Abstract

In this article, we try to design the architecture of a smart notification system using an Android gadget for academic notification in college. Academic notification in colleges now utilizes bulletin boards and online media such as websites or social media. The problem faced is the high cost and resources required to deliver the academic notification. Another problem is whether the information delivered can be right to the students who need it. We proposed the architecture of a smart notification system that can reduce the cost, and the information delivered can be right on target to the students in need.

Abstract

Currently the University of IGM is required to produce graduates who have competence and high competitiveness. One benchmark of success lies in how quickly graduates are absorbed in the world of work. Based on the results of tracer study in 2014, the amount of alumni absorbed in the world of work, in accordance with educational background = 25%, the number of alumni who work not in accordance with educational background = 45% and the number of alumni who have not worked / no news = 30 %. The results of the calculation is not a proud thing, the cause of the problem is most of IGM University graduates are not ready for work, lack of information about job vacancies, IGM Training Center role is not maximal and management of tracer study is less effective. From these problems arise the idea of building applications for Student Career Development at the University of IGM.Application Career Development Student is a guidance application for Student self-development. This app is website based. Forecasting technique to predict the quality of Student by using artificial neural network backpropagation. Five pengguna roles are Student, alumni, stakeholder, IGM training center and study program contribute to provide uptodate information. The application will manage the data to be submitted to the pengguna Career development application used from the first semester to the end, the application will read the needs of students for the achievement of competence.Therefore through this application can be a trager for Students to help prepare themselves before entering the world of work.Keywords: Website application, Information System, Student career

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the relationship between K3 education and training and compensation for the performance of employees of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PT,KAI) Regional Division III Palembang. The independent variable in this study is K3 Training (X1) and Compensation (X2). While the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). This study uses data collected from primary data and secondary data. Data. Secondary data is obtained from several sources such as journals, books and other literature. Primary data is obtained through questionnaires and observations distributed to respondents. The number of respondents used was 85 employees. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship of variables and other variables. Based on the results of the study showed that K3 training and compensation provided simultaneous effect on employee performance by 54.1%. While the partial test results of K3 Training and Education variables have a positive and dominant influence on employee performance. Whereas compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Processing the data using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), the data is tested using statistical assumptions, including validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. After the data is free from all statistical assumption tests. Then the data is managed statistically using SPSS. The results of this study are expected to be used as a good input for PT. Train Regional division III in the management of the company and by the next researcher.Keywords: K3 Education and Training, Compensation, and Employee Performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) K3 dan pemberian kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PT. KAI) Devisi Regional III Palembang. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Diklat K3 (X1) dan Pemberian kompensasi (X2). Sedangkan Variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan data yang dikumpulkan dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data. Data sekunder diperoleh dari beberapa sumber seperti jurnal, buku dan literatur lainnya. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan observasi yang didistribusi ke responden. Jumlah responden yang digunakan sebanyak 85 karyawan. Teknik Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda untuk memperoleh gambaran yang komprehensif tentang hubungan variabel dan variabel lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Diklat K3 dan Pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 54,1%. Sedangkan hasil uji parsial variabel Diklat K3 berpengaruh positif dan dominan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan Variabel pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengolahan data tersebut  menggunakan  Statistical  Package  for  the Social Sciences (SPSS), data yang ada dilakukan uji asumsi statistik, meliputi uji validitas, uji reabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Setalah data terbebas dari seluruh uji asumsi statistik. Kemudian data dikelola secara statistik menggunakan SPSS. Hasil Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai input baik untuk PT. Kereta Api devisi regional III dalam pengelolaan perusahaan serta oleh peneliti selanjutnya.Kata kunci : Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) K3, Pemberian kompensasi, dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi dan beban kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Departemen Operasi PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin yang dapat sebanyak 102 responden dalam metode penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian dan hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial kompensasi dan beban kerja secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Para pemimpin Departemen Operasi, harus memperhatikan kompensasi dan beban kerja untuk hasil yang optimal dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi. Kata Kunci; Kompensasi, beban kerja, Loyalitas karyawan

Abstract

Guru merupakan salah satu unsur yang sangat penting dalam pengelolaan pendidikan dalam kegiatan proses ngajar mengajar di sekolah, oleh karena itu kompetensi guru harus di perhatikan dengan baik oleh pihak sekolah. Peningkatan kompetensi Guru harus di tingkatkan dalam menghadapi tantangan ?kurikulum K-13. Tantangan Kurikulum K-13 dalam hal kemajuan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat dan maju sehingga menuntut Guru harus memiliki kompetensi di bidang komputer. Guru di wajibkan mahir dalam pengoperasian komputer baik , sehingga Guru membutuhkan pelatihan komputer sebagai tambahan. ?Pelatihan komputer dapat ?membatu Guru dalam segala bidang salah satunya dalam dunia pendidikan yakni dalam proses ngajar mengajar di Sekolah SMPN 20 Palembang. Salah satunya Pelatihan Microsoft Power Point dan Pelatihan Internet. Pelatihan ini bertujuan agar Guru dapat membuat pembelajaran yang menarik dan inovatif dapat juga memberikan tampilan yang bervariatif dalam penyampaian materi dalam proses pembelajaran dan memberikan banyak pengetahuan dan penambahan materi pembelajaran bagi Guru di sekolah. Kompetensi Guru semakin meningkat dalam proses pembelajaran memiliki dampak yang baik? bagi Siswa/i di SMPN 20 Palembang juga dan memiliki daya jual yang baik bagi Guru tersebut. Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru melalui pelatihan Microsoft Power Point dan Pelatihan Internet di SMPN 20 Palembang diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan yang baik bagi sekolah dan dapat menambah kualitas dan kuantitas Guru di SMPN 20 Palembang dan dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Sekolah SMPN 20 Palembang.Kata kunci : Kompetensi Guru, Microsoft Power Point, Internet, Kurikulum K-13
