Abstract

Teaching media in relation of teaching and learning process in school, can enhance the learning process of students in teaching which in turn is expected to enhance the learning achievement. This study intends to find out whether there is a significant influence to the students through the e-comic teaching media and to know the effectiveness of the application of this media so as to improve student learning outcomes in MTs Negeri Grogol.The population of this research are 348 students of Grade VIII MTs Negeri Grogol, Kediri Regency which is divided into eight classes. While the number of samples in this study are 84 students of class VIII-A and VIII-B. Sampling was determined by random sampling technique. The result of experimental quantitative research reveals that learning with the use of e-comic learning media is more effective than the teaching and learning process without using instructional media on the subject of halal and haram food and beverages in Grade VIII MTs Negeri Grogol. The group treated using e-comic learning media has an average value of 75.05. While the group that is not treated or using the conventional method has an average value of 68.48.Keywords: Effectiveness of Media, E-comic, Learning Outcomes, Fiqh.

Abstract

The students in class X 2 of MAN 3 Kediri generally consider PKN less important lesson. As a result, the students are reluctant to know the material. In class, they become passive, unexcited, and have difficultyin understanding the material of PKN given by the teacher. Therefore, special learning strategyis needed to enhance students’ motivation to learn PKN materials. Learning strategy in this study is “In The News”. The procedure of“In The News approach” is that students are divided into groups in which each group has to bring articles, headlines, editorials or certain caricatures as teachers expected.Each group chooses one article of their interest to be presented and discussed; Another student noted the key points of the presentation the discussion. The research data shows that an increase in students’ motivation and comparedto the results of the previous and the last cycle. Abstract

Kiai is essentially a title given to someone who has knowledge in the field of religion in this case Islam. For that researchers focused research on: 1) How kiai efforts in improving the ability to read the book yellow santri? 2) What are the factors that support and inhibit the improvement of reading ability of yellow book students ?. Type of research in this thesis is using qualitative approach with case study research design. All data obtained from observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis is done by examining all existing data, data reduction, checking data validity, observation persistence and triangulation. From the research that has been conducted, the research results are 1) Efforts in improving the reading ability of yellow book students, 2) Supporting factors and obstacles are The management of boarding school and Madrasah Diniyah boarding schools are very helpful in the learning process.Keywords: Kiai, The ability to read the book of yellow.

Abstract

Forward the retreat of an educational institution is very influential on the leader figure. In the principal education institution has an important role to advance the school in the lead. Basically education consists of several components that affect each other and related to each other. Of these components, the teacher who plays an important role and is the key to the success of education. For that the competence of a teacher should be improved. With the principal component of teachers and principals that play an important role for the advancement of education, the authors are interested to explore the leadership of principals in improving teacher competence, with the focus of research: 1) How the principal’s efforts in improving teacher competence, 3) the principal’s efforts in improving teacher competence ?. Abstract

The background of the non-formal education is the improvement of informal education, the complement of formal education. Sanggar itself is a place of art activities, as an effort to improve the skills of the students built studio. To do that research on non-formal education as an effort to improve the skills of street children who become guided in the studio. The type of research used in this study is field research, using a qualitative approach. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive done by data reduction and data exposure. The result of this research is that the Bodol studio provides skills that match the interests and talents possessed by the sanggar children. The skills possessed by the assisted children of the studio are the skills of playing music. Efforts made by the studio to improve skills: provide assistance, have books that can support, the availability of supporting tools and the support of interests and talents owned by the child who became the guard studio.Keywords: Non Formal Education, Skills and Street Children

Abstract

Based on preliminary observation note that, in learning activities, teachers deliver materials with power point media less attract students to be active, this is seen only passive students in learning activities. Such activities make students less motivated. The purpose of this study is 1) Describe the implementation of student learning jurisprudence through the application of Adobe Flash media. 2) Describe the learning activities of jurisprudence students through the application of Adobe Flash media. 3) Describing the results of study of jurisprudence of students of Blitar City through the application of Adobe Flash media on basic competence “Explaining the provisions of inheritance law in Islam.” Based on the results of research canbe concluded that the application of Adobe Flash media can improve the activity and learning outcomes of students, apply and develop Adobe Flash media in learning jurisprudence with material Explain the provisions of inheritance law in Islam more deepened.Keywords: Learning Activity, Learning Outcomes, Adobe Flash Media.

Abstract

Researchers chose a modified free inquiry model to help improve students’ fluency and elaboration. The purpose of this research is to know the application of modified free inquiry which can improve the student’s fluency and elaboration of students’ thinking on trigonometric material. Research method in this research is qualitative research method and research type is research of class action. The data in this study were obtained from the results of validation, test results, observation of teacher and student activity, and interview result, then apply data triangulation and theory to check the validity of data. The results showed an increase in fluency and elaboration in students. This means that a modified free inquiry model can help improve students’ fluency and elaboration in trigonometric learning. The results are supported by the observation of teacher and student activity that is in accordance with the lesson plan and also the result of the interview which get positive response from the students.Keywords: modified free inquiry, fluency and elaboration, mathematics

Abstract

Based on the results obtained a conclusion that Assignment Method Class XII PAI included in the category enough. It is based on the acquisition of real score with the average value (Mean) are 130.86. While the student’s motivation is also in fair category based on the acquisition value of the average (mean) of 116.55. Based on calculations of influence, it can be deduced that there is a strong and significant influence between the Assignment Method on the students motivation in class XII PAI. The magnitude of the influence coefficient is 0.616, while the result obtained significant effect of value = 10.2858. The value is greater than = 1.654 at 5% error rate. While the determination coefficient test result 0,37,94. this means that 37.94% of the Assignment Method affect class XII student motivation on the subjects of Islamic Religious Education.Key words : Assignment Method, Student otivation

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum, aimed at encouraging learners, is better able to observe, ask, reason, and communicate (present), what they gain or know after receiving learning materials. Research focus: 1) How is the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in Kediri City? and 2) How is the Problem faced by Islamic Religious Education Teachers (PAI) in Implementing the 2013 Curriculum in Kediri City? The results of this study revealed that: 1) Implementation of Curriculum 2013 in Kediri City has not run maximally there are still shortcomings that must be improved for example, mentoring in implementation is very less. 2) Problematic Teachers PAI, among others, have difficulty in implementing learning, due to lack of understanding of teachers about the Curriculum 2013 with the concept of learning Curriculum 2013, the delay of procurement training for teachers, especially teachers PAI about the curriculum 2013, and so on Insufficient facilities and infrastructure in supporting the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in some of the existing in Kediri, thus hindering the implementation of the applied curriculum.Keywords: Problematic Teacher of Islamic Education (PAI), Implementation, Curriculum 2013.

Abstract

Along with the development of the increasingly blind to the globlasasi that a lot of negatively affect the child. Beliefs that can stem this negative impact, therefore Islamic education is very necessary in this case. And theauthors chose the letter Luqman verses 12-19 because in it is full of advice to build morals and increase faith in the child. The results showed that: (1) The concept of children’s education. (2) The concept of children’seducation in the perspective of Qur’an letter Luqman verses 12-19 illustrates the emphasis of the material and methods of children’s education. Educational materials that are taught include education of aqidah, shariah, and morals. The method used is with maw’idah (advice).
