E-DIMAS
Jurnal E-Dimas (Educations-Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat), dengan nomor ISSN 2087-3565 (cetak) dan ISSN 2528-5041 (online) adalah jurnal multidisiplin ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas PGRI Semarang. Jurnal E-Dimas merupakan jurnal yang bertaraf nasional yang memiliki fokus utama pada pengembangan ilmu-ilmu di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Lingkup bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat antara lain meliputi pelatihan, pemasaran, keamanan pangan lokal, Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG), desain, pemberdayaan masyarakat, akses sosial, daerah perbatasan, daerah kurang berkembang, dan pendidikan untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat berisi berbagai kegiatan penanganan dan pengelolaan berbagai potensi, kendala, tantangan, dan masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian juga melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan mitra. Kegiatan pengabdian tersebut disusun dalam suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau ide-ide yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Jurnal E-Dimas menerbitkan jurnal dua kali dalam satu tahun yaitu pada bulan Maret dan September. Kontributor dalam jurnal ini merupakan staf pengajar Universitas PGRI Semarang dan perguruan tinggi-perguruan tinggi lainnya.

Abstract

Abstract The main purpose of this program (IbM) is to provide training to junior and senior high school teachers of Tugu Soeharto Semarang on how to arrange Learning Program Plan (RPP) based on the latest curriculum, Curriculum 2013. It was a training held on every Saturday in January 25-February 15, 2014 at SMP/SMA Tugu Soeharto Semarang which was attended by 25 participants comprising teachers of junior high / senior high school of Tugu Soeharto and several schools in the vicinity. The method used in this training are lectures, discussion, practice, discussion and evaluation. Lectures include the introduction of Curriculum 2013, the Approach in Education (Teaching Approach), Syllabus and RPP, and Authentic Assessment (Authentic Assessment). This training also includes improvements to the product as an effort that teachers are able to produce lesson plans based on Curriculum 2013 and the right in the hope of learning the teacher can set up the device in carrying out teaching and learning activities appropriately. Keywords: Curriculum 2013, RPP, Training ?é?á ?é?á Abstrak Tujuan utama dari kegiatan Ipteks bagi Masayarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru SMP/SMA Tugu Soeharto Semarang mengenai bagaimana menyusun Rencana Program Pembelajaran (RPP) berdasarkan Kurikulum terbaru yaitu Kurikulum 2013. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan setiap hari Sabtu di tanggal 25 Januari-15 Pebruari 2014 bertempat di SMP/SMA Tugu Soeharto Semarang oleh Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris IKIP PGRI Semarang yang diikuti oleh 25 peserta yang terdiri dari guru-guru SMP/SMA Tugu Soeharto dan beberapa sekolah di sekitarnya. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, praktek, diskusi dan evaluasi. Ceramah meliputi Pengenalan Kurikulum 2013, Pendekatan dalam Pembelajaran (Teaching Approach), Silabus dan RPP, dan Penilaian Autentik (Authentic Assessment). Pelatihan ini juga meliputi perbaikan produk sebagai upaya agar para guru mampu menghasilkan RPP Kurikulum 2013 dengan benar dengan harapan para guru dapat menyusun perangkat pembelajaran dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan tepat. ?é?á Kata kunci: Kurikulum 2013, RPP, Pelatihan ?é?á

Abstract

Abstract Being successful enterpreneur is everyone?óÔé¼Ôäós passion. Enterpreneurship can be an alternative way to reach prosperity in life. It needs to be noticed that it takes a lot of effort , passion, patience and creativity to be a succesful?é?á enterpreneur. So many people have great eagerness to be enterpreneur, but they have less knowledge to make it true. That becomes the reason why this training is given to them. It aims to train the people to be more knowledgeable in enterpreneurship. It also trains them to be more creative by recycling?é?á used things to valuable one. It is hoped that this training can be useful for them. They can practice what they have already got in the training in their life. They can produce may new things from the used thing around them and sell them around to make money without money. It will help them to be more prosperous for their financial. ?é?áFurthermore, it will help them to open more job vacancies. This training was acknowledged to the Young Islamic association, Mekarsari,?é?á in Rowosari village. Abstract

The purpose of community service activities Ib.M is to provide training and mentoring to teachers in the district Purworedjo PGRI members in order to enhance the professional development of teachers Sustainable pascasertifikasi scientific publications based on the results of PTK . The method used is the method of lecture , discussion , question and answer , the methods of training , assignment , and mentoring . The approach includes five stages are carried out systematically and continuously by stages : 1 ) the first phase , the delivery of material : ( 1 ) Technical Proposal Preparation Class Action Research , (2 ) Technical Report Preparation TOD ; ( 3 ) Techniques of Writing Action Research Results classes and ( 4 ) Rule Tata Write Journal of Advanced Research ; 2 ) the second stage , the preparation of training proposals and reports PTK; drill results TOD article preparation ; 3 ) the third stage , the implementation of TOD mentoring practices in the field , 4 ) The fourth stage , mentoring and supervising the preparation of TOD , and 5 ) the fifth stage , mentoring practices PTK compose articles results ready for publication in research journals . Outcomes generated targets are teachers : 1 ) motivated and willing to develop innovative learning in school through PTK and 2 ) make the results TOD article that is ready to be loaded and Teaching Education Research Journal Educational Insights air- ISSN 2354-5739 Volume 1 Number first issue 1 November 2013 . Abstract

Abstract Community Service Event was held with the theme "IBM Child-Centered Education in?é?á Palebon". This activity is done with 3 different kinds of activities, namely 1) the extension of child-centered education; 2) a general description of child-centered curriculum; 3) examples of activities centered learning strategies in children. The training was held on 28 February to 2 March 2014 held at the Village Palebon with a team of resource persons PG-PAUD Teachers Training College Lecturers IKIP PGRI Semarang. Participants of this activity is early childhood educators in the Village Palebon. While this activity is the application of early childhood educators in District Pedurungan able to create a child-centered learning. The main objective of this activity are?é?á?é?á?é?á : 1). Providing information about the child-centered education; 2). Provide an overview of child-centered curriculum; 3). Provide examplesof activities centered learning strategies in children. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan penyusunan proposal PTK bagi guru-guru SMA di Kecamatan Gubug, Kabupaten Grobogan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dalam menyusun proposal PTK yang nantinya berguna bagi guru tersebut untuk mengembangkan kinerjanya melalui pelaksanaan PTK. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini telah dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu, 5 Februari dan 7 Februari 2014 dalam bentuk pelatihan penyusunan proposal PTK, yang bertempat di SMA N 1 Gubug, Grobogan. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan pembimbingan secara individu melalui media online tanggal 10-15 Februari 2014 dengan alokasi waktu 12 jam. Selanjutnya adalah kegiatan pembimbingan evaluasi proposal melalui media online dengan alokasi waktu 12 jam pada minggu ketiga. Jumlah peserta pelatihan adalah 20 guru dari beberapa mata pelajaran yang berbeda yang berasal dari SMA N 1 Gubug, Grobogan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab, pelatihan, dan diakhiri dengan penugasan menyusun proposal PTK. Hasil dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah peserta mampu menyusun proposal PTK yang sebelumnya diawali dengan pelatihan penyusunan proposal PTK, kemudian pembimbingan secara individual. Abstract

IbM strengthening the role of the family in shaping the personality of children through seminars and mentoring family problems done in the Village Rejosari Eastern District of Semarang Semarang City. The goal is to equip every individual in the community to understand the role of each in family life and society in order to create a harmonious life. The method used is to provide education in the form of seminars and mentoring the problems faced by the family. Participants are Rejosari village community includes parents, teens, men and women. The seminar took place on February 23, 2014, while assisting held in March 2014 in a week. Based on the results of quality improvement activities seemed relationships between family members with completion problems during mentoring activities.Keywords: Role of Family, Child Personality Formation, Family Issues

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tema ?óÔé¼?ôMeningkatkan Kompetensi Pendidik PAUD melalui Kegiatan Active and Joyfull Learning?óÔé¼?Ø. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan 3 macam kegiatan yang berbeda, yaitu 1) penyuluhan tentang kegiatan pembelajaran active and joyfull learning; 2) praktek pembuatan pengembangan kegiatan dari satu tema menjadi beberapa kegiatan pembelajaran; dan 3) praktek pembelajaran active and joyfull learning. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 5 ?óÔé¼ÔÇ£ 7 Desember 2013, bertempat di rumah ketua PAUD Kecamatan Pedurungan ibu Suti Robiatun, dan dengan nara sumber tim dari Dosen PG-PAUD IKIP PGRI Semarang. Peserta dari kegiatan ini adalah pendidik PAUD di Kecamatan Pedurungan. Sedangkan aplikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah para pendidik PAUD di Kecamatan Pedurungan mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang aktif dan menyenangkan di sekolah. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1). Memberikan gambaran tentang pembelajaran yang aktif dan menyenangkan bagi anak; 2). Memberikan contoh pengembangan kegiatan berdasarkan tema; dan 3). Abstract

Abstrak Berdasarkan PP No.1 tahun 2010 tentang Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan disebutkan bahwa guru wajib melakukan pengembangan profesinya. Diantaranya adalah dengan melakukan karya tulis ilmiah dan publikasi ilmiah.Selanjutnya berdasarkan peraturan tersebut juga disebutkan bahwa untuk kenaikan pangkat seorang guru dari Golongan III b ke berikutnya seorang guru harus memiliki kredit poin yang berhubungan dengan pengembangan diri dan karya tulis ilmiah. Salah satu upaya melakukan penelitian yang berkenaan dengan pembelajaran di kelas adalah dengan melakukan PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Di kota Semarang terdapat 89 SMK negeri dan swasta.Pada kenyataaannya. sebagian besar guru masih mengalami kesulitan untuk melakukan PTK?é?á yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya pengetahuan yang mendasar?é?á tentang PTK. Sedangkan permasalahan lain adalah?é?á pemahaman guru dan sekolah terhadap penelitian yang masih bervariasi sehingga mempengaruhi dalam penerapannya di lapangan. Terlebih untuk bidang studi bahasa Inggris di SMK, sebagian besar guru masih merasa kesulitan dalam melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas yang berkaitan dengan bidang studi yang diampunya. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut di atas,maka dipandang perlu adanya penataran, pelatihan, pembimbingan, dan pendampingan tentang PTK. Oleh karena itu, tim Pengabdian pada Masyarakat IKIP PGRI Semarang berencana membatu para guru dalam melaksanakan PTK di lapangan. Keluaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah berupa laporan pelaksanaan PTK serta artikel ilmiah yang siap dipublikasikan dalam jurnal penelitian. ?é?á Kata kunci: PTK, guru bahasa Inggris SMK, workshop ?é?á ?é?á Abstract Based on Government Regulation No. 1 of 2010 on Sustainable professional development mentioned that teachers are required to perform their professional development . Among them is to conduct the scientific papers and publications. Then, based on that regulation is also mentioned that for the promotion of a teacher of level III b next to a teacher should have the credit points associated with self-development and scientific papers . One of the efforts to conduct research relating to the learning in the classroom is to do (Classroom Action Research ) . In Semarang, there are 89 vocational high Semarang state and private. In fact, in Semarang there are still most teachers have difficulty to perform PTK (Classroom Action Research ) caused by a lack of fundamental knowledge about it. Meanwhile, another problem is the understanding of teachers still varies so affecting in its application in the field. Especially in the field of English language studies at SMK , most teachers still feel difficulties in classroom action research related to the field of study. In connection with the above , it is seemed necessary to upgrading , training , coaching , and mentoring of PTK . Therefore , a team of Community Service University of PGRI Semarang have petrified teachers in implementing PTK in the field . The expected outcomes of this activity is a report on the implementation of PTK and scientific articles published in research journals ready.
