Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find the influence of quality services, promotion and physical evidence of customer loyalty on CV. Funtastic Tour and Travel. Analysis method of research used quantitative analysis to compute multiple linear regressions by using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) 20 conducted on customers CV. Funtastic Tour and Travel. The results of this study indicated that the independent variable (quality of services, promotion and physical evidence were able to explain the variations that occurred on customer loyalty by 60, 2%. And explained that the variable of quality service did not affect the customer loyalty with a regression coefficient - 0,114, while the promotion variable affected positively to the customer loyalty with regression coefficients 0,274 and most dominant variable influenced positively customer loyalty is variable physical evidence of regression coefficients 0,588. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of business and tax risks partially or simultaneously to the companys capital structure esatate estate sector, property and building construction are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample of 37 companies. This study uses ex post facto with quantitative data. Observations were made in the financial statements. Collecting data using observation and collection of documents. While the method of analysis using descriptive statistics, the classical assumption test and multiple regression analysis. Descriptive analysis showed that: a) the average value of each variable can be used as a representation of all the data, b) the transmission frequency of the range interval classes are in either category because no frequency is zero. While the classical assumption test results showed that: a) the normal distribution of data, b) does not occur multicollinearity, c) does not occur heteroscedasticity, d) no autocorrelation. Regression test showed results that a) partially influential business risk significantly to the capital structure, b) partially tax does not affect the capital structure, c) simultaneously and taxes affect business risk significantly. Abstract

Writing this script has purpose to get valid and reliable data or fact, to know more the difference Entrepreneurial Intention based Locus of Control in the Students of the Faculty of Economic Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This research during three months during March until May 2014. This research used survey method with Causal Comparative Approach and using primary data (Locus of Control and Entrepreneurial Intention). The sampling technique in this research using Simple Random Sampling technique with 172 respondents in the sample, 133 students are classified to Internal Locus of Control and 39 students are classified in the External Locus of Control. The research Method in survey method with causal comparative approach. Used this method because for get reliable data and correct to fact and actual from the resource. Entrepreneurial Intention data using instrument Likert scale. Data processing is done using Microsoft Excel Program. Before that is has validity test and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach formula. Reliability result is 0,8715. The conclusion shown that research have the difference entrepreneurial intention based on Locus of Control.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to gain proper knowledge (legal, valid and true), trustworthy, dependable (reliable) concerning the influence of intense job satisfaction on turnover of teachers in East Jakarta Cipayung PGRI Foundation. This study used a survey, which studied data from samples taken from a populace. Collecting data using a Likert scale questionnaire to variable job satisfaction and turnover intention teacher in East Jakarta Cipayung PGRI Foundation. The sample in this study are all teachers in East Jakarta Cipayung PGRI Foundation (Saturation Sampling). This study uses linear regression analysis. The result is the satisfaction worked intense negative affect turnover. That is, the higher the job satisfaction obtained, the lower turnover intense. In addition, using the f test to determine the significance of the variable to Y produces f of 4.623 with p <0.05, which means there are significant effect all dimensions of job satisfaction on turnover intense. 0.47 shows the determination is meant the proportion of variance explained by the intense turnover entire dimension job satisfaction. The conclusion of this study is that there is significant relationship between the variables of job satisfaction on turnover intention variable. The higher satisfaction received by the teacher, the lower the intention Turnover. So are suggested every teacher should work in a professional manner in order to increase job satisfaction and ultimately reduce intense turnover Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in learning outcomes Understanding matter Economic Concepts in Relation to Demand, Supply, and Price balance between cooperative method Teams Games Tournament (TGT) with a lecture in class X in SMAN 3 Cibinong. The method used was experimental. Data processing by using a mix of research methods. Use traditional research sample purposive sampling method. Objective assessment instruments using multiple choice test of 20 items. Test requirements analysis is the normality test X1 and X2 with Liliefors test, homogeneity test with Fisher formula, hypothesis testing with test two average difference (t-test) free samples. Processing data using Microsoft Excel 2007 program. Abstract

The research purpose is to accurate, valid, and reliable data concerning whether there is correlation between intrinsic motivation and year 10 th student’s learning achievement at Nurul Iman Vocational High School Jakarta. The study was conducted for three months from April to June 2014. The method adopted in the study is a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in the study is all year 10 th students at Nurul Iman Vocational High School Jakarta, counted 122 students in total, and the feasible population of the study is year 10 th students majoring in office and administration, counted 72 students. The sample used in the study is 62 students with proportionally random technique. The instrument used in obtaining data for variable X (internal motivation) was in the form of questionnaire with Likert Scale. For variable Y (learning achievement) the data were collected from students’ grades on school report card in the second semester of 2013/2014, issued by Nurul Iman Vocational High School Jakarta. The data analysis technique was done by figuring out the regression equation and the equation is Ŷ = 70.14 + 0.06X. The regression linearity test yielded F counting (1.37) < F table (1.84) therefore it can be concluded that the equation is linear. The correlation coefficient test of product moment yielded r counting = 0.286. The result of the study concludes that there is positive correlation between intrinsic motivation and learning achievement of year 10 th students in Nurul Iman High Vocational School. The test of determination coefficient yielded 8.17% therefore it can be concluded that there is positive and significant correlation between intrinsic motivation and learning achievement.

Abstract

This research has purpose to get valid and reliable data about the relationship between emotional quotient and entrepreneurial intention on students 44 State Vocational High School in Jakarta. The research was conducted by survey method with correlation approach. The population in this research were all students at 44 State Vocational High School in Jakarta. Affordable population in this research were the students in XI Department Administrative office, Accounting, and Marketing amount to 192 students. Total of samples used were 123 students research. Sampling technique used in the form of a questionnaire with 30 statements to variable of emotional quotient and 24 statements to variable of entrepreneurial intention. From requirement analysis test conducted, the data is normally distributed by linear regression equation Y = 58,04 + 0,55X. By calculating the correlation coefficient for emotional quotient (X) to entrepreneurial intention (Y) was 0,4276 which is shows that the correlation is strong. Base on calculation of the coefficient determination was obtained 0,1828 or 18,28%. It showed that 18,28% of emotional quotient affect students entrepreneurial intention, while the remaining 81,78% is influenced by other variables that are not described in this model. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction in employees at PT. Batavia Bintang Berlian in Jakarta Timur. The research was carried out for 3 months from April 2014 to June 2014. The method used was a survey method with the correlation approach. The study population was all employees in the PT. Batavia Bintang Berlian Showroom Mitsubishi, amounting to 120 employees, and affordable population of this study is that employees are placed in marketing totaled 60 people. The samples are 51 respondents using proportional random sampling. To collect data from both variables, the instruments used for the variable X (Empowerment) and Y variables (Job satisfaction) is shaped questionnaire. Before use, test the construct validity (Construct Validity) through the validation process is the calculation of the correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula. Result reliability of the instrument variable X (Empowerment) of 0,899 and instrument variable Y (Job satisfaction) of 0.936. The test requirements analysis was to find the regression equation obtained was Y = 37.32 + 0.717 X. Liliefors normality test results produced L count = 0.065 and L table = 0.124 at significance level (a) = 0.05 for the number of samples (n) = 51. Because L count = (0.065) < L table = (0.124) then the variables X and Y are normally distributed. Testing the hypothesis by testing the significance of regression produces F count= 37.40 > f table = (4.04), which means that the regression equation is significant. Linearity regression test produces F count = 0.72 and F table = 2.05 so F count < F table table it can be concluded that the model is a linear regression equation. Product moment correlation coefficient test result r count = 0.658. further test the significance of the correlation coefficient using t-test, yielding t count = (6.12) > t table = (1,68). Results of these studies concluded that there is a positive relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction in employees. With a coefficient of determination or determining test results obtained 43.29% job satisfaction variable (Y) is determined by the empowerment (X).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of the level of education and infrastructure to economic growth. The object of this research is the number of workers according to the highest educational level attained at the level of the SMTA as data objects of variable levels of education, length of road per area of the province as a data object of infrastructure variables, and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) as data objects of variable economic growth obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. The scope of this study includes data from 32 provinces in Indonesia in 2008-2012, by combining the data from the Riau Islands province of Riau Province in the data. The method used in this research is ex post facto method with multiple regression analysis approach. This study led to the conclusion that there is a significant positive effect between the level of education on economic growth. There is a significant positive impact of road infrastructure on economic growth, and at the same time, there is a significant positive effect between level of education and infrastructure to economic growth. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the correlation of permanent differences and timing differences with earning persistence at manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013. This research used the survey method with correlational approach using secondary data which was obtained from manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of this research indicate that (i) permanent differences and timing differences simultaneously had a significant correlation with earning persistence, (ii) permanent differences had a negative significant correlation with earning persistence and, (iii) timing differences had a negative significant correlation with earning persistence. The conclusion of the research is information in timing and permanent differences had opposite direction of correlation with earning persistence, which is when timing and permanent differences partially increased, the earning persistence will be decreased and timing and permanent differences simultaneously had enough rate of correlation with earning persistence.
