Abstract

Human development planning through government policy is a very important thing and needs to be considered in order to form a qualified Human Resources. Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. 23 of 2017 About Full Day School is a program intended for teachers, students, education personnel and school organizers to prepare learners in the era of globalization through the restoration of character education in schools. This paper discusses human development planning through PERMENDIKBUD No. 23 of 2017 by policy actors with the perspective of policy character (Responsive, Orthodox, Paternalist). With the descriptive analysis method, this paper concludes that the policy of Full Day School is a policy of orthodox character to override the participation and public interest in the policy so that the consequences are rejection from different education observers even contrary to the public interest.

Abstract

Management is the science of regulating or influencing others to achieve the stated goals. Good management will create a great change in the business carried out, social conditions, and also personal changes. Good management of self will increase the intelligence possessed. One of them is spiritual intelligence. Spiritual intelligence is an effort to direct every action taken to always follow his personal abilities that have transcendent skills, as well as a great awareness to pass through life by using spiritual knowledge to find a way out about life's problems. One of the problems of life that develops in society is the circulation of extreme and negative understandings. One of them is radicalism. Radicalism in Indonesia has developed since the Dutch colonialism, and is increasingly fertile after the fall of the New Order regime. The proliferation of radicalism in Indonesia is influenced by the lack of spiritual awareness possessed. As a result the doctrines are easy to enter, one of them is the doctrine of jihad. Furthermore, radicalism is influenced by globalization and education. The effects of this radicalism cause unrest in the community. For this reason, serious efforts are needed in addressing this radicalism, both from the government, scientists and society in general. Therefore, effective management is needed to address radicalism that is flourishing in the community. One of them is the management of spiritual intelligence. The process of building spiritual intelligence management can be done by providing guidance, such as teaching the Koran, practicing prayer, practicing fasting, practicing Hajj and utilizing the method of the Prophet's preaching, namely exemplary approach, maximizing time utilization, fair attitude, praying kindness, activate the potential for thinking and developing mentally. Furthermore in education by providing moral education, which includes habituation, understanding of which good and bad deeds, assignments in which there is reproof, mental cleansing or the soul of all evil and despicable deeds, as well as the obligation to live morally. Abstract

The background of this research that conflict is a natural moment and we usually find of our life, especially in the education institution. Conflict cant be avoided. Conflict in the junior high school of Al-Kautsar involves between headmaster and teachers. It happens because of many policy of headmaster and disciplineless of teachers. There are many method to manage and to solve conflict. This research is to describe conflict and conflict management of headmaster leadership in the junior high school of Al-Kautsar. The kind of this research is field reseach with qualitative research method. The method of datas analysing uses milles and huberman. The method to find datas is observation, deepth interview and documentation. Then the technic to crosscheck about validity of datas is triangulation technic and source, validity, and normality. The source of research data is director, headmaster, vice head and teachers in the junior high school of Al-Kautsar. Technic of analysing datas for qualitative is reduction display, evaluation and datas verification. This result of research shows that: First: conflict that happens between headmaster and teachers in the junior high school is caused by many method and ego of headmaster and teachers. Second: the awareness of discipline of the teachers is still low, especially to understand the rule that has been decided. Third: it is very important to increase coordination and socialization between headmaster and teachers to conflict management at Al-Kautsars junior high school so that there are much perception and goal in order to increace  quality of education. Actually headmaster and teachers are one of success determining in the education institution, especially at school. Conflict can be solved or managed to be a productive thing. It must be managed by manager or leader of education organization and it can be  mediated by expert of conflict management.

Abstract

The background of this research originated from moral decline that occurs in society today. One place of character building is in educational institutions or schools. Therefore required a leader who has the ability to qualify for the formation of character in school successfully. One of the necessary forms of leadership is transformational leadership. The data is analyzed and tested its validity through triangulation of data based on source and method, so that can be drawn a conclusion. The result of this research shows that the head of the madrasah has a transformational leader attitude. First, idealized influence, inspiration motivation, intellectual and individual consideration. The impact of the transformational leadership of Madrasah headmasters in MI Ma'arif Bego Depok Sleman towards the character of the students is the harmony among the madrasahs, the condition of the clean, beautiful and comfortable madrasah environment and the madrasah is growing. The supporting factors of success are education and personal character of madrasah head, adequate facilities, parent role, teacher and competent employee, and supportive madrasah environment. Conversely, the inhibiting factor is the proximity of madrasah heads with madrasahs, some facilities and infrastructure need attention, discipline of teachers and madrasah employees and the number of madrasah students.

Abstract

Kemunculan sekolah yang mengintegrasikan beberapa kurikulum adalah dalam rangkah sebuah upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu belajar dan  pembelajaran pada siswa. SMA Darul Ulum 1 BPPT Jombang adalah salah satu lembaga yang menerapkan Kurikulum Terintegrasi. Oleh karena itu Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua aspek, yaitu: Penerapan kurikulum Terintegrasi dan mutu belajar siswa  di SMA Darul Ulum 1 BPPT Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan study kasus tunggal dengan mengunakan metode penggalian data berupa interview, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kemudian pengecekan keabsaan data menggunakan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan. Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: 1. Penerapan kurikulum terintegrasi yaitu: a) Model kurikulum terintegrasinya yaitu sistem pendidikan terpadu antara kurikulum nasional dan kurikulum pondok, materi PAI terpadu yaitu perpaduan antara PAI diknas dengan materi pondok, keterpaduan antara kegiatan sekolah dan pondok. b) Perencanaan kurikulum melibatkan kepala sekolah,  guru,  yayasan,  komite, tim BPPT. Setelah kurikulum disusun maka tugas guru mapel untuk untuk membuat perencanaa KBM, yaitu membuat silabus, RPP, menyusun strategi pembelajaran dan sebagainya.c)Pelaksanaan kurikulumnya mengacu pada  perencanaan yang sudah dibuat yang ada di RPP. Memiliki ciri khas keterpaduan antara pendidikan formal umum dengan pendidikan agama di Pondok Pesantren. d) Evaluasi yang digunakan adalah evaluasi sumatif dan formatif dan jenis evaluasinya yaitu evaluasi tes non tes untuk. 2. Mutu belajar  aspek kognitif dilihat dari dilihat dari prestasi-prestasi yang diraih siswa bidang akademis semakin banyak dan juga hasil belajar siswa dari nilai ulangan, UTS, UAS, dan UN yang semakin meningkat, aspek apektif dibuktikan dengan perubahan sikap, moral, minat dan rasa menghargai siswa pada saat di kelas ataupun diluar kelas baik dengan guru maupun dengan siswa yang lainnya aspek psikomotorik dilihat dari kegiatan-kegiatan, hasil keterampilan dan kompetensi yang diraih baik ditingkat kabupaten, provinsi maupun nasional.

Abstract

Islam mengatur kehidupan manusia sesuai dengan norma-norma Islam yang fundamental. Yaitu bahwa umat manusia dalam konsepsi ke Islaman mempunyai kewajiban yang sama dihadapan Tuhan tidak membedakan suku, bangsa, ras atau identitas yang lainnya. Maka dari itu Islam mempunyai pandangan yang sangat luas terhadap manusia, alam dengan menerapkan nilai spiritual dalam seluruh konsep kemanusiaan dan alam. Nilai-nilai pendidikan moral sangat penting artinya bagi kedamaian alam semesta. Itulah sebabnya konsep kenabian Muhammad diarahkan kepada suatu rahmat bagi alam semesta ini. Islam berpandangan bahwa manusia adalah makhluk Tuhan yang mendapat legalitas menjadi khalifah dibumi yaitu mengemban amanah untuk memakmurkan alam dan melestarikanya yang dikemas dalam kerangka ??ibadah? kepada Allah. Dan konsep pendidikan moral universal dalam paradigma Islam adalah dalam kerangka mengembangkan kekhalifaan manusia yang mempunyai fungsi untuk menyelamatkan alam semesta dengan menghargai nilai-nilai kemanusiaan manusia. Pada era modern sesuatu yang sifatnya lokal, regional ataupun mungkin nasional bisa memudar, terutama yang berkaitan dengan hal-hal yang sifatnya moral. Pada era modern hegemini modernitas menjadi sangat kuat karena jiwa manusia yang miskin terhadap nilai-nilai. Pada saat itu manusia mempunyai sikap yang mendua (ambivalen). Dalam konteks ini pendidikan moral universal diperlukan untuk membina manusia agar bisa hidup dalam control nilai yang berlaku secara universal. Control yang sifatnya lokal maupun regional akan terhambat oleh hegemoni nilai-nilai modernitas. Oleh karena itu pendidikan moral universal yang tidak terpengaruh oleh hegemoni apapun harus bisa dikembangakan dalam era modrn. Sedangkan nilai pendidikan tidak ada yang bersifat universal selain dari Islam. Bagi umat Islam juga perlu mengembangkan pendidikan Islam ini, terutama dengan mengedepankan aspek nilai universal Islam. Nilai-nilai yang selama ini menjadi penghambat tumbuhnya persatuan dan kesatuan masyarakat, perlu segera dihilangkan. Sikap egaliter perlu semakin ditingkatkan, kesadaran hidup dalam perbedaan pandangan perlu dikembangkan pula. Sehingga dapat dikembangkan manusia yang lebih mengedepankan aspek humanism.

Abstract

The concept of educational philosophy is one of the theories in solving various problems that exist in the world of education because education requires a philosophy to solve existing problems in the world of education whether it concerns the problems that are limited by experience, as well as the facts of education that exist at this time. The implications of Islamic education philosophy on Islamic religious education is to determine the concept of education that is suitable in its application in educational wisdom therefore the Islamic education curriculum is a tool to achieve a success desired by an educational institution, the curriculum is very important for education because in covering the objectives, content, strategies or methods of learning of Islamic religious education and its evaluation. The development of an Islamic education curriculum is an unfinished activity. Must be done continuously and continuously both in aspect of planning, implementation and evaluation based on Islamic values.

Abstract

Leadership becomes the main determinant of the process of the birth of the dynamics of an education and the effectiveness of leadership. It is mutlaq needed to build and encourage the achievement of the quality of education. Effective leadership is the realization of a blend of talent and experience in changing circumstances as it takes place through the interaction between fellow human beings. Because the findings in the field to interpret the success in leadership related 3 indicators are: (1) Quality Leadership of Madrasah Principals in the Development of Islamic Education Institutions, (2) Leadership Efforts Heads of Madrasahs in Development of Islamic Education Institutions, (3) Supporting Factors And Inhibitors Leadership Madrasahs in the Development of Islamic Education Institutions.

Abstract

The study result is influenced by many factors, like internal or external factors. The individual characteristic is one of the internal factors, and perseption of caring style is one of the external factor that can influence the student study result. The study result needs a stimulus from internal individual take the case of talent, interest and attitude, whereas an external stimulus (parent) is a caring style to achieve optimize result. Stimulus that given by parent, is applied through caring style at home. To know as far as the factors can influence student study result, it needs to be known from a research. The research result is expected can give a suggestion that support the increasing of study result. The purposes of the research are to analyze the correlation of individual characters to student study result at x grade of MM1 SMK N 2 Sukorejo. Analyzing the correlation perception of caring style to student study result at x grade of MMI SMK N 2 Sukorejo, analyzing the influence of individual characteristic and perception the caring style to the student study result at x grade of MMI SMK N 2 Sukorejo. The population of this research is the student at x grade of Multi Media I (X MM1) SMK Negeri 2 Sukorejo, there are 37 students. The data analyzing is done by using double analyzing regretion with significant experiment F and significant experiment t. The research??s conclution are (1) The individual characteristic infuelnces positive significant to study result??s increasing, it means that,if be high talent, interest and attitude that is brought by the student to learning process, the study result will be higher. (2) Perception about caring style influence positive significant to study result??s increasing, it means, if it is better the description about interaction between son or daughter and parent as long as carrying out caring activity in educating son or daughter, it will be higher the student study result. (3) The individual characteristic and perception about caring style in a manner of simultaneous having significant influence to student study result, it means the student study result ddepends on student??s talent, interest and attitude along with interaction between student and parent. If be higher talent, interest and attitude along with the interaction between student and parent, it will support the student??s learning process., so, the study result increases too . (4) The large of proportion or variable??s supply of individual characteristic and perception about caring style to the student study result is about 27.6 % whereas the residu of 72.4% is influenced by other factors
