Abstract

Abstract The problems this research is how to increase job satisfation however can to increasing job perfomance human resource the district institute control market, Demak.This research aims to analyze: 1) effect the organization culture to job satisfaction; 2) effect  the motivation to job satisfaction; 3) direct effect the job satisfaction to job perfomance human resource; 4) direct effect the organization culture to job perfomance human resource; 5) direct effect the motivation to job perfomance human resource the district institute control market, Demak.This research was a explanatory research to explain effect between independent variable and dependent variable. Sampling methode used sensus. The samples are 64 persons. The independent variabel this research are job perfomance human resource, the organization culture, the motivation and job satisfaction as dependent variable.The result multiple regression shows that: 1) more big the job satisfaction so more high the job satisfaction with regression coefisient 0,258 and significancy 0,038; 2) more high the organization culture so more high the job satisfaction with regression coefisient 0,378 and significancy 0,000; 3) more high the organization culture so more high the job perfomance human resource with regression coefisient 0,396 and significancy 0,000; 4) more high the motivation so more the job satisfaction human resource with regression coefisient 0,503 and significancy 0,000; 5) more high the motivation so more high the job perfomance human resource with regression coefisient 0,271 and significancy 0,016 in the district the control institute market, Demak. Key word : organization culture, motivation, job satisfaction, job perfomance human resource.
