Abstract

The problem in this study is how much influence the ESMOD Fashion Festival 2012 Event on the image ESMODJakarta on students of SMK Negeri 30 Jakarta Department of dressmaking . The purpose of this study was to determinethe influence of ESMOD Fashion Festival 2012 Event on the image ESMOD Jakarta on students of SMKNegeri 30 Jakarta Department of dressmaking .Theory is used for solving the problem is the overlapping of Interest theory that explains the communicationprocess will run well when the communication between the actors involved much in common in terms of frame ofreference . Sources need to first recognize the characteristics of the individual , social and cultural rights of therecipient before he delivered the message to be conveyed . The second uses the model of Fishbein Multi Attributedescribing the event activities . Fishbein model explains the formation of attitudes in response to the attributes. Fishbein models showed that the attitude of an object depends on the probability that an object has certain attributesand the attributes diinginkanya level and at the level of the attributes desired . Confidence of the object isthen formed , because the attributes that exist at the object .This research is explanatory research, which aims to examine the effect of two variables: the independent variable( Event ESMOD Fashion Festival 2012 ) and the dependent variable ( Image ESMOD Jakarta ) . Samples takenare students of SMK Negeri 30 Jakarta as many as 30 of the student population of 30 students . Sampling basedon total sampling . Data were collected through questionnaires answered by the respondents , any answer in thequestionnaire that was answered by the respondents were given a score based on a Likert scale . The score sheetis inserted into the coding ( coding sheet ) . For purposes of data analysis techniques used Pearson Product Momentwith SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science ) .From the analysis of the coefficient of determination between the ESMOD Fashion Festival 2012 Event of theESMOD Jakarta Image obtained a value of 0.678 or 67.8 % . ESMOD Fashion Festival Event means to give effectto the image ESMOD Jakarta of 67.8 % , while the remaining 32.2 % is influenced by other factors .

Abstract

seiring dengan perkembangan zaman yang sangat cepat dan modern membuat dunia pendidikan semakinpenuh dengan dinamika hal tersebut menuntut adanya perubahan di berbagai sector kehidupan tak terkecualidalam bidang pendidikan.Di Indonesia sendiri dinamika itu tidak henti-hentinya dengan sejumlah masalahmengenai pendidikan.Pada umumnya sebuah sekolah dan pendidikan bertujuan untuk kehidupan manusia ituharus ditata sesuai dengan nilai-nilai kewajaran dan keadaban (civility).Keadapan inilah secara praktis sangatdibutuhkan dalam setiap gerak dan prilaku.

Abstract

Riset ini menginvestigasi pengaruh dan partisipasi dari para lansia aktif di Amerika dalam isu-isu global. Tujuanutama dari riset ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi partisipasi, motivasi, dan kontribusi dari warga lansia/seniordalam isu global. Artikel ini dapat memberikan pengertian mengenai latar belakang individu yang membentukkonteks budaya untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan isu global. Penelitian dilakukandengan in depth interview, kepada para lansia yang aktif di organisasi Osher Lifelong Program dan League ofWomen Voters, Fort Collins, Colorado, Amerika Serikat. Hasilnya, riset ini menemukan bahwa pengalaman yangdiperoleh selama mereka masih di usia produktif menjadi motivasi bagi mereka untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatanmengenai isu global. Motivasi ini juga dipengaruhi oleh keuntungan dalam kegiatan mengenai isu globalyakni keuntungan individual seperti kebutuhan sosial dan pembelajaran. Peserta riset juga mengemukakan keuntunganbagi komunitas, seperti kepuasan berbagi dan mempengaruhi perspektif komunitas untuk mendiskusikanwacana global dan kontribusinya pada pilihan politik.

Abstract

The research was conducted in Afterhour Billiard and Bar is located at Sarinah Building Jl . MH . Thamrin inCentral Jakarta . The place is one of the pioneers of the birth of the entertainment industry who introduced thebilliard sport in Indonesia. Along perkembagan communication technology , making Afterhour as one example ofa growing industry and created competition . Competition has an impact on the company as a place of entertainmentpenurunaneksistensi playing billiard famous in Jakarta .The competition to be the research background . To deal with these problems required countermeasures correctlyso as not to have a serious impact on the company .This study raised the question of how to maintain the corporate existence , to address the problems that occurred .In an effort to maintain its existence , the specific strategies and tactics needed proper communication conductedby Public Relations . Therefore this research titled Strategic Public RelationsAfterhour Billiard and Bar Sarinahin Retaining existence .This study aims to determine what strategies are executed Public Relations Afterhour in maintaining customerloyalty ? . And what strategies are implemented as a marketing function that is run by the Public Relations .Qualitative method is chosen as the method of research as a strategy for loyalty can not be measured in numbersor other numerical computation . But can only be measured with words that describe assessment . This descriptivetype of research , so this writer will be able to describe with words that describe the research regarding thePublic Relations strategy .This research involves the theory of interpersonal communication , because communication is the most effectivecommunication and efficient to give effect to do so . The data collection method or information retrieval in-depthinterviews conducted with the informants that were the subject of this study in order to obtain actual information .The concept of this thesis research uses nine steps theory of public relations strategy which consists of nine steps, namely planning research situation analysis , organizational analysis , external analysis , goal setting and objects, determines communication action , designing effective communication , establish communication tactics ,implementation and evaluation plan .This research is expected to help clarify the Public Relations strategies and provide knowledge in the field of communication. it is also expected to be information for its readers .

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the mass media is a means to obtain the information and entertainment that hasbecome a necessity that can not be separated again in everyday life. Current information and entertainment hasbecome a commodity that can generate money for the managers of mass media. In line with the growth of communicationtechnology, mass media has grown to be an industry that is vital for a country. One important characteristicof the current era of globalization is the rapid development of communication, such as the emergence ofa satellite dish, cable TV, internet, teleconferencing, etc., which results in loss of borders of a country due to thereach of the mass media are almost limitless.

Abstract

In Indonesia a great political advertising budget has been spent on some media. Television as a medium thatabsorbed the largest share of advertising play important roles in the spread of political advertising. Most of thecontent of the advertising message is directed to candidates imaging by displaying false impressions and circumstancesthat does not actually. One of the goals of political advertising is currently to persuade audience toparticipate in election and vote for candidates from a political party who advertise. The effectiveness of advertisingpolitical questionable because frequently found groups who does not participate in the election. As part ofthe marketing communication, advertising can’t work alone to gain public support and participation. Integratedmarketing communication is the right solution to help improve political participation other than to be followed bythe candidate’s credibility and clarity offered programs of political parties.
