PENGARUH SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH, KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know and analyze: 1) the influence of principal academic supervision through the teacher performing, 2) the influence of interpersonal communication through the teacher performing, 3) the influence of the job motivation through the teachers performing, 4) the influence of principal academic supervision, the interpersonal communication, and the job motivation through the teachers performing in Bodhisattva school Bandar Lampung. The quantitative research used the ex post facto. The result of the research shows that: (1) there is positive and significant influence the principal academic supervision through the teacher performing, (2) there positive and significant influence the interpersonal communication through the teachers performing, (3) there are positive and significant influence of the job motivation through the teachers performing, (4) there is positive and significant influence of the principal academic supervision, interpersonal communication, and job motivation through the teachers performing.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: 1) pengaruh antara Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru, 2) pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Kinerja Guru, 3) pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru, 4) pengaruh Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah, Komunikasi Interpersonal, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Bodhisattva Bandar Lampung. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, komunikasi interpersonal, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru.Kata kunci: kinerja, komunikasi interpersonal, motivasi guru, supervisi akademik
