Abstract

In Ponorogo which is one of the districts in East Java, still have a high dropout rate. The dropout rate or children who do not continue their education to a higher level is mainly due to socio-economic status of the child. Children who do not attend school to higher levels experienced by many children completing elementary school, where the child has stepped on early teens (aged 12-16 years) who do not attend school. The preferring to work to help the economy of parents who are still below the poverty line. Children who stepped on early teens is more work in the agricultural sector and the building became a construction worker. Not a few of the young women who choose to take urbanization into town and become housemaid. The result showed that there was no significant effect of social status on work motivation early teens in Ponorogo. The influence of social status variables on work motivation is small, making it less contributed to the high-low work ethic early teens in Ponorogo. This means that the socio-economic conditions of the early teens in Ponorogo not significantly affect the work motivation early teens in Ponorogo. The second discovery was no significant effect of economic conditions on work motivation early teens in Ponorogo. This means that their economic condition is not good to have an impact on work motivation early teens in Ponorogo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of quality customer service and loyalty to know a very dominant factor affecting customer loyalty in the CV . Ilham Motor. This research method is the primary data from the questionnaires , sampling technique is a technique associated with customer 100 CV Ilham Motor . Data analysis is a quantitative method to test the validity , reliability testing , multiple linear regression analysis , the correlation coefficient analytic , analytic determination coefficient . And to know the impact of service quality of costumer’s loyalty by T test and F test. The result of double analytic linier regression is obtainable equation Y: 4,413 + 0,144 X1 + 0,026 X2 + 0,162 X3 + 0,151 X4 + 0,223 X5 + e. The result of determination coefficient (R2) is 32.1% and the rest is 67.9% that affected by other variable which is not included in research model. According to T test, the result is that the five costumer service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) contained by a variable that is not impacted, it is reliability; because Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, whilst the other four are impacting costumer’s loyalty because Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The F test result shows that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously have significant effect to costumer’s loyalty because F > F table or 8,898 > 2,33. And, from the five free variable, empathy (X5) is variable that has very dominant effect, the coefficient is 0,223 or 22,3 %.

Abstract

Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) comprehensively supervise the overall product of Islamic banks. SSB then serves also as auditor of sharia is the answer to the emerging challenges of how to supervise Islamic economic institutions to remain current in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia. Based on the above issues of interest to delakukan research on the role and responsibilities of the Sharia Supervisory Board of Islamic Banks. Through this study the authors wanted to know how an application in the field of surveillance conducted by SSB, by analyzing the regulations issued either BI or National Shariah Council. In its analysis the authors use an empirical approach and an analytical approach to analyze the problem was examined by field work with interviews and questionnaires for the next question was whether the line with the norms set by Bank Indonesia. The approach used is to better determine the extent to which the roles and responsibilities of SSB in the homeland. From the results obtained by analysis of the answers that the surveillance conducted by SSB against Islamic Bank has not fully maximized. In fact, only a small portion has actually supervise properly. Then the realization that SSB is the most important and influential in the Islamic Bank have not fully realized that in the end SSB participation in the daily activities of the bank can not do. Even the arrival of SSB against Islamic Bank to conduct surveillance is also very rare.

Abstract

Today, Islamic teaching appears as a alternative economic system, where religion norms (Al-Qur’an and hadits) are to be the fundamental of it. The researcher is interested in the research of Muhammad Quraish Shihab interpretation of at-tijarah (business) concept based on the Qur’an that can be found in his al-misbah interpretation book. This research is library research. The primary data source is al-misbah interpreation. The analytical technic of this research is qualitative analysis data with tematic interpreation. At-tijarah concepts have the difference subject, object, the meaning, and contect from one verse to the other but have the same of logic thinking of the correlation and mutual law in an act. It is like a business or a trading where there are profit and loss. There are three “business model” (at-tijarah). The first is from the human to the all human kind having material qualitative. The second is from Allah SWT (The God) to the human having immaterial qualitative. The third is from Allah SWT (The God) to the human and all of human kind having material and immaterial qualitative at once.

Abstract

Microfinance institutions like the company has a motive to obtain a return (net income) are always faced with the risk, which is known as credit risk. Risks that may occur can cause great harm to financial institutions if it can not be detected and managed by microfinance semestinya.Lembaga always required to be more sensitive in detecting things that could trigger a rise in the level of non performing loan. The credit risk is the risk of potential losses resulting from the non settlement of bank loans back to the bank’s borrowers and counterparties lainnya.Penelitian a field research (field research) that are normative. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and interviews, while the type of data used are primary data and secondary data. Microfinance institutions that implement the precautionary principle in the procedures of channeling financing and credit based on standard guidelines or SOP, focus on monitoring PPAP by age collectibility of the loans/loans, to restrict credit expansion, fostering the human resources, and lending/financing the early initiative procedure, analysis, disbursement and monitoring will have implications/positive impact on the business/internal as well as the impact of a great reputation with uncontrolled NPL/NPF.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze international disaster event on the capital market activities, especially on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Researcher analyzed the market reaction to the Japan disaster on March 11, 2011. This research using the data 45 companies (LQ-45) in Indonesia Stock Exchange and the event date is ten days before and ten days after the disaster. From the analysis showed that the event is not signifi cantly affecting the stock return and trading volume activity between pre and post the event. These result indicate that the Japan disaster give no impact to the investor on Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the process of murabahah financing risk management. Murabahah financing still dominates financing composition in sharia financial institutions, including BMT. BMT considers that murabahah financing process has a small risk so BMT expend more financing to this type. The composition of murabahah financing that is still very large in BMT and the existence of muamalah rules which states that "profit is in return from the readiness to bear losses" causing murabahah financing risk management process since prospective members or members of BMT proposed financing until the repayment of financing installments interesting to investigate. This research uses qualitative approach. Primary data comes from interviews with administrators and managers of BMT, participatory observation, and focus group discussions (FGD) as well as documents related to murabahah financing. Secondary data comes from books, journals, magazines, newspapers, and documents or reports of research activities ever undertaken related to financing in BMT Amanah Ummah. This study concludes that: (1) BMT Amanah Ummah has not conducted risk management process properly because it has not documented risk management process. (2) Risks that are the main focus in murabahah financing in BMT Amanah Ummah are financing risks, namely the risk of failure of prospective members or members of financing in fulfilling the obligation to pay the installment of financing. (3) BMT Amanah Ummah has not applied sharia principles because the transaction contains riba jahiliyyah.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of price perception, perception of quality, and consumer attitudes toward the purchase intention. Samples of this research are tourists visiting Magetan leather industrial district that has purchase intention. The data collection was done by giving a set of questions to the respondent or written questions to be answered (the questionnaire). The scale used is a Likert scale with a range of five options that are used as the measurement instrument that has been collected kuesioner. Data then tested the consistency and precision of the measuring instrument through validity and reliability test. Based on the analysis, this study indicates that the perception of quality and price perception in a positive effect on the formation of consumer attitudes. This indicates that the perception of quality and price is an important variable to consider in influencing consumer attitudes. The results also indicate that the positive effect on consumer attitudes and purchase intent of consumers, so the higher the consumer’s attitude, the higher purchasing intentions.

Abstract

At the end of 2015, Indonesia will be entering ASEAN Economic Community. Indonesia as the largest population in South East Asia will be the largest market if the number of entrepreneur is less than standard number. Especially the competitiveness index of Indonesia comes to the 34th position in the world and in the 4th position in ASEAN. Indonesia economic growth cannot be separated from the contribution of SME. It contributes 98.7% of employment and 59,08% on gross domestic product. As contributor for Indonesia economic growth, SME also faces complex problems both internal and external. In attempt to improve quantity and quality of SME it requires well-programmed moves one of which is recent entrepreneurial assistance program organized by East Java Government. The present study aims at determining knowing mentoring component description and the effect of learning component on the success of recent entrepreneurial assistance program, the result of recent entrepreneurial assistance program, and supporting and obstacle Faktor of recent entrepreneurial assistance program in Batu.The present study employed quantitative causality associative model and embedded model of qualitative. The study consists of independent variable (X); purpose, material, instructor, media, and assistance method and dependent variable is the success of assistance program. The population of the study is the participants of entrepreneurship assistance program in Batu of 2014. The sampling technique employed is saturated sampling with 40 respondents. Analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression analysis and strengthens by the result of qualitative data analysis. The data obtained through questionnaires with Likert scale and interview.In conclusion, that the description of the mentoring program components assessed both by the participants, the size of the success of the mentoring program could be said to be good in size softskill but less good in size hardskill, the learning components; purpose, affects negatively to the success of assistance program, instructors and media affects significantly and positively to the success of assistance program, material and method do not affects significantly and positively to the assistance program. The supporting Faktor affecting the participants is faith and motivation while the obstacle Faktor is capital, tools and marketing management. The suggestions can be given is improving instructor competences and evaluating material and method of assistance program based on the needs of the participants.

Abstract

As one of the non-profit organizations, the College became one of the entities of interest to be discussed, because it may just be a rarity that write about the institution of this one. In PSAK 45 published Bond Akuntan Indonesia (2010) submitted thatthe characteristics of different non-profit entities with business entities. The fundamental difference lies in the way the non-profit entity acquiring the resources neededto perform a variety of activities. As one of the non-profit organizations, the Collegebecame one of the entities of interest to be discussed, because it may just be a rarity that write about the institution of this one. Higher education institutions have long experienced the pendikotomian into the universities, private colleges and non-governmental and non-profit organization. Therefore, this paper tries to discuss about the treatment of accounting for the University as one of the non-profit organizations in order to achieve transparency and accountability towards the public, be it government-owned universities, or private and toward a new concept of the currently vigorous proclaimed, i.e. Good University Governance.
