Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether or not the variables of sales growth and liquidity have influence to the profitability rate of consumer goods companies in sub sector of foods and baverage department in Indonesia.This research used multiple regression analysis method to find out the effect of independent variables, which are sales growth and liquidity to the profitability rate (ROA) of the company. Data proces using software Eviews 6The result of this research shows that sales growth variable can influence a positive significant to profitability amounted 4,233436% of consumer goods company, while liquidity variable can affect a negative significant to profitability amounted 0,214522% influence to profitability of consumer goods company especially in sub sector of foods and baverages that enlist in BEI at the year 2006-2011. The research sales growth and liquidity simoultaneously have an influence to profitability of consumer goods are amounted 67,9247%, the rest is 32,0753 influence by another variable that do not conduct in model in this reseach.

Abstract

This study aims at determining the influence of BI interest rate and inflation toward NAV balance mutual funds. This research was conducted during the period of data since 2008 to 2012. The sample used was the 30 balance mutual funds that are registered and active traded in Bapepam. From the results of the research literature conclude the basic assumptions that variable BI interest rate, and inflation levels affect the NAV of balance mutual funds. Hypothetical tested is that there is a significant influence among independent variables to dependent variables, both partial and simultaneous. Research was conducted with regression analysis using application of Eviews 6.0. The test results shows that thypothetical is supported by data. Variable index BI interest rate can influence a positive significant to NAV balance mutual funds amounted 2,152514; inflastion levels can influence a negative significant to NAV balance mutual funds amounted 0,730341; the independent variables BI rate (X1) and inflastion (X2) both partial and simultaneous can influence to NAV balance mutual funds at trust level 5%.

Abstract

Performance improvement strategy is a method to find new techniques in solving problems faced by organization and improve its performance. This is a quantitative research in a descriptive design, the chosen sample are 95 students of 11 and 12 graders as the perspective of customers, 44 teachers and employees as the perspective of learning and growth.This study aims to measure SMA Madania’s performance using balanced scorecard, analyzing the main strategy that SMA Madania has to improve. Analyzing the targeted strategy that has become SMA Madania’s priority to realize vision, mission, and organization goals. Analyzing the performance standard that can be implemented to measure the achievement of targeted strategy conducted by SMA Madania. The measurement has been done on four perspectives of balanced scorecard; financial, customers, internal business process, and SMA Madania’s learning and growth.The results showed: finances were managed economically, effectively and efficiently in 2013 – 2015. Customer’s aspect has shown in the level of satisfaction (student) on a scale of 70 per cent scored 4 (satisfied). Internal Business Process’ aspects such as innovation, business process, and after sales services (alumni) scored 48 per cent (very good). Learning and growth’s aspect shown employees’ satisfaction 42.71 per cent on a scale of 2 (unsatisfied). Based on SWOT analysis, Balanced Scorecard recommended some strategies, finance performance improvement through billings and savings, rejuvenation of facilities and infrastructure, and compensation improvement for employees and employees’ retention, mapping and re-planning of human resources for the appropriate department and function in accordance with competencies and qualifications.

Abstract

The results show the influence of cultural variables There are organizations, labor discipline, and compensation together (combined) to the organizations commitment to the Bogor Agricultural Department. The magnitude of effect was 69.8%. While the rest is 100% - 69.8% = 30.2% is a variable influenced the other is not examined in this study. These results indicate that when the variables of organizational culture, work discipline, and compensation together (combined) to increase the commitment of the organization will increase, and vice versa if the variables of organizational culture, work discipline, and compensation together (combined) decreased the commitment the organization will decline.Variables influence organizational culture, work discipline, and partial compensation (their own) to the organizations commitment to the Bogor Agricultural Department, is as follows: (a) The influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment 33.1%, (b ) The influence of labor discipline on organizational commitment 37.1%, (c) The amount of the compensation effect on organizational commitment 31.8%, (d) effect of partial indicates that the variable of work discipline is the most dominant variable affecting organizational commitment. Path equation is: Y = 0.331 X1+ 0.371 X2 + 0.318 X3+C.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Return On Asset (ROA), Cash Dividend, and the effect of Return on Assets (ROA) and Cash Dividend on Stock Price. According to this study, Return On Asset (ROA) effect to positive stock price +1.887 and significant with probability of 0.0032 < 0.05. Cash Dividend showed that the effect to the low negative stock prices -0.067, but not significant with probability of 0.7120 > 0.05. The results showed that there was no deviation assumption of normality. It means that the available data were qualified to use the multiple linear regression models. The results of analysis showed that data of ROA and cash dividend simultaneous have a significant influence on stock price. However, the prospective investors who will invest should understand the analysis of the stock such as fundamental and technical so that can provide significant benefits and avoid greater risks.
