Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on observations that researchers have done in SDN SDN 12 Sungai Limau, it was found that teachers ability in improving teacher pedagogic competence is still low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about reminding teacher pedagogic competence. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 8 teachers of SDN SDN 12 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results showed that with Academic Supervision can Pedagogikguru Competence In SDN SDN 12 Sungai Limau.Hal this is proved by the Academic supervision can Increase pedagogic competence of teachers In SDN SDN 12 Sungai Limau from cycle I to cycle II. The average ability of teachers in improving the making of RPP in cycle I is 51.30 with less category, In cycle II is 84.47 Good. Keywords: Academic Supervision, teacher pedagogic competence

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the results of students learning Class XII.1SMA N 1 Talamau in the subjects of Bahasa Indonesia found that the results of student learning in the Indonesian language is still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about Efforts to Increase student learning outcomes in the subjects of Bahasa Indonesia Conclude the contents of drama through the reading of drama text through Co-op Co-op Model in Class XII.IPA-1 SMA N 1 Talamau District Western Pasaman. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 23 students of Class XII.IPA-1 SMA N 1 Talamau. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been proposed, it can be concluded that Co-op Co-op cooperative learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the Indonesian language. Summing up the content of drama through reading drama text in SMA N 1 Talamau. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 61.87 (Enough) increased to 89.17 (Good) with an increase of 27.30%.Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Bahasa Indonesia, Co-op Co-op Model

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the results of student learning Class XII.IPS 3 SMA N 1 Ranah Batahan in the subjects of Religion found that the results of student learning in Religious subjects is still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about Efforts to Improve student learning outcomes in subjects Religion sub Reading Al-Quran of Jonah and Surat al-Baqarah, Explaining the meaning of developing science and technology as contained in the Quran: Surat Yunus and Al- Baqarah through Billboard Ranking Method in Class XII.IPS 3 SMA N 1 Ranah Batahan Pasaman Barat Regency. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consist of 29 students of Class XII.IPS 3 SMA N 1 Ranah Batahan. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion have been put forward, it can be concluded that Billboard Ranking Method can improve student learning outcomes in subjects Religion sub Reading the Quran letter of Yunus and Surat al-Baqarah, Explaining the meaning of development of science and technology as contained in the Quran : Surat Yunus and Al-Baqarah in SMA N 1 Ranah Batahan. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 57.41 (Enough) increased to 84.17 (Good) with an increase of 26.76%.Keywords: Learning Outcome, Religion, Billboard Ranking Method

Abstract

Based on observations made by researchers at SDN 10 Sungai Limau, it was found that the ability of Classroom Management and Process Assessment with Micro-teaching training for teachers is still low. The purpose of this study was to describe and obtain information on Improving the Ability of Class Management and Process Assessment. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects were 7 teachers of SDN 10 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results show that with Micro Training can improve the ability of Classroom Management and Process Assessment with Micro Training for teachers in SDN 10 Sungai Limau. This is evidenced by the existence of Micro Training training to improve the ability of Classroom Management and Process Assessment with Micro Training for teachers in SDN 10 Sungai Limau from cycle I to cycle II. Teachers average ability in classroom management and process assessment through micro teaching training in terms of aspect assessment in cycle I is 54.46 in enough category whereas the dimension assessment is in the category with enough category with the value of 59.15 and on appraisal aspect for cycle II is 86.83 With Good category and also on dimensional appraisal for cycle II is 84.82 with Good category.Key Words: Classroom Management Skills and Process Assessment, Micro-training teaching.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Based on student learning outcomes Class VIII.I SDN 27Pasaman in Penjaskes subjects found that student learning outcomes in subjects Penjaskes still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still below the KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in subjects Penjaskes Practice Combination of basic motion of roads, running and jump with a good combination in simple games, and the value of cooperation, tolerance, honesty, responsibility and appreciate the opponent or Self through Drill Learning Method in Class III SDN 27 Pasaman Pasaman Barat Regency. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 35 students of Class III SDN 27 Pasaman. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that Drill Learning Method can improve student learning outcomes in subjects Penjaskes Practice Combination of basic motion of roads, run and jump with a good combination in simple games, and cooperation values, tolerance, honesty, responsibility Answer and appreciate the opponent or self of SDN 27 Pasaman. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. Student learning outcomes in cycle I was 55.14 (Enough) increased to 85.31 (Good) with an increase of 30.17%. Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the observations that researchers do in the semester of January-June 2015/2016, researchers found the phenomenon that the level of discipline of teachers in collecting learning tools is still low. This is evident from the time the researcher asked the teacher to collect learning tools there are still many teachers who did not collect the requested learning tools. There are also teachers who are in a hurry to prepare learning tools when the principal or supervisor will supervise the class. Of the six class teachers, if averaged, only 60%, teachers who complement the learning tools either in the form of syllabus, SK / KD, RPP, prota promes and teaching materials. Meanwhile, 40% of teachers did not collect. This study is a school action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The research subjects consisted of 6 teachers of SDN 29 Sungai Limau class who were research class teachers. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that the application of reward and punishment system can improve teachers discipline in collecting learning tools. This is evidenced from before applied rewards and punishment, the percentage of teachers who collect learning tools is only 66.67% with that collects on time only amounted to 22.81%. After applied reward and punishment system, then in cycle I, teacher collecting learning device become 79,65% with percentage which collect on time is 35,79%. After cycle II, the percentage of teachers who collected learning tools became 97.54% with the percentage of teachers who collected on time was 81.05%.Keywords: Discipline, Learning Device, Reward and Punishment

Research subjects consisted of 28 students of Class X.2 SMA N 1 Talamau. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been put forward, it can be concluded that Role Playing Learning Method (Role Playing) can improve student learning outcomes in subjects PKN sub Describe the superstructure and political infrastructure in indonesiadi SMA N 1 Talamau. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedure in this research includes planning, action, observation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. The subjects consisted of 32 students of Class IX.1 SMPN 1 Lembah Melintang. The data were collected using observation sheet and daily test. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been proposed, it can be concluded that the Learning Model Inside-Outside Circle can improve student learning outcomes in sub science subjects Describe the system of excretion in humans and health relationships in SMP N 1 Lembah Melintang. Student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. The subjects consisted of 10 teachers of SDN 18 Sungai Limau. The data were collected using obeservation sheets. Data were analyzed using percentages. The results show that with Monitoring and Evaluation can improve the preparation of teacher RPP In SDN 18 Sungai Limau. This is evidenced by the evaluation and monitoring can Improve the quality of preparation of teacher RPP In SDN 18 Sungai Limau from cycle I to cycle II. Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on the learning activities of students of Class X SMKN 1 Talamau in English subjects found that the learning activities of students in English is still very low. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the Enhancement of Student Learning Activities in English Subjects through the model of Silent Way learning in Class X SMKN 1 Talamau West Sumatra Province. This study is a classroom action research. The research procedures in this study include planning, action, obeservation and reflection. This study consists of two cycles with four meetings. Research subjects consist of 12 students of Class X SMKN 1 Talamau. The research data was collected by using observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been stated in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that it can be concluded that the model of demonstration demonstration can increase student learning activities in English subjects in SMKN 1 Talamau. Student learning activity in cycle I was 71.72 (enough) increased to 81.56 (good) with an increase of 9.84. Keywords: Learning Activity, English Education, Silent Way learning model
