Abstract

Based on the results of student learning XII.IPA2 Class SMA N 1 Kinali in Mathematics was found that results for students in the subjects of Mathematics is still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about the efforts to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics sub Specifies the nth row and the sum of n term of arithmetic and geometry through Thorowing Snowball Method in class XII.IPA2 SMA N 1 Kinali West Pasaman .This research is a class act. The procedure in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. The study consisted of two cycles of the four meetings. Subject of the study consisted of 36 students Grades XII.IPA2 SMA N 1 Kinali. Data were collected by using observation sheet and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been raised, it can be concluded that the Snowball Method Thorowing can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics sub Specifies the nth row and the sum of n term of arithmetic and geometry in high school N 1 Kinali. Learning outcomes of students from the first cycle to the second cycle. The results of students in the first cycle was 46.69 (Not Good) increased to 83.86 (Good) with an increase of 37.17%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBased on observations that have researchers do To teachers at SMAN 2 Pasaman, it was found that the competency of teachers remains low. The purpose of this study is to Improve Teacher competency as a working implementation of the principal at SMAN 2 Pasaman. This research is a school action. The procedure in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. The study consisted of two cycles of the four meetings. Subjects consisted of 8 people Master SMA Negeri 2 Pasaman. Data were collected by using observation sheet. Data were analyzed using percentages.The results showed that Influence Learning Tool Workshop superintendent of schools can improve the competence of teachers at SMAN 2 Pasaman. This is evidenced by the increasing creativity of teachers from the first cycle to the second cycle. On average ability Creativity of teachers in the first cycle was 65.23 with less category and the second cycle is 83.88 with both categories. Abstract

Based on student learning outcomes 1st Class XI IPA SMAN 1 Valley Crossing in Mathematics was found that student learning outcomes in mathematics is still very low. The average student learning outcomes are still under KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe and obtain information about efforts to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics through Giving Methods Tasks and recitation in Class XI-1 SMAN 1 Valley Crossing West Pasaman.This research is a class act. The procedure in this research include planning, action, observation and reflection. The study consisted of two cycles of the four meetings. Subjects consisted of 38 learners Class XI Science 1 SMAN 1 Valley Crossing. Data were collected by using observation sheet and daily tests. Data were analyzed using percentages.Based on the results of research and discussion that has been raised, it can be concluded that the method of administration of Tasks and recitation can improve student learning outcomes in mathematics at SMAN 1 Valley Melintng. Learning outcomes of students from the first cycle to the second cycle. The results of students in the first cycle was 72.8 increased to 82.29 (good) with an increase of 6.50%.
