktor penting untuk peningkatan kinerja, sehingga diharapkan kepuasan kerja karyawan akan tercipta. Semangat kerja digunakan untuk menggambarkan suasana keseluruhan yang dirasakan para karyawan dalam perusahaan. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah melihat pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kinerja merupakan hasil dari pekerjaan yang menghasilkan hasil, dan berpengaruh penting untuk pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah PNS BALITSA Lembang dengan sampel 40 responden secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian analisis regresi diketahui persamaan , artinya apabila variabel lingkungan X1, semangat kerja X2, tidak dilaksanakan dengan baik, maka nilai kinerja sebesar 6,087. ß1 = 0,350, setiap kenaikan variabel lingkungan (X1) sebesar 1 satuan, maka meningkatkan kinerja 0,350, asumsi variabel lain tetap. ß2 = 0,329, setiap kenaikan variabel semangat kerja (X2) sebesar 1 satuan, maka meningkatkan kinerja 0,239, asumsi variabel lain tetap. Koefisien  variabel (X1) sebesar 2,080; variabel (X2) sebesar 1,884. (  sebesar 2,028). Maka hanya variabel lingkungan saja yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien = 10,028 yang lebih besar dari = 4,08. Lingkungan dan semangat kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Koefisien determinasi ( ) yang diperoleh dalam pengolahan data sebesar 0,455. Berarti lingkungan dan semangat kerja dapat menjelaskan variasi atau perubahan kinerja pegawai 45,5%, sedangkan 54,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model. Hasil analisis diketahui suatu kinerja menjadi baik, jika dibantu oleh faktor yang menentukan timbulnya kinerja yang optimal. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Semangat Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACTWork environment in the company is an important factor for improving the performance, so expect employee satisfaction will be created. Morale is used to describe the overall atmosphere that is felt by employees in the company. The purpose of this paper is to see the influence of the working environment and morale to employee performance. Performance is the result of work that produces results, and the effect is important for the achievement of corporate objectives. The population in this study is a Civil Servant BALITSA Lembang with a sample of 40 respondents using purposive sampling. Results of the study are known regression analysis equation  means that if the environment variables X1, morale variables X2, not executed properly, and then the value of the performance was 6,087. ß1 = 0.350, every increase environmental variables (X1) of 1 unit, hence increasing the performance was 0.350, assuming other variables remain. ß2 = 0,329, every increase morale variable (X2) of 1 unit, hence increasing the performance was 0.239, assuming other variables remain. Variable coefficients  was 2,080; variable (X2) was 1,884. (  amounting to 2.028). Then only the environment variables are significant effect on employee performance. Coefficient = 10.028 greater than = 4.08. The environment and morale that jointly have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination ( ) obtained in the processing of data at 0,455. Means the environment and morale can explain variations or changes in the performance of employees 45.5%, while 54.5% is explained by other variables outside the model. The results of analysis of a performance will be good, if aided by the emergence of factors that determine optimum performance.

Abstract

Abstract - Application of hygiene and sanitation in Hilton Hotel Bandung is important thing to note in the process of implementation. This is done to prevent food contamination of food that cab be caused by several factors such as, human, work area, kitchen utensil, material strorage systems and product. Because of this determination of standarts personal hygiene, area and utensil must be done correcly so that each product is safe for consumption. Authors on the basis of these issues are very keen to examine and make a final project with the title “application of hygiene and sanitation in the Hilton Hotel Bandung”. Research carried out by several methode of observation, interview and the latter is the study of documents. The research was conducted at the Hilton Hotel Bandung, for 6 months. The study was conducted as one of the requiremants for the final session of college exams Bina Sarana Informatika university Bandung. Based on the result of research and discussion conducted, authors concluded that the presence of load application staandard of hygiene and sanitation in hotel can improve the standard of health, hygiene and quality of a product when it is done in accordance with existing procedures.Key word : Hygiene and sanitation pastry hotel.Abstraksi - Penerapan hygiene dan sanitasi di Hotel Hilton Bandung merupakan upaya penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam proses pelaksanannya. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mencegah terjadinya kontaminasi makanan yang dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti manusia, area kerja, peralatan, sistem penyimpanan bahan dan produk. Penentuan standar kebersihan personal, area kerja maupun peralatan harus dilakukan dengan tepat dan benar agar setiap produk yang dihasilkan oleh bagian pastry hotel aman untuk dikonsumsi. Atas dasar persoalan di atas penulis sangat tertarik untuk menelitinya dan membuat tugas akhir dengan judul “ Penerapan Hygiene dan Sanitasi di Hotel Hilton Bandung ”. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan beberapa metode yaitu observasi, metode wawancara dan yang terakhir adalah studi dokumen. Penelitian ini di lakukan di Hotel Hilton Bandung, selama 6 bulan. Penelitian dilakukan sebagai salah satu syarat untuk menempuh ujian sidang akhir kampus Bina Sarana Informatika Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang dilakukan, penulis membuat kesimpulan bahwa dengan adanya standar penerapan hygiene dan sanitasi yang baik di sebuah hotel dapat meningkatkan standar kesehatan, kebersihan, dan mutu suatu produk apabila dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada.Kata Kunci: Hygiene dan sanitasi pastry hotel.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah aset penting perusahaan yang memiliki kemampuan berkembang sebagai penentu keberhasilan perusahaan dalam jangka panjang, maka peningkatan ketrampilan sumber daya manusia berada di urutan tertinggi. Memiliki sumber daya manusia yang teruji kemampuan, ketrampilan, setia pada perusahaan, bersemangat dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan akan membuat perusahaan tetap mampu bersaing dalam era persaingan global, terlebih bagi perusahaan yang merupakan lokomotif kemajuan ekonomi di Indonesia, khususnya di sektor pariwisata seperti Dusun Bambu Family Leasure Park Bandung. Pemberian pelatihan dan motivasi kepada para karyawan harus terus dilakukan. Ini dimaksud agar ketrampilan, pengetahuan, sikap, loyalitas, semangat kerja dan komitmen pada perusahaan meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran, pengaruh, hubungan dan sejauhmana tingkat kesesuaian antara pelatihan, motivasi dan kinerja karyawan di Dusun Bambu Family Leasure Park Bandung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif. Instrumen statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dan korelasi berganda dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, analisis regresi linier berganda.Human resources are an important assets of a company; it has an ability to develop as a determinant of company succes in the long term, so the improvement of human resources skill is on the top rank. Having the tested human resources of ability, skill, keep faith on the company, motivate in reaching the company’s goal will make the company keep being able to compete in the globalization era, especially for the company that is locomotive of economic progress in Indonesia; in this case in the tourism sector such as Dusun Bambu Family Leasure Park Bandung. Providing training and work motivation to the employee is must be done. It is meant in order to skill. Knowledge, attitude, loyal, work motivation and commitment in the company improved. The goal of this study is to know how the description, influence, relationship, and how far the extent level between training, motivation and employee’s performance at Dusun Bambu Family Leasure Park Bandung. The type of this study is descriptive verificative. Abstract

Abstract - Tourism is everything that is related to and associated with the business needs someone to travel. And each traveler typically require service facilities to rest and service for food and beverages. Every hotel both large and small certainly has a restaurant and bar on the ground guests can enjoy food and drinks, while for guests who wish to enjoy food and drink in your own room is also equipped with service facilities room service. Room service department operates for 24 hours to serve guests by serving meals like breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper. Room service at Amarossa Hotel has standard operating procedures have been established. Methods of research by the author is to perform observation / research, interviews, documentation and literature. Standard operating procedure is executed in Amarossa hotel room service department that receives oderan of the phone, making captain orders, prepare the equipment, orders delivered back to the room guests. Keywords: Standard Operating Procedure, Room Service, hotel Abstrak - Pariwisata adalah segala sesuatu yang menyangkut dan berhubungan dengan urusan kebutuhan seseorang melakukan perjalanan. Setiap traveler membutuhkan fasilitas pelayanan untuk beristirahat serta pelayanan untuk makanan dan minuman. Hotel besar maupun kecil pasti memiliki restoran dan bar. Tamu yang ingin menikmati makanan dan minuman dikamar sendiri juga di lengkapi dengan fasilitas pelayanan room service. Room service department ini beroperasi selama 24 jam untuk melayani para tamu hotel dengan menyajikan makanan seperti breakfast, lunch, dinner dan juga supper. Room service di Amaroossa Hotel memiliki standar operasional prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah dengan melakukan obeservasi/riset, wawancara, dokumentasi dan juga studi pustaka. Standar operasional prosedur yang dijalankan di Amaroossa Hotel pada departement room service yaitu menerima oderan dari telepon, membuat captain order, mempersiapkan peralatan, pesanan diantar ke kamar tamu. Kata Kunci: Standar Operasional Prosedur, Room Service, hotel

Abstract

ABSTRACT          Tourism in addition to having a positive impact in the economy also has a negative impact on socialculture . The development of tourism is directed into one of the country s foreign exchange to support development activities likely to lead to a progressive economic aspect , cultural aspect , whichpressure due to the shift in immigrant communities are less concerned about socialcultural environment . Yogyakarta is very rapid progression from year to year . prostitution in the city of Yogyakarta is also experiencing significant growth .    This is as a consequence of the results of the development of tourism in Yogyakarta . Sarkem region , Babarsari , Parangkusumo beach is a picture of the author wants to lift to the research topic entitled " Practice Prostitution and the influence of Tourist Visits in Yogyakarta” . This study addresses the two aspects , namely the economic and cultural aspects of progressive regressive . In this issue there is a dilemma from year to year , due to new entrants to the practice of sex ( prostitution ) is hidden in the Babarsari , rented houses or spread and some prostitutes is a student or students from leading universities in Yogyakarta . therefore in this study can be found three major problems are : ( a) Type prostitution which flourished in Babarsari , Sarkem , Parangkusumo Beach ( b ) Relationship Patterns between a prostitute with the local community in terms of tourism development and the preservation of cultural values , ( c ) Effect of prostitution to local culture and tourism development .         This study uses field data collection methods, methods of interviewing and observation and data collection methods literature . development of tourism in Yogyakarta  impact on the practice of Presence sex ( prostitution ) hidden in Boarding House or rent , renting , given the tourist area of Yogyakarta area wet with Rupiah . This is a new settlement , mostly inhabited by new settlers . This occurs because of the increased demands of public life . Abstract

Abstrac - In the tourism industry sectors of the hospitality industry is engaged in services, very influential on the development of tourism. Hotels are required to provide satisfaction to both guests of the facilities provided to meet the needs of guests. The hotel must be able to create a comfortable atmosphere for guests, one way to improve safety and sanitation in all department. This observation examines the main problems, namely: "How is safety and sanitation in the kitchen area, what is the procedure to clean kitchen areas, wash your food how procedures and equipment in the kitchen, and whatever obstacles that occur during operations in the kitchen". The method used in this thesis is "Descriptive Method". Data collection techniques used by direct observation to the object of research, conduct interviews with employees Amaroossa Hotel Bandung kitchen, equipped with library research to obtain theoretical data as a basis for discussion. The results of this observation that the state of safety and sanitation of kitchen area has not met the requirements of safety and sanitation. Cleaning the kitchen area has been going well, but spacious kitchen is limited. Washing equipment and food ingredients not meet safety and sanitation that is using the sink in the same place for washing. Operational constraints in a narrow kitchen space and limited washing tubs and equipment..Keyword: Safety, Health, Kitchen Abstrak - Dalam industri kepariwisataan, perhotelan merupakan sektor industri yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa dan sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan kepariwisataan. Hotel dituntut dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada tamu baik dari fasilitas yang disediakan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan tamu. Pihak hotel harus mampu menciptakan suasana yang nyaman untuk tamu, salah satu caranya meningkatkan safety dan sanitasi pada semua department. Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan pokok yaitu: “Bagaimana safety dan sanitasi di area kitchen, bagaimana prosedur membersihkan area kitchen, bagaimana prosedur mencuci bahan makanan dan peralatan di kitchen, dan hambatan apa saja yang terjadi pada saat kegiatan operasional di kitchen”. Metode yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah “Metode Deskriptif”. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui observasi langsung kepada objek penelitian, mengadakan wawancara langsung dengan karyawan kitchen Amaroossa Hotel Bandung, di lengkapi dengan studi pustaka untuk memperoleh data teoritis sebagai dasar dalam pembahasan. Hasil observasi ini bahwa keadaan safety dan sanitasi area kitchen belum memenuhi persyaratan safety dan sanitasinya. Membersihkan area kitchen sudah berjalan dengan baik, tetapi luas kitchen yang dimiliki terbatas. Mencuci peralatan dan bahan makanan belum memenuhi safety dan sanitasi yaitu menggunakan satu bak cuci dalam tempat yang sama untuk mencuci. Hambatan operasional di kitchen ruang gerak yang sempit serta terbatasnya bak pencucian dan peralatan.

Abstract

Abstract - The problem is how meticulous the duties and responsibilities of the room attendant in the deluxe room Hotel Hyatt Regency Bandung, standard operational procedures in the deluxe room Hotel Hyatt Regency Bandung, and handling guest complaint in deluxe room Hotel Hyatt Regency Bandung. Author uses descriptive analysis, which is a form of writing in the actual situation describes strive about the object of research, then the data obtained in the form of a report compiled in.Based on the results of observation it can be concluded that the task and responsibility of the room attendant in the deluxe room Hyatt Regency Bandung already carry it out in accordance with standard operational procedures (SOP) which is divided into two shifts, morning and evening shift which has a slightly different task, standard operational procedures in the deluxe room Hyatt Regency Bandung has been standard operating procedure in applying it at the hotel Hyatt Regency Bandung, and Guest complaint handling in deluxe room Hyatt Regency Bandung Hotel how to deal with and resolve the complaint vary slightly in view of the type of complaint.Based on the results of observation and discussion, the authors conclude that the Duty room attendant in handling customers compaint deluxe room in the Hyatt Regency Bandung Hotel when his handlers was conducted appropriately and propesional effects will be good for the image of the hyatt regency hotel bandung. Keywords: Room Attendant, Complaint, Deluxe room Abstraksi - Masalah yang di teliti adalah tugas dan tanggung jawab room attendant di deluxe room Hotel Hyatt Regency Bandung, standar operasional prosedur di deluxe room Hotel Hyatt Regency Bandung, dan penanganan complaint tamu di deluxe room Hotel Hyatt Regency Bandung.  Metode yang di gunakan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, yaitu bentuk penulisan yang di upayakan menggambarkan keadaan yang sebenarnya tetang objek penelitian,kemudian data yang di peroleh disusun dalam bentuk laporan.Berdasarkan hasil observasi ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa tugas dan  tanggung jawab room attendant  di deluxe room Hyatt Regency Bandung sudah melaksanakannya sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) yang di bagi menjadi dua shift yaitu morning shift dan evening shift yang mempunyai tugas yang sedikit berbeda, standar operasional prosedur di deluxeroom Hyatt Regency Bandung sudah sesuai standar operasional prosedur yang di terapkan di hotel Hyatt Regency Bandung,dan penangan complaint tamu di deluxe room Hotel Hyatt Regency Bandung cara menangani dan menyelesaikan complaint tersebut sedikit berbeda di lihat dari jenis complaint.Berdasarkan dari hasil observasi dan pembahasan tersebut, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa Tugas room attendant dalam menangani compaint tamu deluxe room di Hotel Hyatt Regency Bandung bila penangannya dilakukan secara tepat dan propesional inbasnya akan baik terhadap citra hotel hyatt regency bandung. Kata kunci: petugas kebersihan kamar, komplain, kamar deluxe
