The purpose of the study is to examine the effect of teacherâs teaching performance, parentsâ involvement, and self-actualization to the XII grade studentsâ achievement motivation of light vehicle subject in SMK of Gunung Kidul regency. This study is a quantitative study using ex post facto design. The population of the study was 535 students with 237 samples chosen using proportional random sampling. The data collection technique was questionnaires. The data from the study was analyzed by regression analysis. The result of the study showed that there was significant effect of teachersâ teaching performance, parentsâ involvement and self-actualization that were 0,160, 135, and 0,304 respectively.
