Abstract

Research Objectives To measure the improvement of the ability of teachers of SD Negeri 3 Kemadohbaturin Tawangharjo District, Grobogan Regency in communicating with students after clinical supervision. Thisclassroom action research was carried out by taking place in SD Negeri 3 Kemadohbatur, Tawangharjo Subdistrict,Grobogan Regency. This school action research was carried out in the first semester of the 2016/2017 school yearprecisely on August 8, 2016 until October 31, 2016. The subject of this study was the teacher of 3 KemadohbaturPublic Elementary Schools in Tawangharjo District, Grobogan District, totaling six teachers. with students from cycleto cycle experienced an increase, from pre-cycle 33.86%, cycle I 66.08%, and cycle II 88.30%, so the increase duringthe action was 54.44%. Increases occur in all aspects. The increase in teacher capacity is due to clinical supervisionactivities that are based on objective assessments that are delivered transparently to the teacher, in addition to theimplementation of supervision with a small number of teachers tends to facilitate communication betweenresearchers, principals and teachers. The supervision enhances teacher awareness of the importance of communicatingwith students, and fosters teacher awareness that this ability is one aspect of teacher performance evaluation.
