Gambaran Skala Nyeri Pada Balita Yang Imunisasi di Puskesmas Puter Bandung

Abstract

ABSTRAK Imunisasi erat kaitannya dengan jarum suntik yang dapat menimbulkan kecemasan, penghindaran bahkan dapat meyebabkan distres pada anak selama kunjungan ke pelayanan kesehatan untuk mendapatkan vaksin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi gambaran nyeri anak pada saat diimunisasi di Puskesmas Puter Bandung. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasional, responden penelitian orang tua anak balita yang melakukan imunisasi. Pengukuran nyeri setelah dilakukan imunisasi menggunakan Modified behavior pain scale (MBPS). Pengambilan responden dengan cara Accidental sampling dengan jumlah 50 responden, selanjutnya dilakukan Analisa data univariate menggunakan prosentase. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebagian besar 36 responden (72%) termasuk kedalam skala nyeri berat dengan median >7, dan hampir setengahnya 14 responden (28%) masuk kedalam skala nyeri ringan dengan nilai median < 7.  Sebagai tenaga pelayanan kesehatan baiknya kita harus memperhatikan respon anak terhadap tindakan tersebut, yang pada akhirnya dapat mengurangi nyeri pada anak.Kata kunci: balita, immunisasi, nyeri,  ABSTRACTImmunization is closely related to syringes which can cause anxiety, avoidance and even cause distress in children during visits to health services to get vaccines. The purpose of this study was to identify the picture of child pain when immunized at Puter Bandung Health Center. The research method was carried out by observational, research respondents were parents of children under five who were immunizing. Pain measurement after immunization using Modified behavior pain scale (MBPS). Taking respondents by accidental sampling with a number of 50 respondents, then conducted univariate data analysis using a percentage. The results showed that 36 respondents (72%) were included in the scale of severe pain with a median> 7, and nearly half of the 14 respondents (28%) entered the mild pain scale with a median value <7. As a health care worker, we should pay attention to the response children against these actions, which in turn can reduce pain in children.Keywords: anxiety, childs, immunitation
