Abstract

Based on the primary functions of radio RRI (Radio Republik Indonesia) as the broadcast of music, where there are still many errors in the playback songs that are not in accordance with the rules and policies established by RRI Pro 2 FM. The subject matter is already made a determination and a standard rule in rotating track but in the implementation process track management is not going well because they MD (Music Director) less obey the rules that have been established, while the need for an arrangement of the song should be in accordance with the rules and daily needs of each event on broadcast activities. The resulting consequence is the ineffectiveness of the rules and affect the request or sms from radio listeners.The solution is to design management applications track PRO 2 FM. This application is able to facilitate MD in presenting or rotate songs with songs based on the rule of RRI PRO 2 FM so as to produce a daily or weekly playlist of songs that fit to the RRI PRO 2 FM. From the evaluation results can be concluded in this research is to produce applications that can help head of programming and Music Director in managing the song in order to avoid mistakes and have been able to meet the rules of the rotation track up to 100%.

Abstract

Ayopanen is an application-based marketplaces websites engaged in marketing. Application of Ayopanen used to bridge farmers who sell its products and customers that want to buy products from farmers in particular chili. Current customer complain because the price of the retail traders in Chili varies rapidly in a fairly short period of time. The purpose of this research is to make the application Ayopanen for the management of sales transaction-based website in order to make the price of products sold by farmers is not much different when it gets to the customer, because the products are sold in take and Ayopanen managed by the farmers directly and bypass the sales from the farmer to the distributor to the merchants of hunter-gatherers. Trial results show that Ayopanen applications can perform transaction product sales from farmers at a price that is cheaper than the price of a given retail merchants or distributors at this time to the customer

Abstract

PT Gemah Ripah Jinawi OIndustri Loh is a company engaged in the fertilizer industry, phosphate and fertilizers dolomite. The Company only accepts orders with system orders from customers. In doing so, the production of fertilizers, the company was late in completing orders received in this case because the data recording customer orders are not yet integrated with production scheduling system. In addition to knowing the time needed to complete the production orders, the company only estimate how much time the production is done can be completed prior to the maturity date of a customer request. Of the problems that occur can be solved by using fertilizer production scheduling application with the method earliest due date (EDD) that minimizes delays. Application of fertilizer production scheduling applications using the earliest due date (EDD) to assist and optimize production scheduling in accordance with the capacity of existing machines so that customer orders will be fulfilled.

Abstract

Ayopanen is an application that moves as a market place for the sale of agricultural products. Ayopanen bridges between farmers as product providers and buyers as product enthusiasts. Farmers who usually make sales through long distribution channels now only need to make sales through the application. This makes farmers more profitable because of shorter distribution channels and customers benefit from cheaper prices. The solution is to build an application that can be used to manage product data, manage price data and create reports Ayopanen System. With this feature farmers can start transaction activities smoothly on Ayopanen so as to provide benefits for both parties both farmers and buyers. Management of pricing data in Ayopanen is the management of lower and upper price data for each product. The upper price is obtained from the current market price and the bottom price is obtained using 2 methods of mark up pricing obtained after entering the cost of production of each product and peak load pricing obtained from existing sales and stock transactions in Ayopanen. The results of trials and evaluations that have been done indicate that the application can help farmers in managing the product, providing price advice as a reference in determining the price, then can provide reports in the form of sales reports and product rating reports

Abstract

SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan negeri di Surabaya yang mendidik siswa di bawah pengawasan guru. Pada SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya terdapat proses penilaian dan presensi siswa. Saat ini, proses penilaian dan proses rekapitulasi nilai siswa masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan mengisi nilai pada lembar nilai lalu menghitung secara manual untuk mengetahui nilai akhir siswa. Jumlah murid SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya mencapai 900 siswa, sehingga proses penilaian tersebut memakan waktu yang cukup lama untuk dapat menghasilkan nilai akhir. Pada proses presensi dan rekapitulasi presensi siswa masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan cara sekertaris kelas memanggil siswa setiap hari dan dicatat pada lembar presensi siswa. Pada akhir bulan, sekertaris kelas memberikan lembar presensi siswa kepada pihak bimbingan konseling untuk dilakukan proses rekapitulasi siswa. Pihak bimbingan koseling harus melakukan rekapitulasi siswa sebanyak 162 lembar presensi siswa. Dari 162 lembar presensi siswa, terkadang terdapat lembar presensi siswa yang hilang sehingga data presensi siswa tidak valid. Komunikasi dengan wali murid juga menjadi permasalahan. Guru hanya bisa berkomunikasi dengan wali murid pada saat penerimaan raport. Akibatnya wali murid kurang mendapatkan informasi mengenai nilai dan presensi anaknya.Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, maka dibangun sebuah sistem informasi penilaian dan presensi siswa berbasis web yang mampu mengolah data nilai siswa dan mengolah data presensi siswa menjadi informasi yang dapat diakses oleh wali murid. Sistem informasi penilaian dan presensi siswa dapat menghasilkan informasi rekapitulasi nilai siswa dan rekapitulasi presensi siswa SMA Negeri 12 Surabaya.Sistem informasi penilaian dan presensi siswa dapat membantu guru dalam melakukan proses rekapitulasi nilai siswa sehingga menghasilkan informasi nilai akhir siswa. sistem informs penilaian dan presensi siswa dapat membantu pihak bimbingan konseling dalam melakukan proses presensi siswa sehingga menghasilkan informasi rekapitulasi presensi siswa. Informasi penilaian dan presensi siswa dapat diakses oleh murid atau wali murid secara online dimana saja dan kapan saja.

Abstract

PT. Artha Wahana Agrotama is a company engaged in the sale of farm machine. PT. Artha Wahana Agrotama still using manual methods for day-to-day business, such as recording order transactions, payment archive, searches the archive, making reports, and memoranda. This recording methods for saving valuable information can be risky, for example loosing the information and taking up much space. To overcome  the problems above, researcher is designing and implementing an application to simplify the administering for admin. The result from this information system is order and payment reporting.  So, this application can overcome the company’s tracking order problem and give economical valuable information.

Abstract

CV. Mitra Techno Sains is a manufacturing company that sells a liquid detergent and softener in Surabaya. The business process begins from customer orders, then production departement will be produce and it will be delivered according to the delivery date has been agreed. Problem that often happen in the company is; (1) process of production and delivery of orders to customers often delayed because they have not good planning and scheduling requirements production material; (2) there is no good information about the raw material needs to be produced; (3) there has been no information on the quantities of raw materials in the warehouse. Those problems can be solved with application design production planning of requirements raw materials that can help in production scheduling and raw material requirements planning. The method can support the planning and scheduling of production and raw materials are Material Requirment Planning (MRP), because MRP suitable to be applied to all manufacturing companies in resolving the issue of raw materials procurement. Based on the results of the implementation and evaluation it can be concluded that the system created can help companies in planning and scheduling of production and raw material requirements.Keywords: Application, Planning, Scheduling, Production, Raw Materials

Abstract

Sederhana Restaurant, established in 1994, located on Jl. Kemiri Sentani, Jayapura. Currently Eating Simple has two restaurants with 20 employees and has an average turnover of 15 million rupiah per day for each diner. Eating Simple serve consumer demand for food products typical Padang consumer has the upper, middle or bottom. Purchases can be made by phone or come directly consumers.Eating Simple yet have many obstacles in the sales process, among other things:1. The first obstacle, the recording process inventory. So owners often problems during procurement. This is because the Eating Simple does not have accurate data and facts about some amount of supply of any goods and the goods sold.2. The second constraint, the process of calculating the sale is made every day on the eve of the restaurant closed. Calculation recap the entire results of the transaction manually using a calculator. The cause of the constraint length of the counting process transactions each day. If it still done this way it often happens that the counting error calculation does not deal effectively and efficiently.3. There is no recording of incoming goods procurement. So it is still difficult for the owner to know the procurement of goods daily report.Based on the problems mentioned above, the need for sales application that can reduce errors in data entry, and accelerate the reporting process. The report includes, sales reports, procurement reports and inventory reports. The sales application was made based desktop that does not rely on the Internet network connection

Abstract

AYOPANEN is an application engaged in agriculture. This application was formed because it was motivated by the Minister of Trade's appeal to the community which was expected as an off taker to replace the role of middlemen and cooperate with the farmers. In addition, labor in agriculture, livestock and fishery sectors still have difficulty in increasing their business productivity due to constrained capital factor. Difficult access to capital causes the product since planted has been taken by the middleman. So when the harvest is done that determines the selling price is the middleman. The solution to be given is a web-based application that can help farmers get capital from investors to manage agriculture using As-Salam investment method, where the traded product is not available when the transaction is made, and the buyer makes the initial payment with the quality characteristics clear product while delivery of products will be done in the future. Existing processes in the application are product management for farmers, investment purchases by investors, As-Salam agreement documents, progress tracking, admin validation, and transaction reports. The results show that this application can help investors find agricultural products that want to be invested with the characteristics of clear product quality. Applications can help farmers get a capital loan without paying interest on the loan

Abstract

PT. Bumi Samudera Jaya is one of many shipbuilding sub-contractor in Indonesia. To achieve the competitive advantage for bringing the best service for its client, the company needs a solution to formulate the IS/IT strategic plan. There are implications if the company don’t implement the IS/IT strategic planning such as IS/IT investation, information distribution, IS/IT human resource development, monitoring function and no IS/IT prioritization in the company. To overcome those problems, company needs to implement the strategic planning to plan the IS/IT implementation with Ward & Peppard approach and formulate the business IS strategy, IT strategy, IS/IT management strategy, application portofolio and application portfolio roadmap. The results of this research are 28 IS/IT solutions. IT strategy with output such as network architecture, hardware & software, platform and database. IS/IT management strategy with IS/IT human resource structure. Application portfolio with 7 solutions in strategic quadrant, 9 solutions in key operational quadrant, 10 solutions in support quadrant and 2 solutions in high potential quadrant. Application portfolio roadmap with 5 batch of category based on value chain stream which plotted in term of 5 years of implementation from last year of 2018 until year 2023, the detail of IS/IT funding and urgency assessment based on risk calculation for every IS/IT solution.
