Abstract

Tarekat Dalailul Khairat is a congregation that is run by fasting for three years without stopping (except intime of fasting is forbidden according to Islamic law), and everyday reading the book of Dalailul Khairat (not boundby a specifc time), how to run it is not bound by place (ribat), and are not guided directly by the Sheikh (teacher). Al-Qur’an sees that religion and culture are different and must be clearly distinguished, butnot separated. Thus, Islam (The Qur’an) became into dialogue with space and time. Universal religion it will always fnd its relevance to specifc and concrete demands of its adherents, according to space and time, along with the dynamics and vitality. In doing Dalailul Khairat with good Behavior for three years, it becomes a habit of good behavior, that are somewhat forced, then the habith as become a kind of law, means the Congregation Dalailul Khairat positively infuences positive social behavior. Social behaviors are manifested by Dalailul Khairat followers such as diligent, patient, qana’a, tasamuh, constancy, obey the rules, honest, and hard work

Abstract

Islamic bank as a fnancial institution that manages the already famous and no doubt its existence. Another case when the Islamic bank is associated with the endowment money. Not many people know, and still sparked many questions. This article intends to describe the institutional instrument cash waqf in Islamic banks. In some countries, in developing the waqf money, Nazhir not only work alone. But, he involves the Islamic bank as a strategic partner in the management of waqf money. This is the difference with cash waqf endowments of land, because the money including the type of property that is moving and more easily lost. In fact, the main task is to manage the property Nazhir endowments to be productive, not spend. Therefore, in order waqf money is not slim down, then took Nazhir Islamic bank as a partner in its management. This step has been done in several countries: among them are Indonesia, Bangladesh and Jordan. Difference model of partnership between Nazhir waqf money with Islamic banks in the three countries is what is described in this article

Abstract

Indonesia as a pluralistic nation judged on the diversity of religion, belief, tradition, art and culture that has long thrive and flourish in the midst of life. Comes from the fact that a plurality, debate arose between communities who admitted he was most true among others. The polemic between the religions recognized in Indonesia with local beliefs that are spread throughout the region is one of the problems in the relationship between religion and the state. Problems that occur in the study of religion and society at the local faiths is the status, human rights and rights as citizens. Completion of this problem is the need for dialogue between the state, the dominant religious and local beliefs. Examples of local beliefs that have done such a solution is the Islamic belief in Lombok MadraisWetutelu in Cigugur. Both the trust is deemed to have been successful in the aspects of religious tolerance and its relationship with the state. Mutual relations between the state as protector of its citizens and citizens comply with its obligations is the purpose of the concept of interreligious tolerance. As part of the plurality of Indonesia, local belief should be positioned as a cultural heritage that must be considered his rights by the state.

Abstract

Many researchers have presented about the need of parental involvement in children’s learning which is positively related to achievement. The more parents involvement in children’s learning especially in reading, the more benefcial are the achievement effects. Also, Programs which involve parents in reading with their children, supporting their work on homework assignments, or tutoring them using materials and instructions provided by teachers, show particularly impressive results. Although, there are some obstacles faced by parents in getting involved in their children’s reading activity, they will be able to solve by applying some ideas which are suggested. The research also show that the earlier in a child’s educational process parent involvement begins, the more powerful the effects will be. Early childhood education programs with strong parent involvement components have amply demonstrated the effectiveness of this approach

Abstract

Wasathiyah Islam emerged as a counterweight of the emergence of a group that often and another group (takfris). In addition, education also wasathiyah moderate understanding of Islam, with the idea of opposing violence, defend the oppressed, fanaticism, ekterimisme, reject intimidation, and terrorism. Wasathiyah (moderation) including the main Islamic character; because this value always connect Muslims with their basic principles. Their current living conditions are not disconnected from their past history and strongly connected with the history of the lives of the righteous generation earlier. In the view of Islam, life is always changing and rotation. Therefore, the attitude of moderate Islam refused to part of the present and ignore the events that occur in it. Islam also rejects wrap moderation ijtihad which is affected by a condition or environment with the clothes of immortality and maintenance of errors and changes, without any other ijtihad which is also influenced by the environment and the environmental conditions that are different from the previous ijtihad.

Abstract

The results showed that the cause of the work family confict on women working sourced either from work or family. Source of work that working time arrangements and job content experienced by respondents BD, DM, AR, NA, MI and RN. While the source of the family is characteristic of the situation of house holds, which have dependents who require more attention, such as the respondent BD, DM, AR as well as the limitations/lack of help to complete the household responsibilities as experienced by respondents NA. In order to overcome work family confict facing working women use a combination of coping strategies that focus on problem (problem-based coping) and focuses on the emotions (emotion-based coping). Problem-based coping is done by taking action to modify, avoid or reduce conficts like hiring a maid Household, prioritize, and maintain communication with other family members has been carried out by all respondents. While emotion-based coping is done by trying to eliminate the uncomfortable feeling due to the confict. This coping strategy is done privately (solitary coping) as diligently worship (made by BD, DM, AR and NA) and involve others (social coping) as share with friends and family and also do a hobby or personal pleasure.

Abstract

This paper examines the fqh of worship material taught in the majors for the implementation of Sharia and Sharia students STAIN Pare Pare. Departing from the issue of the inconsistent portion Islamic students to practice as given in the course of fqh of worship then tickle the writers to explore where the actual need to be addressed so that the material fqh of worship can be implemented continuously. Once analyzed, it was found that the level of understanding by both the students can affecting the level of implementation in practice this material. Although the level of students’ knowledge and understanding of the material is varied but level is directly proportional to its implementation in everyday life. Therefore, the student’s knowledge of the material is more normative model of learning material, the fqh of worship is more oriented towards a philosophical approach. This approach led to the awareness of students to practice religious jurisprudence consistently andcontinuously.

Abstract

The aim of this reserch is to discuss the affxation of vernacular Indonesia as general lay and specially the vernacullar of Benteng Pinrang society. In Benteng Pinrang use Buginess language pattinjo dialect. This dialect is different with other because this dialect is combination of Enrekang Language and Buginess Pinrang dialect. It is called assimilation. This research used descriptive method which is mean to give description about the cause of Benteng society use Pattinjo dialect. In this research, the researcher use qualitative research as design of this research. Qualitative is the collection, analysis, and interpretation of comprehensive and visual (non numerical) data. Qualitative research is the collection analysis and interpretation of comprehensive. Source of data this research is the native speaker of pattinjo dialect who live in Benteng Pinrang Parepare. Based on observation of the researcher in Benteng Pinrang most the people used native language in communication and interaction with other people. The native language of Benteng society is Bugis language dialect pattinjo. Bugis Language dialect pattinjo happen because there is assimilation between Bugis language and Enrekang Language
