Abstract

In the education’s communication, the learning processes is the communication process which placed the teacher as the source of the message or education’s communicator. An education’s communicator required to have professional ability, known as academic competence. So the teacher has known as professional teacher if he has pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence. Besides that, in the social reality, a teacher should keep their performance and attitude related to their personality. Because of the teacher are different from others employees commonly. The other Employees when they has completed their job in the office can do social activity without having to behave and act like in the office.

Abstract

This papers aims to describe of implication ideology pragmatic philosophy  toward practical in education. Conception of pragmatic education is education to purpose for children maturation be come human be autonomous, responsible and be able to problem solving your live alone. Education must directed in place where children in a place. Curriculum that used every subject does not can separated but constitute unit integrated, and experience in the school always integrated with experience outside school. That Problems appointed by teacher in classroom is actual problems attractive that interest for children or to become center of notice for children. That application of method by teacher is diciplin method but authorization. All subject matter that in display must be basic facts that in observed, understanded, along with previously discussed and subject matters talked about probabled contains ideas that can develop situation for achieve to purpose. Teacher role in pragmatic education but of as facilitator and motivator children activity. All children activity carry out self in a row with interest and necessary that chooised, but teacher permanent supply directive that enable children to growth appropriate with talent and that possessed interest.

Abstract

The success in the development of national education sector needs to be supported by the various components and elements that exist in the education system. One of the most important elements in the education system is the availability of qualified human resources. Organizationally, the factor of human resources has a strategically important position in addition to other educational factors. This study, focused on the development strategy of the quality of teacher resources, using a qualitative approach. This study, focused on the development strategy of the quality of teacher resources, using a qualitative approach. The efforts and strategic steps MISS Putri Sukorejo in the development of quality resource teachers are as follows: a) Making the Vision, Mission and Objectives MISS Putri Sukorejo as target quality development resource teacher, b) Build teacher commitment, c) Building a Discipline, d) Meet the Teachers Welfare, e) Changing Mindsets teacher / positive  Character Building. Based on some analysis that we can know that the shape and development of quality resource strategy techniques MISS Putri Sukorejo teacher may be classified typology academy is a strategy used by attempting to develop "buy" and "make". Terms in this study as quality development resource teacher who performed "kaffah".

Abstract

Assessment and instructional are interrelated. Assessment’s role depends on instructional approach. An instruction putting students as subject of their own learning will posit assessment as basis for instructional improvement. Otherwise, assessment will be applied to judge student learning outcomes. The first assessment’s role will work if only teachers master the quality assessment and do it collaboratively. At school level, work procedures include data summarizing, problem solving, modelling and externalization. The use of assessment data is method for improving an instructinal system incrementally.

Abstract

Islamic education learning is a learning that has many a role in knowledge. It caused religion is becoming guide for all of human being Islamic in the world. Besides, Islamic religion is able to guarantee a requirement life all mankind either in the world or the hereafter. Therefore, presumably in teaching and learning Islamic religion education, a teacher should have many a matter learning that variously and be able to implement it. One of it is the development of material with Qiro’ati model which is teacher guidance student as well. The material before need to be renovating in order that the material can be running well and appropriate with next era it will be felt by student. The alteration cannot be avoided again, in order that it become requirement human being Islam, but the alteration who doesn’t come out from regulation Islamic precept who has been teaching it. So that, the material lesson is possible give opportunity to the teacher Islamic religion education always actively do learning process that agree with institution of Islamic education requirement. The focus this research is how the effectively of material Islamic religion education with Qiro’ah model?

Abstract

One of the simplest analysis and often used as a preliminary analysis of the quantitative research is descriptive statistical analysis. This analysis aims to describe the results of the calculation of numerical data. Some descriptive statistical analysis techniques that are commonly used include: 1) The presentation of data in tables or histograms, 2) The central tendencyof data, 3) The dispersion of data, and 4) The distribution of data. In the analysis of UAS Ekonomitrika with SPSS 23 and Eviews 8.1, found differences in the operational steps in each of these programs. The output of SPSS 23 displays histogram curve is accompanied with normality, explained the value of the variance, standarderror of the mean, standard error of skewness, and kurtosis , but in Eviews 8.1 not display case. In contrast, in Eviews 8.1 displays the value of the JB, the probability JB, sum.square deviation value while in SPSS 23 is not so. The equation of the output that is displayed on the two programs, namely: 1) Displays the number of observational data is processed, 2) Showing mean, median, mode, sum, minimum, maximum, skewness and kurtosis, and 3) Present Histogram.

Abstract

Santri students who live in dormitories are certainly getting an education, teaching and additional guidance outside of school hours, either through interaction among students as well as for the guidance of the matron or from santri more senior. But not so for students Kalongs that do not live in the dorms, they sometimes just be content teaching that was obtained at the time in school, only a few students who got the attention of his parents on education and teaching additional. Quality and knowledge so the inequality between the hostel students and students of bats is very visible. In development, if such a situation is allowed to drag in a prolonged period will bring a very significant impact on the quality and development of the students Kalongs. They will compete with students who are extra hostel always gets hammered and additional knowledge, and without knowing the play time. Unfortunately again, they feared would become a personage students with behavior that is non-students. Conditions such as the need for social governance system study on how to improve students Kalongs are most appropriate to apply Salafiyah Syafiiyah Sukorejo boarding school in order to reduce the disparities that exist.

Abstract

This matter is about the Islamic movement who can’t separated from pesantren considering boarding an Islamic educational institution as old as with the Indonesian corresponding history. Although, the science in pesantren only knowledge of Islamic which scientific tradition of classical a principle, the contribution boarding against and nation development can’t be insignificant. Therefore, that has cleared how great the services and benefits to the lives of people boarding in accordance with the religious vision of the world is rahmatan li al-‘alamin. Our result indicate that, the creativity of teachers in the process of Islamic religious education in supported by a system of boarding school that promote the values of diversity, tolerance, ukhuwah, and tawazun.

Abstract

The child is a trust given by Allah in His people, there are few things should be noted currently child growth and development. Especially the development of aqidah and moral development (akhlak). Developments relating with aqidah as faith, while morals relating with child behavior. pattern against children educaton operations can be performed non-verbal and verbal. No only firmly embodied in or operating verbal language. But can be also shown operating non-verbal, such as what can be done with how to operate physical punishment. Physical punishment is done by parents like hitting the child, not mean parents is cruel for hitting the hearts of Islamic education denid entry, as long as the beating is done based on the rules has been determined. However. Parents can establish morals (akhlak) children with how do good communication. By using language what mannered. Therefore, important for parents teach about speak politely by hearts early on. With communications using language that good will creates the sponsored children hearts speak, because language has the role of character formation for kid.
