Uji Daya Antibakteri Ekstrak Sawo Manila Terhadap E.coli dan Implemantasinya dalam Pembelajaran Peranan Bakteri

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya antibakteri ekstrak buah sawo manila terhadap E. coli dan konsentrasi efektif serta mengetahui kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran (RPP dan poster) pada materi peranan bakteri di kelas X SMA berdasarkan uji daya antibakteri ekstrak buah sawo manila terhadap E. coli. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua tahap, pertama uji daya antibakteri dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen dengan 6 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan yang dianalisis dengan ANOVA model RAL. Kedua, uji kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran dengan metode deskriptif yang divalidasi oleh 5 orang validator dan dianalisis berdasarkan jumlah rata-rata skor seluruh aspek. Hasil penelitian ekstrak buah sawo manila memiliki daya antibakteri terhadap E. coli yang ditandai dengan terbentuknya zona bening dan didapat konsentrasi ekstrak sawo manila yang efektif sebagai antibakteri terhadap E. coli pada konsentrasi 75%. Angka validasi perangkat pembelajaran RPP (3,4) dan poster (3,6) keduanya tergolong valid dan layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada materi peranan bakteri di kelas X SMA. Kata kunci: Sawo manila, E. coli, antibakteri, perangkat pembelajaran   Abstract: This research aims to determine the antibacterial of manila sapodilla fruit extract against E. coli, the effective concentration and determine the feasibility of learning devices (lesson plan and poster) in the role of bacterial material in first grade of senior high school based test antibacterial power manila sapodilla fruit extract against E. coli. The research consisted of two phases, the first test was conducted using the antibacterial test with 6 treatments and 3 replications were analyzed by CRD ANOVA. Second phase, validity test of learning devices using descriptive method that validated by 5 validator and were analyzed based on the number average score of all aspects. The results showed that manila sapodilla fruit extract has antibacterial power against E. coli is characterized by the formation of clear zone and the concentration of the extract obtained manila sapodilla effective as an antibacterial against E. coli at a concentration of 75%. The validity rank for lesson plan was 3,4) and poster (3,6) are both considered valid and can use in the learning process on the role of bacterial material in first grade of senior high school.
