Abstract

Asyki Microtakaful (AM) has 5 statements of healthy, all of that healthy statements become a determinant for next process of policy is participant non-medical is potential or no. The process express of potential participant or no are do while underwriting. In the fifth process healthy statement is assessed based on right condition or no. For getting fix assessment then need the weight from all of that statement. The aim from this research is to get the weight from each participants healthy statement with use closely algorithm back propagation. This research has made new weight from healthy statement, the weight already has compatible with the accuration by the condition healthy statement is ready. The result that we got for network architectures pattern 5-5-1 (5 input, 5 hidden layer and 1 output) has errors assessment smaller than architectures pattern 5-3-1 and 5-2-1 with epochs score maximum 86 then score of mean error (ME) 0.038, mean squared error (MSE) 0.019 and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) 24.619, input X to Z have the average X1 = -2.27, X2 = 0.32, X3 = - 2.44, X4 = -1.36 and X5 = 0.84 from 35 data.

Abstract

One of Indonesian election isthe local elections for regional head thatare still using conventional election type.The conventional election type stillspend a lot of time and prone of mistakesmade by humans, including fraudscommitted by certain parties. Thisresearch is based on two centralfacilities protocol in Schneier book(1996) and a continuation of previousresearch by Sireesha and Chakchai(2005) which has developed a secureelection with two central facilitiesprotocol that implement the developmentof Central Legitimization Agency (CLA)and the Central Tabulating Facilities(CTF) to create a secure virtualelections and Wardhani (2009) whichimplement the protocol Two centralfacilities at IPB online voting. Thisresearch collaboration with the KPUBogor and Bogor Information andCommunications, for the purposes ofanalyzing and studying the variouselections policy of regional heads ofBogor. Through this study found adesign system using a protocol e-votingTwo central facilities modified.However, this design is still requirefurther research to be applicable forBogor Regional Head election.

Abstract

Land suitability information on food crops is very important to know that can produce healthy food food, economical, and sustainable. In connection with the foregoing matters and for the implementation of article 22 of Government Regulation No. 12 of 2012 on Sustainable Agricultural Land Protection, it is necessary to stipulate the Land Conformity Guidance on Food Crop Commodities. The Land Suitability Guidance on Commodities of Food Crops is a mandate from Article 22 of Government Regulation No. 12 of 2012 on Sustainable Land Sustainability of Food Agriculture as outlined in the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture. Application of Land Suitability of Crop Plants form of land suitability of food crops that provides convenience in terms of data collection of agricultural areas throughout Indonesia and can be run on a national scale with a focus on food crops such as: irrigated rice paddy; Gogo rice; Corn; Peanuts; Soy; Cassava; Sweet potato. This application can be done in web form. Through this application is expected local government in this case the provincial government can answer the areas of agriculture at the municipal government level.

Abstract

Game merupakan salah satu media hiburan yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Pengembangan genre Game yang begitu pesat, menyebabkan Game semakin menarik banyak masyarakat. Setiap jenis Game memiliki keunggulan dan kekurangan masing-masing. Kecerdasan buatan diperlukan untuk menentukan prilaku apa saja yang dilakukan pada kondisi-kondisi tertentu. Game Zombie Attack yang dibangun ini merupakan jenis Game yaitu First Person Shooter, dengan melibatkan berbagai macam pola kecerdasan buatan yang ditanamkan pada non-player character (NPC). Metode pengembangannya adalah dengan pendekatan berorientasi objek dimulai dengan mengembangkan modal-modal dan environtment yang ada Penggambaran skema objeknya menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) sebagai pemodelan aplikasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ,aplikasi permainan Zombie Attack telah berhasil mengimplementasikan Artificial intelligence Pada NPC. dan dapat menjadi sarana hiburan.

Abstract

AbstrakWebsite galeri landmark dunia dapat disajikan secara menyeluruh dengan menerapkan penyajian objek 3 dimensi. Pemikiran ini didasari ulasan penelitian teknologi tampilan 3 dimensi pada website dengan menerapkan teknologi Collada sebagai teknologi penampil objek 3 dimensi yang diharapkan dapat memenuhi kepuasan dan ketertarikan pengunjung dalam pemantauan objek website galeri landmark dunia. Metode yang telah digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan fungsional, proses bisnis sistem yang diajukan, perancangan-perancangan seperti; Data Flow Diagram (DFD) level 0, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) level 1, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), skema database serta perancangan antarmuka website dan pengujian blackbox pada tiap fungsi tombol dan proses penampil 3 dimensi. Collada memproses file obj dengan ukuran beragam. Proses penampilan 3 dimensi landmark dunia berjalan dengan baik, kecuali pada file obj berukuran lebih dari 2 mega byte mengalami stuck saat proses pembacaan file.AbstractThe world landmark gallery website can be presented thoroughly by applying the presentation of 3-dimensional objects. This thinking is based on research reviews of 3 dimensional display technology on the website by applying Collada technology as a 3 dimensional object viewer technology that is expected to meet the satisfaction and interest of visitors in monitoring the object of the world landmark gallery website. The methods used include functional requirements analysis, proposed business process systems, designs such as; Data Flow Diagram (DFD) level 0, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) level 1, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), database schema and website interface design and blackbox testing on each key function and 3-dimensional viewer process. Collada processes the obj file with various sizes. The process of 3-dimensional world landmark appearance goes well, except on the obj file sized more than 2 mega byte will experience stuck during the process of reading the file.

Abstract

Direktorat Kesehatan Hewan (Keswan) mempunyai tugas melaksanakan penyiapan perumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan, penyusunan standar, norma, pedoman, kriteria dan prosedur, serta pemberian bimbingan teknis dan evaluasi bidang kesehatan hewan. Dengan adanya perkembangan pelayanan jasa medik veteriner, ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi serta untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 75 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 3 Tahun tentang Otoritas Veteriner. Selain itu, sejalan dengan Instruksi Presiden RI Nomor 03/2003 tentang Kebijakan dan Strategi Nasional Pengembangan e-Government merupakan landasan yang baik untuk meningkatkan layanan publik yang efisien, efektif, transparan, dan akuntabel. Pengembangan sistem aplikasi pengajuan izin pada subdit Kelembagaan dan Sumber Daya Kesehatan Hewan menggunakan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang menggabungkan metode Waterfall dan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Arsitektur basisdata menggunakan konsep model perusahaan (enterprise model concept) yang mampu mengadopsi perubahan (scalability) dengan model arsitektur klien-server 3-lapisan (Three-tier Client-Server Archiecture). Sasaran pengembangan sistem pengajuan izin pelayanan jasa medik veteriner Tahun, antara lain mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pengajuan SIP, mempermudah penyimpanan, pengolahan, pemanggilan dan pengintegrasian data yang dimiliki oleh Subdit Kelembagaan dan Sumber Daya Kesehatan Hewan Direktorat Keswan. menyiapkan kerangka untuk pengembangan sistem pengajuan izin pelayanan jasa medik veteriner yang handal sesuai kebutuhan.

Abstract

AbstrakPengolahan data kendaraan satuan jajaran Kostrad yang dilakukan oleh satuan Palkostrad dalam penyajian informasi datanya masih dalam bentuk konvensional meskipun telah menggunakan media komputerisasi yaitu dalam bentuk word dan excel, hal ini menjadi salah satu penyebab terjadinya overlaping data. Selain itu mobilitas yang tinggi dari satuan Palkostrad dan belum memaksimalkan dalam penggunaan media informasi ini dapat dilihat masih adanya keterlambatan dalam penyajian informasi data Alutsista bidang kendaraan satuan jajaran Kostrad. Guna mempermudah dalam pengolahan informasi data kendaraan di satuan jajaran Kostrad, diperlukan suatu sistem informasi berbasis web dengan struktur database yang terintegrasi dengan baik. Untuk mengatasi overlaping data dan ketepatan dalam penyajian informasi data Alutsista bidang kendaraan satuan jajaran Kostrad maka perlu dilakukan perancangan dan pembangunan sistem informasi data Alutsista bidang kendaraan disatuan jajaran Kostrad yang berbasis web. Terkait dat-data yang diperlukan pada penelitian ini diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen. Hasil yang di peroleh dengan pengembangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada penelitian ini.AbstractThe data processing of Kostrad unit vehicles carried out by Palkostrad units in the presentation of data information is still in the conventional form even though it has used computerized media in the form of word and excel, this is one of the causes of data overlapping. In addition, the high mobility of the Palkostrad unit and not yet maximizing the use of this information media can be seen that there is still a delay in the presentation of information on the defense equipment data of the Kostrad unit vehicles. In order to facilitate the processing of vehicle data information in the Kostrad ranks, a web-based information system is needed with a well-integrated database structure. To overcome the overlapping of data and the accuracy in the presentation of data information on vehicle units in the Kostrad line, it is necessary to design and construct a vehicle information system for vehicle systems in the web-based Kostrad line. Related data needed in this study were obtained through literature study, interviews and document collection. The results obtained by developing this system are expected to help solve the problems that exist in this study.
