This study was conductedÂ to determineÂ the effect of organizationalÂ culture and effectivenessÂ ofleadershipÂ styleÂ toÂ motivateÂ employeesÂ toÂ workÂ atÂ theÂ RegionalÂ SecretariatÂ ofÂ Central Â Lombok Regency. The problem of motivation is a topic that never ceases to be extracted in order to achieve an understanding of the theoretical with the practical ability in everyday life, especially motivating employees in government agencies.ThisÂ researchÂ isÂ anÂ associativeÂ Â causal,Â withÂ 137Â respondents.Â Â SamplesÂ determinedÂ Â usingsampling random sampling technique. Data collection toolwas questionnaireÂ with Likert scale. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regressions.The results showed that the effectivenessÂ of the organizationalÂ culture and leadership style has a significant and positive effect on the motivation of employees either partially or simultaneously.Leadership style wasfoundÂ as a dominantÂ influencingÂ factor in this research. Â This studyÂ foundÂ thatÂ organizationalÂ cultureÂ conduciveÂ andÂ positiveÂ increaseÂ employee Â motivationÂ to work on, as well as effective leadership will further enhance the work motivation.
