Abstract

Progressing market was the main activity of some modern businesscorporations. An advertisement was a part of marketing eforts in influencingcons mers /costumers to achieve good set by the corporations. In direct marketing,the advertising relied on the whole sale forces. The advertisement sold productpackaged and delivered to retail stores widely. The product exchanged according tothe public relations were decided by sk erwirontments, rnmely : frm policies,product or service demands, market (as whole potentials), market areas ( placeswhere potential consumers existed), competitive considerations and fficts of legalgoverments regulations. Main businesss policies result@ in the un{ormity and thedirection on the advertising business characteristics should be consistent with thenotion of f;rms policies direaing their eforts to adapt to working philosophies. Theadvertisement staffs were able to select corsiderations encouraging the prospect tobuy. The selection of some media where the advertisements were put shoild bi baedon the prospects habits. It was easy to easy to see the signilicancy of trading areasas the envilontmental conditions to be parts of the staffs responsibilities. Theadvertising massages should not be put in places where potential consumers couldnot be ensured. so, the advertising stafs should be familiar with the /irms distributionpattern and areas where potential consumers for their product existed

Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of Influential Factors on Employee Performance(A Case Study STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto)". The purpose of this study is toinyestigate and analyze the influence of organizational climate, organizationalcommitment, leadership and employee compensation to performance. To lotow andanalye the factors that have most impact on employee performance STMIKAMIKOM Purwokerto. The experiment was conducted in December of 2010 and takea place at STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto. The study was survey research. Populationin this research is all employees in STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto numbering 46people. Researchers decided to take 4l employees as respondents, the samplingtechnique in this study using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling with employeestatus strata. The analytical tool used in this research is path analysis, whereas totest levels of signifcance using the F test and t test . Results from path analysisshowed that organizational climate variables on the performance of employees havethe path coeff;cient of 0.2111, the variables organizational commitment to employeepedormance has a path coefficient of 0.4164, leadership variables on theperformance of employees have the path coefjicient of 0.2383 and variablecompensation for employees performance has a path coefficient of 0.2663.Conclusions in this study is the first organizational climate has a positive in/luenceon employee performance. Both organizational commitment have a positive impacton employee performance. The three leadership has a positive influence on employeeperformance. Fourth compensdtion hos a positive influence on employeeperformance STMIK AMIKOM Purwokerto. Fifth among organizational cltmate,organizational commitment, leadership and compensation, organizationalcommitment factors have most impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The research takes the title of ,.The handling of complaint, completeness of facikty, and the service group of heatth insurence .i-f,n^ ai the main factor of thL health insurance social members in pr. aSKES of Banyumas at health"insuranle of laulymas Public Hospital". The goar of this research is for analyzing the impact if handling of complaint, completeness of facility, and tie service gyoup of h"aM insurance members toward the satisfaction of heakh insurance *"ib"ri, ai well as to measure the level of their satisfaction. Related to the problem, this research uses hypotheses. First is the handling of complaint which hai the positive impact toward the health insurance members satisfaction. second is the cimpletenesi to"itiry not the positive impact for health insurance members satisfaction. Third is the simice group of health insurance members has the positive impact for heahh insurancemembers satisfaction. And the fourth is the level of heatih insurance members whoare ofiicial servant is not more than 83%. As the result of analysis, it can beconc.luded that the handling of complaint has positive and signiJicani impact towardthe health insurance members satisfaction in public hospitil o7 noryui^ becausethe sig value 0.000 < 0.05. The completeness focility has positive impact toward thehealth iwurance members satisfaction with the sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. The servicegroup of healt insurance members has the positive impact toward their satisfactionwith the sig value of 0.038 < 0.05. The level of the health insurence memberssatisfaction who are oficial servant is not more than 83o%. From the conclusion, wecan state that we are able to the increase the health insurance members satisfactionas the corporations mission, so the corporation should give the best service, that isnever different the handling of complaint as the health insurance service for healthinsurance members according to their group

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality control, the types of damage and the source of damage to packing cement in PT Hotcim, cilacap. Monitoringihe quatity of cement packing is done by using the p Chart, pareto diagrams ind Isiikowa diagrams. Througl.t the P-Chart, we can lonw the extent of dimage that occurs in packing cement in PT. Holcim cilacap remains below the limits of qtnlity control. Based on the calculatiow and the Pareto diagram, the largest damage ociurs in the operating process. Based on Ishikana Diagram obtained rhe source / cause of damage to the cement packing is due to human factors, materials, environment anh the biggest cause is the machinary.
