Abstract

Workload, problem management and task completion in forestry are the work entrusted to the Forestry Extension Workers. In the highly complex condition of forestry problems, Forestry Extension Workers are needed to bridge and outline the problems and to prevent the emergence of deeper, more widespread and prolonged problems.The problems served as the background for the writer to conduct the study in the thesis completion in the Master of Management Program. The problems are related to the effects of competence, compensation and career development factors of the Forestry Extension Workers working in the Ministry of Environment and Forestry and the performance expected to achieve the completion of forestry extension works. The data analysis used to explain the effects of competence, compensation and career development and the performance of Forestry Extension Workers was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS. Based on the estimations and t-values, it can be concluded that the exogenous variables of compensation and career development affect the endogenous latent factor of the performance of Forestry Extension workers (?), whereas competence has no effect on the performance of Forestry Extension Workers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan antara auditor independen di Kantor Akuntan Publik yang melakukan fraud dan tidak melakukan fraud terkait teori fraud triangle yaitu tekanan (pressure), kesempatan (opportunity), dan rasionalisasi atau pembenaran (rationalization). Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer) dengan mengambil responden sebanyak 50 auditor independen pada Kantor Akuntan Publik di Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji bedapaired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat perbedaan terkait tekanan (pressure) antara auditor independen yang melakukan fraud dan tidak melakukan fraud di Kantor Akuntan Publik, tidak terdapat perbedaan terkait kesempatan (opportunity) antara auditor independen yang melakukan fraud dan tidak melakukan fraud di Kantor Akuntan Publik, terdapat perbedaan terkait rasionalisasi atau pembenaran (rationalization) antara auditor independen yang melakukan fraud dan tidak melakukan fraud di Kantor Akuntan Publik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai yang dirasakan untuk menciptakan kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah model penelitian. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 105 orang mahasiswa di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor.Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dijalankan melalui program AMOS 18 sebagai alat analisisnya. Hasil Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian dan hasilnya dapat diterima. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa citra merek (brand image) dan kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai yang dirasakan. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah pihak manajemen fakultas perlu memberikan perhatian lebih untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa serta selalu mempromosikan jurusan-jurusan yang ada di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to effect of teacher certification programs, teacher motivation and school climate on the performance of vocational teacher Ibnu Aqil Bogor. The research was conducted at the Vocational School of Ibn Aqil Bogor sample as many as 70 teachers. The research variables are teacher certification program, gur motivation and school climate as independent variables and teacher performance as the dependent variable. Data collection using questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data were analyzed descriptively and using simple linear regression analysis.The results showed the availability of teachers based on the quality of education is either minimal S1. 85.71% of teachers in vocational Ibn Aqil Bogor was educated S1. In terms of quantity of total 70 teachers filled out by the teacher labor fee of 20 people and the civil servant and teacher fixed foundation. Teacher certification programs, teacher motivation and school climate affects the quality of education by 58.2%, the remaining 41.8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The aims of study were carried out the review of the influence in organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction to improve separately the performance of educational staff in the IPB and to determine which variables have the most dominant influence. Also, to study the influence of organizational culture, leadership style and job satisfaction in the performance of education personnel in IPB. The Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents (staff) ini the Bureau, the Office and the Directorate of IPB. Data acquisition was applied to the 168 speakers, using tools like questionnaire and finally, analyzed statistically elaborated by Path Analysis (two substructures contained in the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21).Result of the analysis showed a direct influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Leadership style has no effect on employee performance: job statisfaction effects the performance of employees. Organizational culture has influence on job satisfaction and leadership style influence on job satisfaction and positive influence.
