Abstract

Abstrak : Metode Agile dan Plan Driven adalah dua methode dalam rekayasa perangkat lunak yang saling berbeda. Masing-masing memiliki tahapan dan proses yang berbeda mulai dari perencanaan, dokumentsi hingga implementasi aplikasinya. Penelitian ini mencoba membandingkan penggunaan metode Agile dengan metode Plan Driven dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning). Perbandingan dilakukan secara kualitatif untuk melihat perbedaan yang terjadi dalam penggunaan ke dua metode tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dalam kerangka Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak Empiris – berdasarkan catatan yang ada dalam proyek pengembangan ERP yang dilakukan oleh team pengembang dari satu rumah produksi terhadap dua proyek yang berbeda. Dalam penelitian ditemukan bahwa masing-masing metode memiliki kelebihan dan kelemahan – berdasarkan variabel yang diamati. Secara keseluruhan, metode Agile memiliki keunggulan di banding Plan Driven dalam pengembangan ERP. Kata kunci: Metode Pengembangan Perangkat Lunak, Metode Agile, Plan Driven, ERP,Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak Empiris

Abstract

Abstract: The application design of license plate pattern recognition using the Backpropagation neural network is the application of license plate recognition done by changing the license plate in form of a photo into a numerical text. This application was made in order to examine whether the method of Backpropagation can recognize the character pattern properly or not. The software process model of license plate recognition study uses the Backpropagation neural network through the prototype approach. The result of this design is the software of license plate pattern recognition using Backpropagation neural network that can commonly recognize the license plate. This application can only recognize license plate image approximately in a one meter distance between a camera and the license plate and does not have light refraction. The result of examination is the success rate of pattern recognition depends on the quality of image, the form of license plate and its writing, light refraction, the distance between a car and the camera, and the determination of temporary character. Keywords: Character Recognition, Backpropagation, Image Processing, License Plate,Smearing Algorithm, Computer Vision.

Abstract

Abstract : At the pharmacy, supplier selection is crucial. The problems that frequently encountered in the buying process in the Dispensary is the selection process suppliers, a problem commonly found is the problem of the price offered by suppliers, times of delivery and experience of supplier. A decision support system that can perform supplier selection. To do this supplier used a method of determining the Fuzzy Tsukamoto to get a suggestion system or the appropriate supplier selection criteria or conditions that are expected.Theresults obtained with the supplier selection decision support system is the pharmacy to get the sequence results of recommendations supplier selection accordance with the criteria. For the result of calculation from test data a Douperidon drug is PT.Indofarma have 62.236, PT. Abstract

Abstrak: Techno-entrepreneurship education; theory, concept, creativity and innovation memain peran penting dalam membentuk sikap-perilaku, keahlian, kultur, awareness-motivation, mindset shift dan yang paling penting adalah menuntun career intentions mahasiswa untuk menjadi seorang teknousaha atau wirausaha. Para mahasiswa, khususnya yang telah menyelesaikan studi S1, tidak boleh bergantung pada bursa tenaga kerja yang tidak menentu. Menjadi technopreneur dan entrepreneur merupakan cara yang efektif untuk mengatasi pengangguran yang semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun dan sekaligus penciptaan lapangan kerja baru. Yang menjadi pertanyaan penelitian ini adalah “apakah manfaat edukasi tekno-kewirausahaan secara signifikan berdampak pada intensi karir mahasiswa?” Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui kuesionir untuk 85 mahasiswa STMIK Pontianak; 63 responden jurusan SI dan 22 responden jurusan TI. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan metode frequency accounts, percentages dan discrete probability distributions. Karena penelitian ini menitik beratkan pada intensi karir mahasiswa, maka diperlukan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengukur realitas responden yang benar-benar menjadi teknousaha.Keywords: Techno-entrepreneurship education, career intention. technology,technopreneurs, entrepreneurs, creativity, innovation

Abstract

Abstract : Research to classify different types of eggs on farms results in a computerized still rare. When in fact can be made of a system of apps that can do the grouping of various types of eggs in abundance. A breeder eggs should not do eggs grouping or counting numbers manually, but with the help of computers, grouping the types of eggs and counting the number of eggs to be precise and accurate. This study provides an alternative to perform grouping or classification of different kinds of eggs using connected component analysis method through an object in an image taken from an egg, so it can solve the problems of classification types of eggs using computer applications. The results of tests on 10 data image that connected component analysis method successfully applied to the classification of eggs with black background conditions and obtained results grouping process chicken eggs and quail eggs with a 100% success rate, and counting the number of eggs classification results with 100% accuracy rate Keywords: segmentation, connected component analysis, classification.

Abstract

Abstract: In entering the business competition lately, especially in restaurant industry can’t be separated from the role of information technology / information systems. In an information systems development there is two method that can be used , that waterfall and agile development. In this opportunity we believe that systems development with agile development method will bring more success for an information systems development project. This method was chosen because we undertook information system strategic planning in a company which is a family business. Abstracts: The fact that occurs in the application of EA is apparently not as easy or smooth as expected or under exposure of the concepts EA theory itself. Information technology decisions that are not built from a series of precise analysis, fundamental, and in accordance with the specification requirements will guide the organization to the conditions paradox of information technology. Planning still partial in which only focused on specific business processes, lack of flexibility, appropriate planning, portfolio management, work measurement, and processes needed to manage information technology expenditure. Many organizations simply look at EA as a collection of a number of business applications and software are needed at this time and not as an essential framework to support business strategy. The failure of the application of EA is also not uncommon to be caused by problems in non-technical areas such as leadership, communication and change management skills. Abstract: Lecturer plays very important roles for the institutions of higher education because faculties have a role in the transfer of knowledge to the students. Besides teaching, Lecturer should conduct research and community service. To measure perfomance of lecturer include aspect education, research and community service. Data collection methods used was observation, interview and documentary study. To measurement performance of lecturer used of approach IT Balanced Scorecard. The IT Balanced Scorecard will analyze the performance of lecturers from four perspectives; the company's contribution, operational excellence, user orientation and future orientation.
