Abstract

The results showed that : 1 ) The regression coefficient was significant to the outcome of t -1.509 < t table 1.671 and 0.137 significance level > 0.05 means the raw materials policy regression equation (X1) of the finished product Gum Rosin and Turpentine (Y) declared not significant, 2) Value of the coefficient for the variable engine optimization (X2) to the value of b2 = 0.878 in the multiple linear regression equation Y = a + b1X1 + b2 = 0.878 b2X2 so that means every increase of 1 point of the optimization of the engine it will affect the finished product gondorukem and turpentine on Perhutanioffice West Java Regional Division by 0.878 points and the other independent variables constant, 3) Material relationship with the optimization engine in Java Regional Division Perhutanioffice Baratmenunjukan kelinearan a very strong relationship between raw materials (X1) with engine optimization (X2), 4) Raw materials and optimization engine gondorukem effect on the finished product and turpentine. Percentage of raw material variables influence the optimization engine and machine jointly obtained value of R Square of 1.000 or (100 %). This shows that the percentage contribution of independent variables , namely raw materials and the optimization of the engine together against Gum Rosin and Turpentine finished product at 100%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether or not the variables of sales growth and liquidity have influence to the profitability rate of consumer goods companies in sub sector of foods and baverage department in Indonesia.This research used multiple regression analysis method to find out the effect of independent variables, which are sales growth and liquidity to the profitability rate (ROA) of the company. Data proces using software Eviews 6The result of this research shows that sales growth variable can influence a positive significant to profitability amounted 4,233436% of consumer goods company, while liquidity variable can affect a negative significant to profitability amounted 0,214522% influence to profitability of consumer goods company especially in sub sector of foods and baverages that enlist in BEI at the year 2006-2011. The research sales growth and liquidity simoultaneously have an influence to profitability of consumer goods are amounted 67,9247%, the rest is 32,0753 influence by another variable that do not conduct in model in this reseach.

Abstract

Leadership is one of the most important factors to build good organisation character including raising motivation to the worker so that the affectivity from the worker can be achieved.This reseach use multiple regression to know the influence of independent variable leadership, organiasation attitude, work motivation to the effectivity of wroking. The data gain use program IBM SPSS 19.The result of the resource shows that leadership variable has influance to positive significant 38%, attitude variabel organisation influance to positive 67,6%, and motivation variable works influance 53,9% to the effectivity of workers job . Leadership variabel organisation attitude, work motivation as together influance is 72,4% to the effectivity of working and the rest 27,6% is explained by another variable that do not conduct.

Abstract

This study aims to Analyzing the influence of the quality of human resources on job satisfaction of the employees of Area Micro Jakarta Cikini.  Data collection techniques using questionnaires given to Cikini Area Micro Officers as many as 110 people. The hypothesis used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling. Organizational culture relationship to job satisfaction in Micro Division of Bank Mandiri Area Cikini Central Jakarta of 0.757 with significance level 0,00 means that the influence of organizational culture variable on job satisfaction is very strong, the influence of quality of human resources to job satisfaction in Micro Division of Bank Mandiri Area Cikini Central Jakarta 0,877 with significance level 0,00, / influence of compensation to job satisfaction in Micro Division of Bank Mandiri Area Cikini Central Jakarta equal to 0,991 with significance level 0,00 mean that influence of variable of compensation to job satisfaction pertained strong strongly that job satisfaction will increase if compensation increases as well.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh pada tingkat  kualitas sumberdaya manusia terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Mikro Area Jakarta Cikini. Tehnik Pengambilan data mengunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Mikro Area Cikini sebanyak 110 orang.hipotesa yang digunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modelling.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to measure the performance of PT Mutiara Global Industry by using Sharia-based Balance Scorecard method. This research is quantitative research with descriptive approach. Performance measurement of PT Mutiara Global Industry from a financial perspective, customer perspective, intenal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective. The Shariah aspect in the financial perspective is the source of capital and the allocation of profit for zakat, infaq and alms. In the customers perspective is how to keep the promise to the customer by always being sidik, tabligh, amanah and fathonah. In the internal process business perspective  is emphasized on itqan, working with perfect and complete quality and ihsan, always feeling watched by God. In the perspective of learning and growth is to control the charity of worship and study syari. Sampel from this research are employees and customers of PT Mutiara Global IndustryThis research concludes that the performance of   PT Mutiara Global Industry is good category (score: 3,46875). The Accumulation results from financial perspective score 0.964, customer perspective score 0.9375, internal process perspective score: 1 and learning and growth perspective 0.6875 To improve the performance of PT Mutiara Global Industry is recommended for (1) improvement of ISO system implementation, (2) improvement of coaching and implementation of employee worship, (3) improvement of communication and service to customer (4). Improvement of  process and product quality, (5). Improvement of inventory management that will be impact on the on time  of production schedule.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to set up an instruments to measure Islamic values and meaning of prayers (sholat.) The Islamic values consisted of tauhid (unity), khilafah (trusteeship) and adalah (justice). Factors of pray essence consist of 6 (six) variables namely concentration, understanding, respect, fear and admiration, hope for mercy and bless and shamefornegligence. This study took place in Islamic Banks namely Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) and BNI Syariah. Data analysis used for this study was Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results showed all indicators that reflected the Islamic values were valid and reliable that was consisted 22 item questions.Construct reliability (CR) and variance extracted (VE) for Islamic values were 0,79 and 0,58.  Concentration, understanding, respect, fear and admiration,indicatedthe meaning of prayer that were valid and reliable (CR 0,90 and VE 0,69), consisted nine item questions. Spiritualityin the workplacecan bedevelopedthrough theapplication ofIslamic valuesand prayer and it could be measured by these instruments.
