Abstract

This study aims to develop an authentic assessment instrument based on students' performance. It can build the science process skill and measure the cognitive aspects of student’s achievement. The procedure of research & development method is adapted from Borg and Gall’s model, consisting collecting information, planning, early product development, preliminary field testing, first product revision, field testing, second product revision, and dissemination. The initial field testing was executed to 15 participants, and the field testing to 31 participants in MAN III Yogyakarta use the One – Shot Case Study model. The results of the study as follows: (1) instruments according to the experts' judgment, physics teachers and peers, in general, was valid, (2) instruments at the preliminary field test and main field test was reliable, and (3) instruments could build skills and measure cognitive achievement’s aspect of the scientific process skills of the senior high-school students for heat and temperature topic.

Abstract

AbstractThe development of physics web based approach using a guided discovery learning has done on SMAK 5 Penabur at XI science class from March until May 2015. Development of the model is based on Borg & Gall with comparative descriptive data. Development of this web-based physical media is expected to assist students in understanding the substance of Physics in 2013 curriculum. After passing through the planning process, judicial review by experts of material and test media by media experts, the revision, the product tested on students are welcomed. Similarly, when disseminated to teachers. Web-based learning media is considered to overcome the limitations of the learning process and can facilitate the learners in understanding physics.Keywords: web-based, Guided Discovery Learning, development researchAbstrakPengembangan media pembelajaran fisika berbasis web menggunakan pendekatan Guided Discovery learning telah dilakukan di SMAK 5 Penabur untuk kelas XI IPA pada bulan Maret sampai Mei 2015. Pengembangan yang digunakan mengacu pada model Borg & Gall dengan data deskriptif komparatif. Pengembangan media fisika berbasis web ini diharapakan dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami substansi Fisika pada kurikulum 2013. Setelah melewatiproses perencanaan, uji materi oleh ahli materi, dan uji media oleh ahli media, revisi, produk diujicobakan pada peserta didik dengan hasil baik. Begitu pula ketika disosialisasikan ke guru se-Penabur. Abstract

Abstract Physics learning are currently given by using model and varied online media learning. However, that varied learning model is still rarely pay attention to students learning styles. Consequently, learning becomes less optimal and less motivated students. Rapidly information technology blooming gave a great opportunity for the development of online learning models that have the adaptive feature of the student's learning style. The aim of this research is to produce learning model blended learning, merger between models of online learning and face-to-face learning, adaptive by learning styles of students. This product was validated by experts consist of media experts and learning physics expert. The results showed that developed of learning model, according to experts has validated in good categories so that used in physics learning. Keywords: model learning, blended learning, learning style Abstrak Pelajaran fisika saat ini telah banyak diberikan dengan menggunakan model dan media pembelajaran online yang variatif. Namun, dari berbagai model pembelajaran tersebut masih jarang yang memperhatikan gaya belajar siswa. Akibatnya, pembelajaran menjadi kurang maksimal dan kurang memotivasi siswa. Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat telah memberikan peluang yang besar bagi pengembangan model pembelajaran online yang memiliki sifat adaptif terhadap gaya belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model pembelajaran blended learning, yakni penggabungan antara model pembelajaran online dan pembelajaran face to face, yang adaptif sesuai gaya belajar siswa yang mengikutinya. Produk ini divalidasi oleh ahli yang terdiri atas: ahli media, dan ahli pembelajaran fisika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan, menurut para ahli memiliki validasi dalam kategori baik sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran fisika. Kata-kata kunci: model pembelajaran, blended learning, gaya belajar.
