Abstract

Based on preliminary research results, it is found that students’ academic personality data of Tafaqquh Fiddin Islamic Institution Dumai is low. The low level of students’ academic personality is presumably due to the influence of learning behavior, emotional intelligence, and the understanding of hablumminnannas. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of learning behavior, emotional intelligence, and understanding of student hablumminnannas at Tafaqquh Fiddin Islamic Religious Institute Dumai. This research is a quantitative research with the sample of 100 students. The data analysis uses multiple regression to answer the research hypothesis by using software SPSS version 21 and Eviews version 7. The results of this analysis show: The significance value of 0.000 which means the existence of a simultaneous positive influence between learning behavior, emotional intelligence, and hablumminnannas understanding of the academic personality, where F = 53.97% with p < 0.05. The result of the influence of learning behavior, emotional intelligence, and understanding of hablumminnannas is equal to 63%. Partially viewed as the highest variable affecting the academic personality is understanding hablumminnannas.

Abstract

Taqiyuddin an-Nabhani, in his work, the display settings for the social interaction of men and women. Therefore, setting the interactions of men and women with respect to employment should be examined thoroughly and deeply. An-Nabhani Taqiyuddin work is built on a number of basic views, namely: the first is changed views about men and women. Islam sees that the Almighty God created human beings, both men and women are provided with the same nature, the presence of physical needs and the same instincts, also has the potential to be equally sensible. Both are obliged to pray, fast, filial to parents, preach Islam. Both views about the legal status of male and female relationships, meetings of men and women within the framework of cooperation in the midst of life, such as in trade, education, political and ijarah. It is of necessity to realize the benefit of both of them and society in General. Therefore, the meeting and interaction should be done with the basic views and cooperation arrangements that gave birth to virtue for society and individuals, ensuring the realization of the lofty values and means God Almighty. The third position of men and women in the presence of taklif syara . Islamic jurisprudence imposes a taklif on humans regardless of sex. The emerging issues related to the nature of kemaskulinan or kefemininan, the Sharia law in accordance with the taklif bring nature of it. For example, jurisprudence and the law about taklif bring position, fatherly roles and responsibilities only to men while the maternal position relating to only to women.

Abstract

Research has been conducted attitudes related HIV/AIDS issue particularly among university students because students are the group of younger generation that may be parents advising their children in future or they may have to contact with HIV  infected and AIDS people in their future work.  The purpose of research design is to identify the most economical method in conducting the research. The non- experimental quantitative research design which is in questionnaire tools has used to finalize results that are based on hypothesis testingThe population of this study is targeted to the undergraduates from Human Ecology in UPM, Serdang. The sample size for the study is determined by the calculation formula (Israel, 2009). The minimum sample size for FEM is approximately 271, which is calculated by the formula of known population size (N = 835) with the 95% confidence level and confidence interval of 5%.to achieve the objectives for this current study. Besides, three techniques of research design are descriptive, correlation and comparative also have been chosen in this study.  Descriptive design is used to gather the quantitative information and then organizes, tabulates, depicts, and describes the data collection. Descriptive involved in this study will be given a general description about respondent’s personal characteristic (gender), level of knowledge in HIV/AIDS and attitudes toward HIV/AIDS.  The correlation design is applied to determine the linear relationship between personal characteristic (gender), knowledge and attitudes towards HIV/AIDS among FEM undergraduates. The result of the correlation can be positive and negative. If the result is positive correlation, then the changes in value of one variable will make the changes of the other variables in the same direction, or vice versa.

Abstract

Abstrak: MUI adalah salah satu organisasi yang kompeten dalam mencari solusi hukum Islam atas peristiwa-peristiwa hukum yang terjadi di tanah air. Dalam melaksanakan fungsi memberikan fatwa hukum, MUI menggunakan seperangkat metodologi sebelum solusinya diumumkan dalam bentuk fatwa. Qiyas adalah salah satu metode yang berfungsi sebagai perluasan atas hukum-hukum yang belum ada, atau tidak relevan lagi untuk digunakan dalam konteks Indonesia.Penelitian ini memberi gambaran tentang penggunaan metodologi qiyas oleh MUI. Dengan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat kerancuan putusan hukum akibat inkonsistensi penggunaan qiyas. Hal ini sesungguhnya bukan karena metodologi yang tidak mapan atau kualitas individu dalam mengoperasikannya, namun lebih banyak disebabkan karena kurangnya keberanian menetapkan aspek keindonesiaan dalam menjalankan usaha pencarian solusi hukum.

Abstract

Existential and the position of Islamic law (Islamic law) in Indonesian national law is part of the national legal system itself. Therefore, Islamic law has an opportunity to contribute to the establishment and renewal of national law. The emergence of Marriage Law Number 1 year 1974 and Compilation of Islamic Law, is a proof of the result of the struggle for the existence of Islamic Sharia. The Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) is also a description that the law of marriage and inheritance and perwakafan is the legal field hablum min an-nas who get the normative legal provisions in detail in the regulation of national law in Indonesia. While the marriage law of Islam dominates, so that contains many articles in the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) reached 170 Articles. In this case, the benefit and the harm in something is not necessarily relative. Their permissibility and prohibition can be determined by a concrete paradigm, not on the basis of human merit in the world alone. So the maintenance must be with the appropriate method of understanding the nash, not just a mere logical view, but with elastic theory in accordance with the progress of civilization and politics in a country or region. An example of the result of an elastic Islamic legal method with the advancement of Indonesian times and politics is the Compilation of Islamic Law. This research method uses qualitative concept, with normative juridical approach in in-concreto and legal synchronization, whereas research type of library of Risert (bibliography), data collection method is using primary and secondary data and technical data analysis is using contents analysis method with measuring instrument mashlahah (maqasid shariah). Islamic law has the goal of realizing the benefit of mankind (maqasid al-shariah) in the world and happiness in the afterlife. This embodiment is determined by the harmonization of relations between humans. The relationship is marriage, it is one of the media to know each other. The purpose of marriage in Islam is the guidance of human morality and humanize the moral, so the relationship between two different gender can build a new life culturally and socially. Maqashid shariah in marriage is hifzhu an-Nasl (maintaining offspring or honor) is at the level of hajiyat, then marriage is a necessity, as the intention of human nature in pairs. Maqashid Sharia in the KHI on Marriage Law is hifzhu al-Nasl, at-Taaruf Ikhtiyar, Mitsaqan al-Ghalizhah, Muasyiru bi al-Maruf. al-Hadal al-Hikmah, Hifzhu al-Maal li al-Haqqihi, Haqqu al-Waalidi li al-Walidihi, Ijbar li al-Waalidati, Haqqu al-Thaaliq li al-Zaujihi, Haqqu al-Zaujati li al-Zaujihi, while the core maqashidnya is Jalbu al-Mashalih wa darul al-Mafasid (uphold kemaslahatan and refuse kemudratan).

Abstract

One of the ironiesof thedevelopment of human civilizationisthe developmentandmodernizationis intended toimprove the quality ofhuman life, butitis moreoftenthe presence ofpeoplebecome victims of development and modernization. More ironically, landandindigenous peoplesare victimsofan anthropocentricperspectiveand government policiesthat do notfavor thelocal community.This is attributable to several factors: First, the ideology of developmentalism does not incorporate local wisdom, especially regarding indigenous land policy and management and wealth preservation socio-economic-cultural as an integral part of all development programs. In the ideology of developmentalism traditionalism is the opposite of modernization so that all that is traditional, including indigenous lands rich culture and local wisdom considered adaptive in the times. Second, misperceptions people who think the indigenous people of Rokan Hilir as a destroyer of the environment that must be removed or relocated in order to save the environment. Yet, precisely Rokan Hilir indigenous peoples are the guardians of the environment from the invasion and destruction by outside communities, immigrant communities. Third, the nature only in terms of economic value, so that the release of the entire ecological value, the local political, social, cultural, spiritual and moral associated with customary land and the lives of indigenous peoples in the surrounding. Exploit indigenous lands and natural resources for the purpose of economic development and seen off as not have negative consequences for the existence of the indigenous population. Fourth, modernization and progress of civilization seen and measured primarily by the quality of the physical-economic-capitalistic. To improve thesocio-economiclevelof local communities, especiallythe Malaysmust bereturnedto theethical valuesof indigenous peoples. Socio-economicrights ofindigenous peoples should berecognized and guaranteedby the government. There must bepolitical commitmentatglobal and national levelstoprotectthe land rights ofindigenouspeoples andall the wisdomof socioeconomicThroughparadigm approacheco-culture istosave the existence ofindigenous landas a factorsupportingeconomic activityand allthe wealthandwisdom oftraditional, it can also besave theecological crisisis mainlycaused by faultyworldviewthatpolicy makersanthropocentric-capitalistic paradigmshould be changedtoeco-culture perspective.

Abstract

Islam is the perfect religion that governs the relationship between man and his god (ibadah), man with his fellow man (muamalah) and relationship with himself. This rule is what is meant by Shariah. However, today the Muslims can only practice the rules that are ibadah, while muamalah that is implemented today is not in accordance with the Shariah. Therefore, there should be a da’wah in openness to Muslims so that they are aware of the problem of the application of shariah in all kinds of life. One of the most powerful and open movement of dawah in the struggle for Islamic Shariah is Hizbut Tahrir Indonesia (HTI). This movement is a non-Minstream movement that was established on Al-Quds Palestine and Indonesia in the 1980s through a cleric from Hizb ut-Tahrir, DR. Abdurrahman Al-Baghdadi. The strategy of hizbut tahrir in carrying out its dawah activities by opening up, accepting everyone to become a cadre, hizbut tahrir approach from technocrats, students, academics, intellectuals and even they also do pandekatan entrepreneurs who can accept their dawah idea. Its dawah strategy through culture and structural or political, this is the strategy of dawah from other Islamic mass organizations. However, his political strategy is an extraparalementer.
