Abstract

Every year, the number of people who want to own a house by credit increase, therefore the chances of increasing problem loans will be greater. Non-Performing Loan (NPL) is an indicator to assess the performance of bank functions. The higher the NPL value, the performance of the bank is considered worse. In order to maintain the caution of banks (creditors) in the provision of credit, the bank needs to assess and determine the criteria of debtors who can be given credit. So the bank can make decisions precisely and accurately. In this research, the Researcher will design decision support system with Mamdani fuzzy logic method with the resulted output in the form of "rejected" or "approved" decision. The accuracy rate in this study is 98%. 2% of the difference consists of 63.64% is a debtor with NPL credit status (problematic). After the system was designed in this study, the researcher conducted an analysis to see the user behavior when using the system. The method used is Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The result of TAM analysis is the simultaneous relationship among of all variables on the acceptance of information technology (acceptance of IT) have a positive impact. However, a partial relationship between perceived usefulness and attitude toward using does not have a positive effect.

Abstract

Division of inheritance problems often lead to internal conflicts in the  family and sometimes have to be resolved through religious courts. The science of inheritance distribution in Islam is called fara’idh, while the religious court used KHI (Compilation of Islamic Law). The small number of Muslims who understand the science fara'idh and KHI and the difficulty of getting an expert in the science, is a problem that must be solved. Offered a solution to the division of inheritance expert system using forward and backward chaining method on the basis of rules (rule-based reasoning). By using both methods can produce an expert system that is able to calculate the  division of inheritance to the heir or heirs of a replacement in a single input and process. Users can also elect to use faraidh or KHI and predict the outcome.

Abstract

Knowledge Management System (KMS) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM dalam suatu organisasi dengan memperbaiki komunikasi antar pegawai dan meningkatkan penguasaan dengan melakukan transfer pengetahuan. Kantor Cabang Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (KCD Dindikbud) Kabupaten Pandeglang dituntut memberikan layanan prima guna menunjang setiap kegiatan administrasi kepegawaian, terkait dengan layanan tersebut, semestinya setiap pegawai memiliki knowledge yang baik berupa pengetahuan dan pengalaman dan keahlian dalam menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan yang ada. Saat ini, knowledge di  Bagian Tata Usaha kantor ini berkembang  lamban  dan  cenderung  statis  sehingga  dalam  menangani  suatu permasalahan cenderung bergantung  hanya pada satu orang yang menguasai suatu pekerjaan  tertentu ditambah  lagi  arus keluar masuknya  yang  tidak  tentu  menyebabkan knowledge  yang  dimiliki  oleh  seorang  pegawai  tidak  dikelola  dengan  baik  dan dikhawatirkan  akan  hilang karena knowledge    tersebut  hanya tersimpan di dalam otak  dan  belum  didokumentasikan  dengan  baik. Knowledge  Management  System  (KMS)  merupakan  salah  satu  cara  untuk menumbuhkan budaya saling berbagi knowledge  (sharing  knowledge) antar  individu  maupun  organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan model knowledge  management  system    sesuai  dengan kondisi  yang  ada. Metodologi penelitian  ini  menggunakan  kerangka  kerja  model  SSM, pembentukan knowledge  menggunakan model SECI. Metode yang digunakan adalah Unified Modelling Language (UML) dan teknik pengujian fungsional sistem menggunakan metode Forum Group Disscusion (FGD) dengan tingkat keberhasilan 90% dan pengujian  kualitas perangkat lunak menggunakan metode MCcall’s dengan tingkat keberhasilan 87,75%. Hasil penelitian  ini  adalah  prototype Knowledge Management System yang menyimpan pengetahuan dan pengalaman karyawan dengan baik sehingga menjadi sebuah solusi  untuk sharing knowledge  dan mendukung kinerja karyawan di Bagian Tata Usaha KCD Dindikbud  Kabupaten Pandeglang.Kata kunci: Kantor Cabang Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Pandeglang, Knowledge Management System, Unified Modelling Language, Forum Group Disscusion.
