PERSEPSI WISATAWAN MUSLIM TERHADAP SARANA PENUNJANG WISATA HALAL DIKAWASAN DESA SEMBALUN LAWANG LOMBOK TIMUR

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to explore the perception of Muslim Travelers toward Halal Tourism supporting facilities on the Sembalun Lawang village. The research method that used in this research was descriptive method. This research shown the Toilet, Trash and places of worship are becoming the most important means of desired by the tourists who visit the Sembalun regions.The researcher found the condition of the Hotel or other accommodation danTempat Worship is there in halal tourism Sembalun regions, East Lombok Regency is very good compared with the condition of the other supporting facilities. The travelers feel facilities that easy to reach within in the Sembalun Lawang are worship place, the Hotel/accommodation/Lodging, restaurant/dining and two wheeled vehicle parking Area. The results of this research suggest to Government and societies of Sembalun Lawang immediately provide toilets and Trash at every attraction in the Sembalun Lawang. The Government should immediately set up hotels and other akodomasi so that sufficient for the number of tourists coming to the Sembalun Lawang and not to interfere with the natural landscape Sembalun regions as the main attraction of this area. Faslilitas parking for tour buses should be immediately provided. Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) The effect of overconfidence against debt decision-making on SME’s, 2) The Effect of the illusion of control against debt decision-making on SME’s, 3) The effect of availability against debt decision-making on SME’s.This research is a research-based approach to quantitative, with this type of research is explanatory research. The population of the research was all SME’s that are located on the island of Lombok. The technique of sampling done with Non probability sampling, i.e. using judgement sampling i.e. selecting SME’s engaged in pottery industry and already exports. Of the population, there are 35 (thirty five) SME’s which can be taken as a sample. The respondents in this study was a financial manager at the same time as the owner of each such SME’s. Data collection techniques used in this research is to use the question form. To achieve the research objectives and hypothesis testing, then the data acquired will be processed according to your needs by using statistical tools GSCA (Generalized Structured Component Analysis).The results showed: 1) Overconfidence has no significant effect on decision-making on debt undertaken by owner Managers, 2) Illusion of Control has significant effect on decision-making on debt undertaken by the SME owner managers, 3) Avaibility has no significant effect on decision-making on debt undertaken by the SME owner managers. This shows the SME’s managers in the selection of a rational debt as a source of funding. The rational attitude effected by the characteristics of respondents who was the Manager of the SME’s owner, i.e., the age of majority SME’s managers are still productive ranged from 37 to 54 years of age, mostly female, with a level of education mostly high school and college graduates, as well as long time effort over 10 years. Keywords: overconfidence, illusion of control, avaibility, decision making of debt

Abstract

The growth of online taxi service recently becomes the threats for PT Lombok Taksi to still survive against the competition in the business this research is aimed at analyzing the significant effect of work satisfaction on the service quality of drivers of PT Lombok Taksi, at analyzing the significant effect of work satisfaction on organizational commitment, at analyzing the significant effect of organizational commitment on service quality of drivers PT Lombok Taksi. This research is associative-causal the population is all 532 drivers of  Lombok Taksi from which 84 samples (rounded to 100) were selected as respondents by applying the Slovin formula. The samples were selected through propotional random sampling technique. The hypothesis test was conducted using path analysis using SPSS program version 16.00 for windows.work satisfaction, organizational commitment, service quality.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of leadership style and internal control system to the implementation of Performance-based budgeting. The study population is an administrative officer who works at the University BLU environment. The sampling technique in this research using purposive sampling method, which is only the employees associated with the implementation of performance-based budgeting, starting from preparation to budget accountability. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents who fit into the criteria of the samples. Analysis of data using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the style of leadership and internal control system has positive influence on the implementation of performance-based budgeting. The better the leadership style accepted by subordinates, and the better the internal control system implemented in the management of financial institutions, the better the application of performance-based budgeting at the University of Mataram BLU. The implications of this study can explain the importance of leadership style factors, and internal control system in supporting the implementation of performance-based budgeting. As explained in the Theory X and Y.Keywords : performance-based budgeting, leadership style, internal control system, Public service agency.
