Abstract

Paper ini mengusulkan contrast stretching sebagai perbaikan kualitas citra untuk meningkatkan hasil segmentasi pada proses segmentasi video. Data video yang digunakan merupakan video pemantauan aktifitas pergerakan garis pantai. Frame dari video yang digunakan memiliki komposisi cahaya matahari berbeda-beda sesuai dengan waktu akuisisi data. Dibutuhkan suatu teknik untuk mengatasi pengaruh cahaya matahari pada frame video. Contrast stretching diimplementasikan untuk memperbaiki nilai kontras pada frame sehingga obyek pada frame terlihat jelas. Dengan obyek yang terlihat jelas pada frame dapat meningkatkan hasil dari proses segmentasi. Pengujian implementasi contrast stretching sebagai preprocessing pada proses segmentasi dilakukan dengan metode silhouette coefficient. Implementasi contrast stretching sebagai preprocessing dalam segmentasi citra dapat menghasilkan segmentasi lebih baik dibandingkan tanpa preprocessing. Hal tersebut dinyatakan berdasarkan nilai silhouette width dari masing-masing hasil segmentasi citra.

Abstract

Komunikasi berbasiskan teknologi jaringan komputer merupakan teknologi yang sudah banyak digunakan. Komunikasi pada jaringan komputer, menggunakan aturan komunikasi yang sesuai dikenal dengan nama network protocol. Penggunaan network protocol dalam komunikasi di jaringan komputer, terkadang menuntut adanya prioritas komunikasi. Dasar dari pemberian prioritas adalah dengan menganalisa trafik jaringan internet dan pemberian prioritas yang dilakukan pada trafik jaringan. Prioritas tersebut bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan jaringan internet. Permasalahan yang didapat pada Kampus UNUD Jimbaran, antara lain data yang dikirim lambat, rusak dan bahkan tidak sampai ke tujuan dikarenakan trafik jaringan tersebut belum optimal. Pada penelitian ini melakukan klasifikasi terhadap data capture trafik jaringan yang diproses menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk capture trafik jaringan yaitu aplikasi Wireshark. Hasil observasi terhadap dataset jaringan melalui proses perhitungan menggunakan Algoritma Naïve Bayes memiliki tingkat keakuratan yang sangat tinggi. yaitu sebesar 92,34 %. Hasil proses klasifikasi dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam penentuan pemberian prioritas terhadap network protocol yang sering digunakan dalam komunikasi jaringan.

Abstract

This research intends to build an application that can be a place for members of the fishing community. The application is built on three main modules: user management, spot fishing management, and discussion management. Applications built using java programming language with android platform this application also uses API (Application Programming Interface) built with PHP programming language as interface processing data to database. Application testing is done by black box method and usability software, with the test result stated that the three main modules are running well and deserve to be used to be a means of information exchange for members of the fishing community.

Abstract

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that can send real-time data with IP-based networks (Internet Protocol). In VoIP technology with wireless network has several problems that cause the performance of the network to be varied due to the QoS (Quality of Service) include delay, jitter, packet loss and MOS that affect the wireless network. This research uses G.711?, G.711a and G.729 codec based on SIP and IAX server on wireless network which then the QoS result from each codec compared with ITU-T standard which become the reference of whether the network is good or not so that later can realized on campus. In the research results, QoS on wireless IEEE 802.11 b has linear results, whereas QoS wireless in VoIP has fluctuating results because the use of codecs in VoIP on each codec has a large bitrate and different coding techniques and is a feature of wireless networks. The QoS comparison of three codecs produced the best G711 Q7S codecs because the G.711 codec has a bitrate that conforms to the 64 kbps voice communication standard and uses voice coding techniques that match the digital signal encoding technique of PCM (Pulse Code Modulation).

Abstract

VoIP is a technology used to communicate voice remotely and directly using data communication lines with TCP / IP protocol. But basically, VoIP communication does not guarantee data security when doing communication. A very important security system is added in VoIP communications to maintain the confidentiality of communication, so that communication can not be recorded and played back. To build a security when communicating VoIP, then in this study added an SRTP-TLS security system. The study was conducted on wireless networks by comparing the security of data communications when using the SRTP-TLS security system and without using a security system.Keywords: Wireless, Security System, VoIP

Abstract

This study has evaluated the application of brightness adjustment technique to improve image contrast in the framework of coastline extraction on video-based shoreline monitoring system. In this monitoring system, the shoreline detection mechanism is done by introducing the land and sea objects in the video image. Changes in sea conditions due to weather changes cause a change in the contrast in the coastal image. The change in contrast will lead to inaccurate coastline detection. The brightness adjustment technique is applied to the image pre-processing to produce stable contrast in all conditions so that the coastal monitoring system can extract the coastline accurately. The brightness adjustment technique can adjust the brightness of the coastal image by setting the upper and lower threshold values of each pixel intensity. This study used 3 (three) sample video test images taken on morning, noon and afternoon to obtain different video image characteristics. The simulation results show that the application of brightness adjustment technique can increase the accuracy of shoreline extraction when using the threshold value of each at -20% for morning image condition, -40% for daytime image condition, and -35% for afternoon image condition .
