This Â study Â aims Â to Â determine Â the Â effect Â of Â partial Â and Â simultaneous Â organizational commitment Â and Â spirituality Â in Â the Â workplace Â on Â employee Â performance Â in Â Public Corporation BULOG Regional Division South Kalimantan in Banjarmasin City. The Â research Â method Â uses Â a Â quantitative Â approach Â to Â the Â study Â sample Â size Â of Â 34 employees Â of Â Public Â Corporation Â BULOG Â Regional Â Division Â South Â Kalimantan Â in Banjarmasin Â City Â tested Â using Â multiple Â regression Â analysis Â with Â software Â Statistics Programme for Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20.0. The Â study, Â of Â 34 Â permanent Â employees Â who Â work Â in Â Public Â Corporation Â BULOG Division Â South Â Kalimantan Â Banjarmasin, Â found Â that Â organizational Â commitment Â and significant Â positive Â effect Â on Â employee Â performance. Â The Â findings Â further, Â that spirituality in the workplace positive and significant impact on employee performance. Simultaneously, Â organizational Â commitment Â and Â spirituality Â in Â the Â workplace Â positive and Â significant Â impact Â on Â employee Â performance. Â Based Â on Â the Â results Â of Â this Â study concluded Â that organizational commitment and spirituality in Â the Â workplace Â is able Â to address Â concerns Â about Â the Â performance Â of Â employees Â in Â Public Â Corporation Â Bulog Regional Division South Kalimantan Banjarmasin. Implications of the study is expected to be a positive contribution to improving employee performance and the performance of Â Public Â Corporation Â BULOG Â Regional Â Division Â South Â Kalimantan Â in Â Banjarmasin City and future research.
