Abstract

The aim of this research is to apply the Jigsaws model on subject PengantarIlmu Ekonomi at Economic departement of FKlP in Sebelas Maret University to increaseindependent learning and stu-dent achievement. Method used in this research isClassroom Action Research (CAR). According to CAR principles there are research cycles,where the number of research cycles depend on efficacy indicator achieved. In theresearch, the research cycles consist of fours steps, there are: planning, action execution,observation and reflextion. Result describe that learning by using Jigsaw model canimprove student independent learning. By having high independent learning the studentswill be more initiative, exploratary, creative; and have skills to express themself, trying toovercome problem, dare of what they were to be responsible doing; have the ability todescribe the opinion actively in lecturing and looking for experience learning. By havinggood independent learning level, the students can improve the existence of their learningresult. Students try to get information from various source, then to expostulate with otherstudents. These will improve understanding subjects which is inreturn will improve studentlearning achievement.

Abstract

In order to goal can achieved effectively, optimum, and meaning for student, the strategic learning from each lesson is necessary probed, although with minimum facility. This learning respect pedagogic aspects so that can decrease difficulty of the teaching learning process in implementation. Religious approach is new paradigm of education, because it as guide for human life in the world, include understanding the concepts creation secret of science. The concept mastery can develop to other competences or values. Guide of religion showed that everything is created pairs by God, both it grow in the world and your self, and something which do not knowed so as to you think. Base on the theory, those concepts pairs can collected become a concept pair scheme (BDK approach). This research tries to implement a BDK approach for achieving to mastery of its concepts. Designs of the research using experiment method, its sampling are students of secondary school in Bandung. Its sampling divides three strata, that is high DANEM, quite DANEM, and lower DANEM on the receiving new students. Date of the research is processed to use statistic of multivariate ANOVA to testing learning result, and using questionnaire to student and teacher response. Research results concluding that strategic learning using BDK approach can enhance outcome of this learning on all strata of experiment group are higher than control group as significance different, especially developing 10 aspects of the concepts comprehension. This learning process is liked students and teachers, and they want to implement on other lesson, and then relevance with strategic aspects to understand of concepts and developing process skills, so that benefit to innovation of the religious science education. Other factors which influencing outcome correlating with worksheet of student, NEM, media, and teacher competence using question technics in teaching learning process.

Abstract

This Class-Action Research is intended to develop students activities inlearning Biology under Contextual approach. This research is conduted on the studentsof seventh grade class E State Junior High School 1 Wungu, Madiun Regency. Thesubjects of the research were 33 students of that class. The parameters determined in thisresearch are students activity and achievement. The analysis result showed that thestudents activity is good by 77,05% in cycle I, and very good by 80,38% in cycle II. Thethresh hold level is 81,8% in cycle I and 93,3% in cycle II. The contextual approachapplied by media herbarium and insectarium is analitically proven to be effective indeveloping students learning activity and achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (1) to get abiliti’s learning model is cooperativelearning jigsaw, (2) to get abilitis lecture to fixed strategy and variaty learning model,(3) to get abilitis student to reserve and to understanding subject Principle of Accounting.The result of the research shows that: (1) the using method of cooperative jigsaw inprocess to learn and teaching in accounting, spesifically in subject accounting of tradingfirm can reach activity fisically and mental of student via more activities in processlearning; (2) the using method of cooperative jigsaw in process to learn and teaching inaccounting, to reach succes in study and students can learn to finally, this is can be see inaverage of class fromQuiz I was 65,00 and Quiz II was 77,24.

Abstract

The purpose of execution activity seed to identify athletic talent of candidatesatlet potential to be constructed with erudite approach and watched by growth accuratelyand also kontinue. This research use descriptive method. Seed object is students whichhave achievement school is each goodness mounted by elementary school (SD) and alsojunior high school (SMP) which have age to among/ between 11 year up to 15 year in townof Surakarta. As for to the number of student is 400 student. Technique the usedmeasurement and tes with tes pilotage of talent model Sport Search. Data of measurementadapted for by set of existing size measure in computer later then analysed with techniqueanalyse pilotage of talent model Sport Search (computer software). Result of fromcomputer analysis continued tabulationly with statistical technique diskriptif. Result ofathletic talent potency analysis student shall be as follows: Talent student potency SD andSMP in Surakarta there is 8 good category student, 71 student enough, 171 student less,159 student less once, its meaning there is 8 student which have potency to be constructedas candidate of atlet.

Abstract

This research aims at: (1) improving teaching learning process quality of Advanced Visual Communication Design I by motivating students to be more active in digging creativity of creating Visual Communication Design Works (VCD), (2) improving students’ creativity in creating innovative Visual Communication Design Works, (3) improving lecturer’s motivation and ability in conducting process and result evaluation in Advanced Visual Communication Design I teaching learning process. This research constitutes Classroom Action Research which is done at Art Department, FKIP UNS. Be subjects were the sixth semester students. This research consists of 3 cycles in which each cycle consists of (1) planning, (2) implementing, (3) observing and interpreting, (4) analyzing and reflecting. The results of this research show that students are able to create Visual Communication Design Work and develop it to be creative work. The improvement of the students’ activity (75%) in teaching learning process can be seen from the more number of the students who convey their ideas in creating works interactively. The improvement of doing exploration (70%) can be seen from the more number of the students in finding techniques, media, and innovations in creating VCDW. The improvement of the motivation to out from the old convention of VCDW (75%) can be seen from the more number of ideas in creating works individually. The improvement of student’s confidence (75%) can be seen from the more number of students’ works which are innovative, new, and fresh.

Abstract

The aim of this classroom action research is to improve the quality of aquaticlearning for FIK undergraduate student. The samples of research are sixty D-II PGSDphysical education program. The research methods used are descriptive analytictechnique and analytic data process consisting of: (1) describing data, (2) validity ofdata, and (3) interpretation of data. The steps of research process are: (1) preparation,(2) process: planning, acting, observing, reflecting, (3) conclusion. The acting preparationsof the research are three cycles. The result of that audio visual can improve theresearch showed quality of aquatic learning for D-II PGSD physical education program.In the first and second cycle, the qualities of aquatic learning were still low. The thirdcycle, the qualities of aquatic learning were improve by playing compact disk audiovisual of kind of swimming.
