Abstract

Public Relations practise is deliberate, planned and sustain effort to establish and maintain mutual understanding between an organizational and its public. Public relations as good image maker for Indonesia communication and information ministry has strategy for internal and eksternal public. Four step program  public relations with researching, planning, implementing and evaluating to make positive image of the Indonesia communication and information ministry. Employee relations aktivities such as traning, workshop, in house bulletin are the implementation of the internal strategy. Media relations activities for eksternal public :  press release, press tour, coffe morning building the positif image of Kemenkominfo.

Abstract

Pos Kota newspaper and Indopos, has a method of storytelling (story telling), respectively in reporting illegal demolition in Jakarta minimarket. Pos Kota newspaper leads to a more traditional market increasingly cornered by many minimarket. While Indopos understand correctly that the superior position minimarket, but wherever possible, non-partisan one. This study uses the social construction of reality from Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckman. The method used is a framing analysis developed by Pan and Gerald M. Zhongdang Kosicki. From the research findings, Pos Kota looks alignments against traditional traders can be seen from the syntactic and rhetorical elements. While Indopos more directed to the syntactic elements.

Abstract

Advertising is essential to be able to promote a product or service, so that people know and know what productsand services they need are .. The emergence of new media (new media) or digital media that combines Internettechnology, audio-visual and mobile, felt increasingly threatened the existence of the conventional media.Detik.com is a web portal that provides the latest news and articles online in Indonesia. AFP has only an onlineedition and hung from the field of advertising revenue. Even so, the AFP is at the forefront of new news (breakingnews).In this study, the problems to be discussed by the researchers that “Online Media Marketing Strategy Detikcom”.In this study, researchers focused on marketing communications strategies that run Detikcom as the first onlinemedia in Indonesia in order to survive with the emergence of online media as a new-media online Detikcom competitors.The goal is to determine the marketing communication strategies used to address the media Detikcomonline competitors.Paradigm used in this study is constructivism paradigm. This paradigm is used because researchers participatedin the construction of social reality of the problems studied.The theory used is the theory of marketing communication system which emphasizes that the 5 components in thetheory (key factor analysis, promotion objectives, positioning, communication budgets, and research and evaluation)should be clear and work well for the achievement of marketing objectives Detikcom.This research is qualitative. A qualitative approach is considered appropriate for this study because the researcherswanted to see how the overall marketing strategy Detik.com and process-oriented, instead of measuring thesuccess of the strategy.This is a descriptive study, which aims to provide a complete picture of the stages and the relationships containedin the marketing activities Detikcom.The results showed that, first, the emergence of mobile applications has been running effectively since it is supportedon the sophistication of today’s technology. Second, at the moment all online media rely on the power toattract news readers, Detikcom actually issued several channels that are reaching young people. This is done sothat the level of traffic AFP remained at the top position. Third, these canals have different ways of promotion, oneof them with a media partner at events such as music concerts, sporting events, and free holiday.

Abstract

Competition in the carbonated beverage industry, making manufacturers began to notice a unique packaging design to attract the attention of consumers. Problems of this research is there any effect of Product Packaging Design Advertising Coca Cola Version “Friends Cute” Brand Awareness Against Students / Students of SMAN 94 Jakarta Barat. The theory used Individual Differences Theory (Individual Differences Theory) and theoretical ATR (Awareness - Trial - Reinforcement), using explanatory method with a quantitative approach. Location of the research conducted at SMAN 94 Jakarta Barat. Of the 79 respondents, obtained correlation value of 0.611, which means there is a positive influence on the design of the packaging with the brand awareness of SMAN 94 Jakarta Barat.

Abstract

Along with the times, the need to obtain information for each person is also considered to be very large. So the social life and society, the role of the mass media is very important existence. One of the most stable mass media is the book. Wisnu Nugroho, a Reuters journalist who had served in the National Palace wrote a book Pak Beye and palace. Vishnu started to share stories about the activities inside the palace where since President Sukarno’s leadershipto Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, the palace became the country remained in the guard spot sacredness. From a few posts about the activities palace Vishnu, tergambarlah other side of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono is notknown by the public. Even in his blog post inviting readers who want to know a lot of events - the incident light that is not important but appealing presented by Vishnu. From this book, readers can see how the other side of President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and even this book is considered “dangerous” by some observers as Vishnu indirectly to dismantle imaging has been done by thePresident. To address this issue, researchers try to address the problem by using descriptive qualitative research. This study was conducted to see how the paper production process, which in this case is done by analyzing news discoursethrough Wisnu Nugroho writings have been published. In this study, researchers used the theory of the construction of political reality and the research method used is a discourse analysis proposed by Teun A. Van Dijk. With this analysis, the study is divided into three levels, namely text, social cognition, and context. Where the core discourse analysis Teun A. Van Dijk is to connect the threedimensions into a single entity. Researchers used a discourse analysis through 8 article condensed imagery in the book Mr. Beye and Istanyanya.With these studies the researchers to conclude that the writings were made by Wisnu Nugroho imaging leads to President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, which is regarded as an important element in the life berpolitiknya. From the choice of words and stories accompanied by photographs, Wisnu Nugroho presents writings that are not trying to accuse but provide an opportunity for readers to judge for yourself and share the anxiety he felt for cover in the Palace to the reader.

Abstract

The increasing number of two-wheelers in the capital Jakarta from year to year, causing the capital’s streets eachday in both the morning rush hour when people like to start their daily activities and at the time at dusk or in theevening before the public knew back home after activity packed by a two-wheeled vehicle or motorcycle. The riskof accident was definitely always there in times like these where the riders start to feel tired. The good conditionof the eyes or other body parts, in this case highlights the tabloid MotorPlus more about eye conditions can causeaccidents, because the eyes need full concentration while driving, the concentration of reduced eye sensitivityberkuarang concentration also other limbs, because it took the eyes of dark adaptation and light and vice versa.In this study the authors wanted to see how tabloid MotorPlus framing the reality of frequent accidents when drivingat dusk, especially in Jakarta. This research is based by the constructionist paradigm that highlight aspects ofreality by the media. So the researchers used a qualitative research is the description that only describe a situationor event, make a picture and framing analysis by Robert N entman.Results of this study found that framing MotorPlus tabloid news of the frequent accidents when driving at dusk asseen small but big impact and should be known by bikers, that the eye may also be the cause of the accident in additionto the lack of knowledge to drive properly and correctly, ( lack of driving skills in driving individual skills),as well as physical strength and stamina after seharrian activity, due to the motor driving all members onggotabody moves, and all require concentration.Seen from tabloid news motorplus just looking for the appropriate resource persons in such bidanngnya Ditlantas,NGOs, ministries of transportation. Although community and non-governmental organizations have socialized ondriving safety to the community and the individual rider. Did not rule out the community members and individualriders infallible.

Abstract

In building a relationship with the mass media, it is important to pay attention to how the concept or design of media relations activity is carried out, to determine what to do. This study aims to determine how activities are ex- ecuted media relations PR RI Manpower in maintaining good relations with the media. This study uses the theory of Human Relations. Through the paradigm of constructivism, phenomenology study uses descriptive qualitative method to collect data through in-depth interviews, observation, and study of Librarianship and related docu- ments. Researchers found that PR RI Manpower has been quite good in conducting media relations although not all media relations activities can be ful lled.

Abstract

Television is powerfull mass media that can be influence the audiences specially children. Animation movies are not always for children. Parent have to pay attention on the message of the animation movies for their children. Upin and Ipin movies is different from other animation movies. It is carry asia value dan religion value. This research about perceptions message in Upin and Ipin animations movies on MNC TV. Research method is kualitative descriptive that uses survey for collecting data.  Perceptions theory, individual differences theory, and social categories theory.
