Abstract

PT. Indosat Tbk is one of the major companies engaged in telecommunications services in Indonesia, PT. IndosatTbk is continues to innovate and strive to meet each community’s telecommunications needs. With this, PT. IndosatTbk sees opportunities in the community, especially at companies that require fast communications for coordinationamong the people in it with make phone packs a pretty beneficial community and low cost that is Close UserGroup (CUG) package. However, a product must be socialized so that people will know this new product, then PT.Indosat Tbk made special event as one of they strategies to disseminate these product.The purpose of this research is 1). To analyze Marketing Public Relations Strategy in implementation the specialevent of CUG package program and analyze the implementation of that special event. 2). To analyze the constraintsfaced when implementing special event of CUG package program. 3). To attempt to find a solution andresolution of any obstacles or barriers that exist in special event of CUG package program ongoing or conducted.In this research the authors use the concept of Four Step Public Relations Strategic Planning by Cultip, Centerand Broom that describes the steps in making strategic planning in public relations, in addition the authors alsouse persuasive communication theory that explain how effective communication by way persuading to influenceattitudes, opinions, and behaviors and also Trilogy of strategy marketing public relations. This research usesdescriptive qualitative methodology where data collection is done with observation and indepth interviews withsources, and then study of literature.

Abstract

Gym is one of the sports that require a fee . Not only for health and body fitness course , fitness is also a major goal for most people in shaping the muscles of the body in order to appear ideal even slimming. From the start of a long time of exercise , eating rules , types of supplements that must have been consumed in the set by an instructor or coach . it is necessary for dietary supplements as supporters . L -Men is one type of milk beverage supplements for those who exercise . L -Men are not the only dairy brand supplements on the market . Realizing various brands of products and competition in the market , then the company will not cease promotion to establish communication with the consumer . Promotion in the L -Men do one through the electronic media , namely television . The purpose of this study was : ( 1 ) To determine ad impressions L -Men in the television version of The Shoot and brand image of L -Men . ( 2 ) Determine the effect of L -Men commercials on television to brand image among members of Fitness Diamond Tangerang . With explanative method with a quantitative approach . The results of this study to determine the benefits for the development of communication , especially in the field of advertising that is based on ethics , manners and manner of advertising in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study is intended to show the impacts of management behavior and organization climate that are related to the job statisfaction on lecturers from the Faculty Communication Sciene, the University Of Prof. DR. Moestopo (Beragama)-FIKOM UPDM (B).The Research was carrying out by survey’s method and it was done by simplerandom sampling technique with the respondents are about 75 lecturers from the faculty, as well as it was using questionnaire. The results of this study are as follows:Significant positive correlation between management behavior and lecturer’s Job Satisfaction. Equation regression is Y = 30,109 + 0,373 X1, with person product moment is about 0,522 or 22,72% of X1.Significant positive correlation between organization climate and lecturer’s Job Satisfaction. From the equation regression: Y = 22,342 + 0,502 X2, and Finally There was significant positive correlation between a combination of management behavior and organization climate that is related to job satisfaction of lecturer. The equation regression result is Y = 18,388 + 0,264 X1 + 0,329 X2.the determination coefficient is 0,597, while the contribution of management behavior and organization climate to the lecturer’s job satisfaction is about 35,4 5

Abstract

background this study is that the PR from The Body Shop Indonesia working together with IDdkp ( IndonesiaDiet Plastic Bags ) finalize program aims to foster community participation in efforts to maintain environment byreducing and wiser in the use of plastic bags .In addition , with this campaign of The Body Shop as well as introducing to the people that they truly are a cosmeticsmanufacturer that care about the environment and the products and their packaging is also environmentallyfriendly and do not use plastic as raw material. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude influencePR campaign created by The Body Shop is against participation community and know how effective the programis in foster public participation in the reduction of the use of plastic bags with bring your own shopping bag orreplace it with a more pocket a green .As a cornerstone of this study , used campaign then got the effect that the communicant can do things likethat desirable communicator . Then I also use participation Theory This study uses a quantitative methodologyexplanative survey as a means of taking the sample . This research was conducted in the media social twitterfollowers with the subject is the twitter account of The Body Shop Indonesia. Sampling technique takingsimple random sampling , with reference using Taro Yamane formula . For data collection techniques throughquestionnaire ( questionnaire ) and literature . For data analysis , the authors using SPSS ( Statistical Packagefor Social Science ) .

Abstract

Media massa dalam menjalankan fungsinya sebagai agen sosialisasi, terus mengalami perkembangan dari waktuke waktu. sejalan dengan perkembangan media tersebut, masyarakat memperoleh berbagai informasi dan mewarisinilai-nilai dari generasi terdahulu. Akan tetapi, perkembangan media massa ini juga membawa pengaruh negativeyaitu bergesernya nilai-nilai yang dulu kita hormati dan junjung tinggi, seperti nilai-nilai agama, sopan santun,dan susila.Untuk mempersempit permasalahan dan memfokuskan penelitian, maka penulis memutuskan untuk mengkaji salahsatu fenomena yang menyiratkan terjadinya pergeseran nilai di masyarakat kita, yaitu bagaimana homoseksualpria di konstruksikan dalam film Arisan 2 dengan menggunakan analisi semiotika Roland Barthes, yaitu denganmelihat beragam tanda, seperti jenis shot, visualisasi, dialog, dan interpretasinya.Pertanyaan penelitian ini adalah, bagaimana konstruksi pemaknaan homoseksual pria pada film Arisan 2. Abstract

Penelitian ini yang memfokuskan pada aktifitas publikasi Humas Beatles Indonesia dalam mempublikasikanprogram Beatles Night melalui media social twitter, maka penulis akan menjabarkan strategi publikasi HumasBeatles Indonesia dalam menjalankan strategi komunikasinya.Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan deskripsi-deskripsi yang mendalam mengenai peranyang dijalankan Humas Beatles Indonesia selama proses komunikasi dalam mempublikasikan acara Beatles Nightmelalui media social (twitter).Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 Langkah-langkah Humas, dimana dalam langkah tersebutdigunakan sebagai alat dalam membantu menjalankan sebuah strategi Humas yang dilakukan dalam penelitian.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja Humas BEATLES berada pada posisi yang baik dan memilikitingkat kredibilitas dan juga tingkat profesionalisme dalam memberikan informasi tentang kegiatan dan acarayang akan diadakan oleh Beatles Indonesia.

Abstract

Qualitative research is a method of research used to uncover the problems in working life government organizations,private sector, civil society, youth, women, sports, arts and culture, and others that can be used as a policyfor the sake of the common welfare. Calls "issues in qualitative research are temporary, tentative and will evolveor change after researchers were in the field".In a qualitative research methodology, there are a variety of datacollection methods / sources used. A Conceptual Introduction, mention at least four strategies with multi-datacollection in qualitative research methods: participant observation, in-depth interviews, the study documents andartifacts, as well as complementary techniques. In this article that will be discussed is the method of data collectionstrategy document. According, "the documentary is one method of data collection methods used in socialresearch methodology to explore historical data ".states that the document is a record of events that have alreadypassed in the form of text, images, or monumental works of a person.
